Nallu, thanks for the Court CK mah....... had a good laugh about it. Very apt to choose Jazzy as our lawyer. 👏

Btw, Uma, what is Kai Murukku. Is it a shape of hands? 😉 😆 Since you can make it in half an hour, maybe you should give us a recipe and maybe a photo to go with it in the recipe thread? Thanks in advance.

Aren't you inviting me to your house?

Aiyoh Caryn, kai murukku means, you shape the murukku with your fingers. You need experince to do that.
Lets see Uma's receipe and picture.

No HO, thanks to Kavitha ...... I thought Kai murukku means muruku looks like hands. 😆 But no............

I bought this for the first time last year in Brickfields Kavi. But was tasteless. When are you opening your Sweet Shoppe as suggested by Sue?

I will be your first customer. 😊

murukku in the shape of hands??? caryn you are the pits!! normally much of these murukkus etc are made with moulds (achchu) kai murukku is murukku that is shaped etc by hands without using a mould!!! and it requires practice to get the lovely shape!!!

My Dear friends, all r doing fine and enjoyed Diwali.

Kai Murukku I meant, the one they distribute in bhramin kalyanam with 8 to 12 layers. I did it in a small scale of 2 layers. Requires lot of practice to bring it to the shape without breaking. Kai murukku (Hand-twisted murukku) - See Receipe thread.
