I could imagine me having Lakshmi Dewi's palm and gold coins dropping everytime when I think of the latest designs in all the jewellery shoppes at Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur...😉...Apporam don't worry generous amount of gold coins will find its way to every IF members door steps (including overseas members too)...all then can arrange for a grand global IF MEET here in Kuala Lumpur..!!👏

Ganesh arrives ( Nallu stops on her tracks and drinks with her eyes -

How come you read my mind Rojapoo??? But you failed to realise something - Sue wishes she was one of the "two ladies" to stand by his side..then Gold coins-a kekkavey vendam..!!😳 Idhu eppidi???🤣 But then again teenaged Muruga is still the best.....makes me feel like I am his mum..!!😉

I attended a wedding (real one!) over the weekend, and I thought of Sue because everyone looked like a jewelry showroom, and there I was, in my teeny tiny stuff. Sue would have been totally at home there! I didn't know these long maalais existed (about as long as a flower maalai!) Is that the in thing now? I haven't seen them in the Tamil serials, either. Maybe it is the trend in the North, because this group was mainly Bengalis and the bride's side was all Gujarati.

By the way, the Punjabis wore diamonds, and boy, were they big! My eyes were literally popping out of their sockets.

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge

The lounge is getting ready for a triple celebration.
Nallu kutty is engaged , Madhu quietly got married
and Niti is expecting baby number 2 - Now the IF ians
are just too enthusiastic to celebrate all this - all
time low economy, the rotten Tamil serials or any other
negative thing can not subdue the elation - All are getting
ready with diamonds, platinum, gold and what not.

Eljay was out from HQ - to attend a wedding. She traveled
with a bunch of North Indians who always roll in money
and sport marble sized diamonds every where - the dazzle
blinded Eljay momentarily and she was dying to get back to
the lounge - where she can find compatriots who still see
diamonds in a jewel shop window.

Sue heard about this trip - has been bugging Eljay for details.
Nair Bhaiyya saw her writing those emails and could not help
sneaking. He had the jitters and is silently sending prayers to
all Gods. Knowing Sue, he does not stand a chance anyways.

Hosanna, the smartest of all the IF ians visits only when invited.
She lost hopes with Vaathu - for that matter with the whole gander
clan and prefers to enjoy her students more.

Jagdu is enjoying the IPL matches - with names like Dare Devils,
Royal Challengers and Super Kings all the players must be feeling
like royalties and the fans of course always are the "subjects" .
He finds Aish with the same interest and so exchanges nuances
with her. Not just that - the election results made Jagdu roll on the
floor with excitement - Wants Jazzie to give juicy inside info on
the losers and their reactions.

Which brings us to Jazzie who went underground for quite some
time. She was too busy with so many things but now is back
with a bang. The African Junglee practices are getting revived -
mandai uruttal is expected to start any time soon. Looking for
some round mandais - Jaz has her eyes on Roja's mandai
which is insane already !!!

Netra is busy too - however she managed to wangle a diamond
studded sari for the celebs. The only mistake she did was to
announce her possession in the lounge - both Kadhu and
Vani made a quick trip to rip off the diamonds. Last heard, Netra
is running in circles to hide the sari from the eyes of the thieves.
But the thieves themselves are so used to running in circles -
they do watch a few tamil serials after all - and so the dodging
is futile - every step is met with an equally adept step.

Kadhu is leaving for India in June. She shops till she drops
and Mr.Kadhu dreads the dawn of every day -"ayyo, pozhuthu
vidinju duthu..innikki entha area le entha kadai le shoppingO??"

Vani had Karthi visiting her - Penang was painted red , violet and
blue - When Kaarthi took leave, Penang Corporation celebrated
its freedom - well, they are in for a surprise. Kaarthi does not
believe in single trips - she did enjoy the trip and so might invade
Penang pretty soon !!

Arjun Meena has got addicted to IF - cant blame her - IF Tamil
Lounge has that effect - they all suffer the Tamil serials and the
only solace is to meet the fellow sufferers -"well we are not alone"

Aish is back to HQ - she went for a conference and could not wait
to get back to the lounge. She came back and found that nothing has
changed - the serials had not moved an inch, Thollai was still
operating the same old chekku with Aatha as the sole maadu.
Even the BG music was the same....na na naa na nnananna naaa -

Nallu logs in only when Ganesh is working - the phone bill showed
an all time high amount - Nallu's dad is setting that off in to the
marriage expense account - "adutha varusham IT returns le ithukku
yethanum relief undaa??" While she is not on the phone, she hears
Ganesha Ashtothram, Genesa Panchrathnam, Siddhi Vinayaga Stotram
repeatedly - any name with out a Ganesh added to it has no charm for her !!!

Madhu is happy - well deserved happiness - She is a real sweet heart
and a very genuine person. The IF ians are very happy that she got married.

Niti is more regular these days - Varun kutty is being trained for the
arrival of his brother. The baby is due in August and the couple are
eagerly waiting. She still follows Thollai and Aatha - the egoistic
control freaks who want to run every body's life -

Giri is still missing - time Roja went and dragged her out physically.
She wont have a problem for saris for the triple celebrations - she
got a few saris , thanks to Kaushik's poonal wedding - she did
extensive shopping and bought some rare exclusive colored silk saris -

Atina had a short break from IF and mad Roja - but she is so
conditioned that she got back to the lounge earlier than expected.
Her daughter got fed up of Atina's addiction but puts up with it
as Atina enjoys her IF time.

Eclat aka Petition Periyanayagi is busy writing petitions to
EK about the vaathu torture. Looks like EK has spam protection
on - Eclat's emails must be getting in to the spam folder directly.
Not that it fazes our PP - she sends one every day - Eclat deserves
to be called as "Vikram" for her undying effort of carrying the vethalam.
Rojaaa, do u know that it is a longggggggg time since u had a convocation???
So many IF ians are waiting for titles and the graduation ceremony !!!

Srima is traveling - expected to reach home by the end of the month.
Eljay heard about her sari shop and has made a mental note - "next time
should plan to go via Bombay and pick up some saris. Intha kirukku Roja
is planning celebration after celebration ... saris innum neriya venum..."

Netra is sitting in a chair and supervising the decorations - Kadhu
throws some color papers in her directions and asks her to make
some flowers for decorations..... well where is maddie??? missing
as usual..... Every one goes about their work in a dreamy state
but all their ears are directed to the lounge door... the banging can
be heard any time soon...now....
