⭐️ Will you bring any changes into your diet?

Somehow it does, but I think u can also make ur own food guide, and work out of that. but ofcourse all the food in the food guide is different and got different minerals, and we need all of them.. 😉

Do you take into account the food guide when you make your course meals

No, but it is always there in my mind, where is fibre, where is protein, and calcium, and vitamins

How well you think you follow the above food guide ?
This above food-guide is not a food guide. It just gives idea. But it is not so good too. bcoz protien is there in first category, milk product too.
And I don't think, that Alcohol shud be included in any food guide. And most of the things we can't recognize

Will you bring any changes into your diet?
yeah, i always try. i want to include sprouted food more. but i am too lazy for that :-(

Do you think this food guide actually helps a healthy diet?
Sure. yeah it helps. But it is not much descriptive.
------
And yes, even this is not in detail, and is basic one. but ppl still don't follow these simple instructions too 😛
so in that way, thanks for reminding abt this one.

Discussion Questions

⭐️ Do you take into account the food guide when you make your course meals?
Not mostly. Usually it's just what I can make/find in a short time. Other times it's what I want to eat. I think it's important to eat healthy food and all kinds of food but restricting your food too much doesn't help much. It's the exercising that does.

⭐️ How well you think you follow the above food guide ?

Not very well as said above.

⭐️ Will you bring any changes into your diet?

I don't think so. I think I am doing pretty well with what I am eating right now. I do eat some vegetables and meat and plenty of fruits.

⭐️ Do you think this food guide actually helps a healthy diet?

It should. I mean that's what this is for but I have never tried to strictly follow it to decide for sure.

@ Mystery.

Exercising helps, when u r eating too much and everything.
But even then u have to keep percentage of everything in limits.
Execise doesn't fulfill nutritions requirements.

I know, that's why I said Eating healthy food is important. I said restricting your food too much is not good. But of course you have to restrict it to some extent. I mean if you keep eating all day, it doesn't help.

But I was referring to those who think dieting helps and all. You still should eat all kinds of foods and in proper quantities. Staying alive on just a couple apples a day really doesn't cut it. That's what I meant.

yeah, that way, u r right :)

Trying to have only few selected fruits doesn't help, it will make one sick later. And sometimes effects can be seen only after few years, osteoporosis , anemia, harmone problems etc.

now i understand ur point.
Eat everything, in required quantity in required ratio. And if this gives u more calories than ur daily requirement, then burn that extra calories by exercise. But don't cut down the important nutritions just bcoz they give u extra calories.

-----------
And the purpose of this food guide is to show the relative quantity of each group.

And it must be applied on the whole day intake.
Every meal doesn't require to follow this guide.
