Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Finely chopped button mushrooms - 1/2 cup
Grated paneer - 1/4 cup
Boiled and mashed green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
Chopped or grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Yoghurt - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil as required

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead into a soft dough by adding water to the mixture.

Divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll out small balls out of the dough

Flatten each ball into a round shape applying dry flour to the balls to prevent it from sticking to work top.

Cook the paratha on a hot griddle and cook both sides by applying a little oil till both sides turn to a golden brown color.
