3 DAYS LATER:

Kripa was back home to welcome her parents. She had turned quite than usual. She spent most of her time in office in meetings. Angad missed no chance to see her. He was around her always. Wherever they were alone he would remind her of the time left for her to make the decision.

Every1 had noticed her odd behavior & also tried to talk to her but in vain. She had subsided their talks by saying that she was loaded with work & her work was getting into her…

Today every1 was happy. Gayatri & Suryabhan were back home with their children. Shashank also came down to have dinner with every1 at the Garewal mansion. They all had a lovely dinner prepared by their daughter-in-law & their daughters. Now all of them were sitting in the living room enjoying a cup of hot chocolate & discussing abt random things. Then the parents brought out the topic for which they had come back to India.

G: Kashish have u talked to the girls abt the Khanna boys.

Kashish who had been trying to avoid this question fearing the pain that would hurt her in-laws was trying to avoid the question. She looked at Sujal but his face was expressionless. Kasturi realized the problem Kashish was facing & decided to help her out.

KA: ya… mom I did…

KS: yes bhabhi did…

SU: so what do u have to say abt it princess. V don't want to force u into this… but v think its time u 2 get settled…

KS: but with whom???

G: I think Robbie is best suited for u…

When Kasturi understood the joke (which was 5secs later) she stared hitting Arman with the cushions beside her & every1 started laughing.

Sujal stopped the war by hugging Kasturi & kissing her on her temple with a brotherly affection…

KS: I love Sujal Bhai & I hate Arman…

SU: so do many… I thought he got the taste of it on his engagement day…

KS: I wish I could give it back to him…

G: u do that later… but 1^st ans my question… do u want to get married to Robbie???

KS: yes… but when Kripa gets married to some1…

SU: well v were thinking abt Angad for her…

Before any1 could tell anything abt Angad to her parents Kripa gave the ans to Angad's question.

K: I don't have a problem with it…

With it she left the room to hide the tears which were clouding in her eyes…

While her parents thought that she was shying away every1 else knew they were sad tears. But what baffled every1 was that y did she agree to marry Angad in the 1^st place when she had support against him from every1…

NEXT DAY:

The Khanna's were here to fix up the wedding date. Naina & Dilip were here to meet the brides. Both of them were top of the world as their 2 sons had finally agreed to get married. Naina was more happy for Angad as she always thought that he would be the 1 to not get married any time sooner. But at the same time she didn't want Kripa to b forced into anything. She took Kripa out on the pretext of seeing the garden outside.

Looking into her eyes Kripa could say that the woman was a sweet heart & is the best mother & al\t the same time would b the best mother-in-law for any1.

N: Kripa… I want to ask u 1 question which u would b surprised to hear from any mother abt her.

K: u can ask me anything.

In her mind she thought that she could lie through every thing. She had done in last night when every1 had just barged into her room to ask her the same question "y was she marrying Angad?" to which she had replied that she loved him… which was not entirely false… she didn't just state that she hated him more than she loved him.

N: ok… do u know abt Angad's past???

K: u can ask me straight forward… I wouldn't mind…

N: do u know that Angad is a Casanova???

K: yes… I know he was a Casanova… I was 1 of the girls to suffer a heart break from him…

N: then y r u marrying him???

K: may b becoz I still do love him… (in her mind) rather he left me with no choice.

N: r u happy with this marriage????

K: yes I am… can I ask u 1 question aunty???

N: 1^st its mom & not aunty & 2^nd u can ask me anything sweetheart…

K: I thought Angad's parents didn't know abt Angad's past GF???

N: he thinks it that way… let him keep that assumption… his dad doesn't know abt it… but I do.

K: did u ever try to stop him???

N: I have tried… but it never worked… except with u in his life… believe me I have seen him with a new girl everyday but since u entered his life I never saw him even thinking abt some girl except u.

K: so was this my test???

N: no it was for my satisfaction that my son was not ruining some1's life…

K: so did ur son pass this test???

N: yep he did… that too with flying colours… as I know this is his ever lasting love…
