Discussion Questions⭐️ Do you take into account the food guide when you make your course meals?nope, never.😆 I just eat as I want to.. if i started looking at the food guide, then I think i will not take it serious, as for me imp to eat those healthy and vegetables..😆⭐️ How well you think you follow the above food guide ?Hmm, not well😆 I don't think I will follow it at all.. as I don't like to eat fish, some of the vegetables and etc.. for me I just eat what I find..⭐️ Will you bring any changes into your diet?I am trying at the moment, I am healthy, and my weight is just perfect love my body. But still I want to eat healthy, so it can help me with be more active and not lazy...😃⭐️ Do you think this food guide actually helps a healthy diet?Somehow it does, but I think u can also make ur own food guide, and work out of that. but ofcourse all the food in the food guide is different and got different minerals, and we need all of them.. 😉

Exercising helps, when u r eating too much and everything.
But even then u have to keep percentage of everything in limits.
Execise doesn't fulfill nutritions requirements.
