Prove this delicious
This is an ingenious way of combining two delights, chocolate and a good liqueur. Only need
cup of crushed ice,
3 beaten egg yolks,
3 cups of Porto Wine,
3 glasses of Chartreuse (preferably green),
1 chocolate tablet with finely powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar.
If you prefer, you can change the chocolate paste of 2 tablespoons of powdered cocoa or chocolate. Should stir all this very well in the shaker (or a wide mouth jar tightly covered if you do not have a shaker) and serve immediately.
