Hi. I'm 26, Male. Recently I had jaundice because of fatty liver and now I'm recovering stage and almost fine.
The reason I think I had this problem is because of low quality butter that I consumed everyday. I have stopped eating butter and any kind of oil totally.
Can someone suggest some liver healthy snacks for me? I don't really like eating veggies and nuts ( all that same stuff that every article suggests ) as I eat them everyday anyways and that too with very less oil and spices content.
I prefer namkeen kind of stuff, couldn't find any information on Google for specific brand which is healthy and contains the least oil among all the brands.
