I think dev was devji kyonki saare pariwaar ke saamne hubby dear ko kaise naam se bula sakte hai it is not respect it was the culture she had ingrained in her that "pati ka naam nahin lete hai "
she calls maan by his name cos she is on a comfort zone with him (unknowingly) geet's respect for Maan is too obvious. If she didn't have respect for him or his words she wud have never listened or followed the instructions he gave her...i think geet respected maan even before she met dev and maan (poor soul) feels strongly for geet but can't admit it as his feelings are clouded by the disrespect WOMEN in general.
