Hi Everyone!

I need some help related to recipes. I'm making a collection of old and forgotten recipes with a bit of description - basically vintage food-po*n 😛. Can any of you give me old and almost forgotten traditional recipes from different provinces and region of India (other than Bengal)? I need detailed recipes, with ingredients, cooking methods and of course, a brief description of the taste, aroma and beauty of the end product. It would be even better if you have any personal experience of making it or seeing it being made by a family member or friend. It would be really helpful if you could provide vivid details of any such food that you have experienced or even heard from some source.

Thanks in advance!
