Chapter 3
Next day in College Campus
Muskaan walks in thinking about the previous day and so does Rahul, they both clash and get lost in each other's thoughts. Muskaan thinks "what shall I say, is this the right time to speak out" and Rahul thinks "you better say something now, or else never!!"
Muskaan clears her throat and says "Rahul, I would like to ask you something"
Rahul thinks in his mind "shayad maafi mangne wali hai" and finally says; yeah go ahead in firm voice. She finally speaks out saying may I know the reason you called me Ghamandi? Rahul's face turn pale and doesn't know what to say when Muskaan ease the situation saying I didn't knew u much so I was not comfortable talking to you before but now we can be friends right? Saying this she brings her hand forward to shake hands with Rahul who is still confused…
Muskaan as usual starts her non stop talk and asks Rahul " Coffee peene chale, who shakes his head for an yes and says nothing" Muskaan then comments "baat karne ke liye paise nahi lagte" saying this she laughs in her usual style.
They both reach the cafeteria when Rahul asks her what she will have and Muskaan requests for 1 plate samosa, 1 plate sandwich, one coffee with less cream and more sugar saying this she takes her seat indicating Rahul to do the ordering job. Rahul walks towards the billing counter thinking kitna khayegi when a voice comes from behind saying make it three of whatever Muskaan ordered. Rahul turns around to see Ajay and Suniana taking the chairs next to Muskaan and giving her a high five. Rahul gives an angry gaze to Ajay who cutely winks at him. Rahul finally orders and joins the conversation.
Ajay then questions both of them that how come the enemies are together today when Rahul-Muskaan speak at the same time saying, we were never enemies and look at each other. Suniana comments saying " aaj kya chorus din hai" and gives a high five to Ajay.
Ajay then asks Muskaan if she managed to get a taxi yesterday when she looks at Rahul who signals not to mention anything about the ride, when Ajay interrupts her and says, main tumse kuch pooch raha hoon" Muskaan fumbles saying yeah she got it but couldn't make it to the party, she excuses herself saying she has to leave for practical classes and Rahul leaves too accompanying Muskaan leaving Ajay-Suniana confused.
Rahul thanks Muskaan for not saying anything to Ajay, however Muskaan is not pleased. She questions him what's the reason behind hiding!! Rahul tells her that he is scared that they will start teasing them around when Muskaan turns to him putting a smile on her face and says "how sweet, do one thing, don't ever talk to me then as you are scared of people" and walks off angrily. Rahul thinks " acha khasa kha pee kar chali gayi and goes after her to talk but Muskaan is not interested!!
Practical Classes
Rahul is paired with Muskaan during practical classes and Muskaan taunts Rahul saying I hope people will not tease us for doing practicals together when Rahul replies " are nahi, professor paired us na, agar mujhe choose karma hota tho…. When Muskaan gives an angry look and Rahul immediately change his sentence to "tumhare saath hi hota na" however Muskaan is in no mood for such pj's.
The instructor finally arrives there commanding everyone to take there respective positions and start doing the dissection of a mouse. Rahul says " aap apne haathon se yeh shubh karya karengi, yeh main karoon" when Muskaan just stares at him and wears the gloves. She takes the knife and proceeds towards the mouse but her hands are shaking terribly and she finally faints.
Rahul holds her and the whole batch gather there worried, the instructor inquires about the situation when Rahul replies saying; I guess she didn't eat anything this afternoon so she fainted due to weakness. The instructor tells Rahul to care of Muskaan and commands everyone to go back to what they were doing!!
Rahul takes her outside and makes her sit under the tree. He then quickly gets some water and sprinkles on her. Muskaan opens her eyes saying "main kahan hoon" when Rahul asks her if she is okay?
Muskaan realizes that she did faint because she is scared of dissection and covers up in front of Rahul saying she was not interested in attending the practical classes so did all this drama, however Rahul catches up the lie saying " Oh so, that's the reason, your hands were shaking" leaving Muskaan stunned!!
