before he could finish his sentence she left he was angry but for some reason her last smile put a smile on his face..

kanya goes staight to jolly's house where she left rahil.

she starts kicking the air whilst thinking about her past.

she bangs the door..

jolly opens it and looks at a fustraited kanya.

jolly thinks: lagtha hain milan ho ga yah!

kanya comes in and falls on the sofa jolly sits opposite her

jolly: kanya woh rahil uski school dekne ke liye gaayah hain.

kanya: aakele jaane diya..?

j: aur naahin tho kya..? kya meh ek chodah saal ke ladke ke haath pakkar kar chaalu? usse kesa laage ga. kanya meh buddhu naahin hoon mere wahaan ek dost hain uski ladka bhi rahil ke school saath parega uske saath gayah hain.

k: oh good at leats one thing is fine!

j: one thing ? kyun kya huwa?

k: uuf meh hi bohod badh kismat hoon!

j: kya bakh raheen hain.. kismat ?

k: kya kaaru ek saal ke liye kaam karna hoga!

j: yeh baath hain ..

k: naahin..ranbir

j: ranbir>? ranbir nanda ryt tere boss?

k: tu jaanti hain usko ?

j: thora woh uski baathija ayaan mera college dost hain.

k: oh god meh tho badh kismat hoon! ranbir hain. woh mera ranbir rahil ke dad!

j: what ?? ranbir ?? ranbir nanda..yaar what a bomb!

k: oi!

j: uske baare meh naahin yeh mamla bomb hain bomb!

k: aab kya karu saala mera boss hain mujhe tho rona aarahaan hain! jaab usse dekha mera tho duniya heen toot gayah ..meh thora kaap raheen thi ..saab logh mujhe dek rahain the issiliye maine usse pehchaana naahin aachi tara seh..

j: kanya himmat rak!

jolly comes close to her and hugs her..

j: kanya ronna maath sab kuch teek ho jai ga

k: jolly kese! usse dekthe hi mujhe kuch ho jaa tha hain!

j: kya aaj bhi tu usse pyaar karthi hain

kanya wipes her tears

k: naahin no ways! meh aur uss sandh seh neva! saala bohod kadus hain..! samaj tha kya hain apne aap ko

j: kanya! tuje tho kaam karna heen hoga !

k: naahin meh vapas jaaungi yaahan naahi rehna hain mujhe!

j: kya paagal hogayi hain tu! agar rahil ko patha chaal gayah tho ?

k: kya?? naahin yahaan naahin rehsaakthi ..usse dekthe hi mera dil kaapne laagtha hain!

j: kya kanya.! tu jaayeh gi tho rahil ka kya hoga woh wapas naahin jaiga mujhe wishwas hain!

k: naahin meh usse manwa ungi!

j: kanya sirf tere baare meh kyun sochthi rehthi hain..yahaan rahil ka future aacha hoga!

k: rahil ka future?? yeh baath saahin ahin .. paar meh kya kaarun !

j: woh thuje pehchanntha hain kya?

k: naahin woh kese

j: tho kissbaath ki chintah!

k: paar mujhe! rahil

j: kaam kar thu kaam karegi! ek aur baath rahil.. dont mention him at work or everyone will get curious!

k: paar jolly mujhe bohod gabraat hora heen hain!

j: tu bhi ek daam paagal chaal aah me tujhe saare delhi dikathi hooon!

just then rahil came in ,,

jolly left the front door open so wen he came a while bak he heard every thing

k: rahil! thu kaab aayah

ra: aabhi aabhi kyun >?

k: naahin..woh..

ra: mom kya huwa bohod kabra raheen hain kyun

k: naahin woh thu naahin tha nah tera heen intezaar kara heen thi!

ra: oh ok..

k: kesa tha tera visit

ra: ek dum bindaas! mom yeh jaaga bohod aacha hain ..yahaan bohod sikunga!

kanya smiled and all three went out site seeing.

within a week rahil started school and kanya started work.

the first day of work had left her feelin totally weird anf confused.

what happened was ..

she went into the hotel dressed in :

she went straight to babli (malika's secretary)

b: hello kanya .. wow you look smart!

k: thanx!

b: anyhow ranbir sir, has some files in his cabin that need sorting out, he will go through them with you

kanya rolled her eyes saying: oh will he now!

b: kuch kaha?

k: naahin tho.

b: teek hain now go to his cabin. all the best especially with that control freak.

k: what >?

b: you'll see.

kanya enters his cabin and finds him reciting a poem.

he doesnt notice her,

ranbir:

kanya stood their taking each and every word in and thinking that this is not the other ranbir not her ranbir..

as soon as ranbir finished kanya clapped.. and ranbir within a split second looked up gob smacked.

r: thum!

k: woh sir kya shairi hain!

ranbir was really embarresed

r: knock karna bhool gayi ya phir maa baap ne sikhayah naahin?

k: sir meh yaahan tumhaara complements kara heen hoon aur thum mere mom dad ke baare meh? how dare you!

r: oi chup be! next time knock!

k: waise bhi you got quite a talent their did you write them yourself?

r: haan ..yuhi...what do you want?

k: nothing

r: then what are you doing here get lost !

k: ouch people these days no manners!

r: oi! this is my office and you are insulting me?

k: yup! i am here to stay i am your PA!

r: huh! PA..!

k: sir babli said you have some files for me to organise?

r: babli? kaun babli?

k: woh umm.....malika maam ki err PA.

R: oh ho woh churail waali?

kanya surprised: churail waali?

r: uska naam babli hain..naaya sun rahaan hoon! yahaan kissi ka naam hi naahin maloom.

k: sir mera naam kya hain?

r: k..kanya..

k: aap ne mera naam kesse jaana? yaahan logh paanch chai saal se kaam karahain hainunki naam naahin jaanthe tho mera kesa?

r:woh..uh.. thum yahaan kaam karne aayi hon ka baak baak karne ke liye?

k: kaam dijeh naah!

r: uss table pe files hain unne national numbers milakar rakna. mujhe ek meeting attend karna hain, this will take you most of the day so ..

with that he left

on the way back after the meeting and hardly having any lunch. he wondered why he could only remember her name.

he went to his cabin and was surprised to find her there as its lunch break,

ranbir thinks: "shouldnt she be at lunch?"

kanya on teh other hand is proud of herself the work that her boss left should take up 8 hours but for her she's done 5 hours one more and she's done.

he goes back to his desk and starts working silently.

now and then he would look up to see if she's gone for lunch but for some reason it disappointed him that she hadnt her lunch.

at a moment kanya looks up and meets his eyes staring back at hers.

k: w..what?

r: uhh kuch naahin...thumne lunch kiya?

k; no sir.

r: then go.

k: no thanks.

r: what do you mean?

k: yaahin ke meh lunch naahin karungi. jab taak mera kaam naahin kaatham hogi.

r: umm okay but still you'll

kanya cuts him off.

k: sir if you dont mind i would like to get on with this!

kanya got back to work

ranbir thinks: ambitious determind and fiery thats my kind! ranbir nanda what are you saying chi!
