dev and maan are brothers. they could be step-brothers but their past still hasn't been shown.

dev lost lot of money due to gambling and maan refused to help him. so to settle the money he married geet

Its supposed to be an Act.
But from yesterday's episode, it seemed like Maan put the ring on Geet with genuine feelings--but they both consider it an act.

The marriage between dev and geet is not valid because the marriage was conducted by a fake pandit and also according to Hindu marriage act, marriage to another person is considered invalid if you already have a spouse.
