Seriously, I already knew from the time when the leap was announced, that after the leap he will not get much screen space and stopped watching the show since that stupid sindoor scene that took place before the leap. And I am really happy that I don't have to regret my decision after looking at the present track. I m not against any particular actor or actress, they all are doing a wonderful job, especially vishal n aditi. But just look at the way they have degraded niranjan chaturvedi's character. A character who was the base of the story at the starting, who was portrayed as the man of principles, who did not believe in old n backward traditions n beliefs, who had n favoured the modern approached towards life, a person who supported n educate a child widow going against all odds, the babu of gangs has been reduced to an old man who tries to impose his rules on his sons, who feels bad whenever he faces an opposition , who fails to understand the girl and herhe raised from her childhood and who was his pride one time. Now the icing on the cake is that he is also a najayaz baap of one girl, he cheated a girl in his younger days n then left the girl alone on the name of circumstances.waah👏 the CVS should be honoured for such an amazing storyline and characterization of one of the principle characters. Just to get ahead in the race of trips, they have killed the soul of the show. 😡😡shame on u CVS.. More to that , I don't understand why hiten is continuing with this show even after his character has been slaughtered to the core because as far as I know, he has passed the phase of an actor's life whereas an actor has to do a role just for the sake of earning bread n butter.. He is well settled and can wait unless he finds something interesting. So why hiten why??

I loved the character of Babu so much...in fact, I was drawn to this show after seeing Niranjan in that attire of Dhoti- Kurta and a shawl, a bespectacled man with principles. His scenes with Ruhana were just so so good to say the least. It is alright if his screen space has been reduced, but the character has been so fundamentally butchered that I don't feel as if I watching the same show. This was a role tailor-made for Hiten and his face certainly adds so much of credibility to any show. But now, the cheap twist that they have brought about is unacceptable to me. I almost looked up to him as my inspiration, a father-figure, a progressive man. The character started loosing sheen since the time he objected to Gangaa as his daughter in law...that idealist Babu came across as so so average that it hurt! It really hurt me hard. And now, the way he has gone all out to hate Gangaa is disgraceful and beyond any standards of acceptance. His immaturity and change character dynamics is glaring.
Seriously Hiten...reconsider your decision to stay, I would miss you but this is the need of the hour!! It is going the Ekta Kapoor way now and that was the last thing I ever wanted to happen for Gangaa.

Watching Gangaa's bond with Babu/Maharajji/Pulkit in the pre-leap days felt like reading a good classic novel and had a lasting impact. The makers are really going the Kekta way then butchering everything good about this serial which had seemed so different previously. I still have a question in mind that whether the writer has changed 😕? Why they are after showing a complicated melodrama in every episode? Why don't they understand that a simple story, well presented, can carry more weight and touch hearts more effectively?
