Kashish was shocked to see who her manager would be.No wonder she had heard his voice earlier too.It was Rudransh the person who joined her and Sam for lunch while they waited for their interview results.Sam also walked in at the same time and saw Rudransh and said,"You are our team lead.Oh!!Man am I shocked or what!!??" Rudransh just smiled at them and said,"Yes.It happens.I am your team lead.I chose you both to be a part of my team." Sam and Kashish were surprised that they had discussed so much about the interview in front of him and he had actually been on the process of selecting his team members.Rudransh then explained to them,"I always prefer to interact with my team members as a friend more than a lead.I wanted to know the attitudes that you people carried to your work place.I am glad I chose the right people and I hope you both wont let me down." Kashish and Sam were speechless.They were glad that they were to be a part of such a wonderful person.They both said together,"Yes,sir.We wont let you down." Rudransh said,"The most important thing here....we dont call people Sir or Madam...we call them by their names.I am sure you have been told about that.So call me Rudransh or Rudra.No titling anybody for that matter.We are all equal here." Kashish and Sam nodded their heads and said,"Yes Rudransh." and walked out.Kashish and Sam were talking about Rudransh as they walked towards their homes.Both of them were impressed that Rudransh who maybe only 2 or 3 years older to them was a Team leader...and a good one at that.He had no airs about him that he was a team lead while they were his team members.He was so friendly and treated them so warmly.They were waiting to start their work from next day. Kashish was home and all praise of Rudransh.She was singing praises of him to everyone around the house.There was a call and she picked the phone,"Hello.....Jijs...How are you???Ofcourse I am fine.....hmmm..I'll give it to di..."Kashish called out loud,"Diiii......its Jiju online.He wants to talk to you....come soon..."Smitha ran to the phone and was speaking to her husband,Sachit.Sachit was now in London due to his job.He had asked Smitha to stay with her parents for the few months when he would be abroad but he made sure he called her every few days when time permitted. Smitha and Sachit spoke for few minutes after which he spoke to her parents and Kashish spoke to him about her new job.He wished her luck to prosper and hung up.Smitha was silent and went into her room.Kashish was sure she had seen tears in her eyes.She ran behind Smitha and saw her looking at Sachit's photo and wiping away her tears.Kashish was not sure what to say but she walked in and sat next to Smitha.Smitha wiped her tears faster trying to hide them and broke down in Kashish's arms saying,"I miss him a lot Kashish.He loves me like nobody else does.He has till today never complained about the fact that we both have no children....I feel like I am making him unhappy...by not having a child to give him." Smitha and Sachit were married for quiet a few years now.They had no children.They had been to different doctors and found out that they have very less chances of having kids.If they did then it would only be a miracle. Kashish held her sister tight and said,"Di..Jiju loves you more than anybody.I am sure he would never hurt you or let anyone hurt you.You need to be strong for him just like how he is for you." Smitha smiled at the Kashish after hearing her.Today she felt how old Kashish was.She was advising her about relationships.She said,"Kashish..I am glad to hear these words from you..I realised now that you are not the little kid who I brought up...You are a woman and today you just made me realise that...we can be something beyond sisters to each other..." Kashish and Smitha sat in the room for few more minutes and suddenly Kashish realised she had to meet Saurabh.It was already 6 in the evening.She hit her head and said,"Di...I forgot all about Saurabh ...I will have to go and meet him and tell him also about Rudransh...Ohh...I cant wait to tell him how Rudransh selected me and Sam for his team...." and ran out.Smitha smiled and tought to herself,"This girl....I dont know when she became the same kid again....I cant imagine what will happen to the man who will marry her..." and came out of the room thinking about Kashish. Kashish was walking toward Saurabh's house and thinking,"How much Jiju loves Di...She is so lucky to have found Jiju...I wish one day I get to have such a person to marry me..." Kashish ran into Saurabh's room.She saw all around and Raj wasnt there.She was happy.She told Saurabh all about Rudransh and how he had lunch yesterday and how he was friendly with her.She was singing praises that she was lucky to be working under such a nice person.She was walking backwards looking at Saurabh and talking to him when she hit into someone.It was Raj.Raj said,"Somehow I think you love to keep bumping into me.This time couldnt you look straight and walk."Kashish was angry that she was at fault this time.She wasnt going to listen to all that he had to say.She instead answered back,"Well...If I was walking looking at the back..you were walking looking in the front right..You could have changed your path..You keep bumping into me...not me into you." Saurabh looked at both of them and said,"Ok.Stop the arguements.Grow up both of you.Why do you people keep arguing of something or the other and most of the time for something thats very very silly???" Both Raj and Kashish said together,"Not me....I dont fight.." Saurabh was smiling at both of them when they stopped suddenly."Ok...both of you sont fight...but you both keep bickering about small things....lets not go on with this...Kashish you have dinner with us today....Raj will then drop you home." Kashish nodded her agreement and all of them had dineer together.Kashish was back at praising Rudransh.Saurabh was listening intently at what she was saying while Raj was silently observing her as she spoke.Kashish realised this too but she acted like she did not and went on. While walking back home Kashish was comparing Raj and Rudransh.They both were so different.Rudransh was so friendly and made her feel so warm and special while Raj was always arguing with her and making her feel like a kid.She had reached home and realised only after Raj said,"Bye".She watched him walk back and was wondering if he would look back like he did yesterday.She was waiting while he walked slowly but Raj did not look back.She felt sad and turned towards the door when Raj looked back at her and was wondering if she would look at him like yesterday.She did not.He turned back to the street and walked faster.He wasnt sure what he felt but he did feel sad.Kashish on the other hand was feeling sad too.She walked into her room and fell asleep thinking of Raj and Rudransh.She was very disappointed that Raj had not turned back,"What has happened to me...??Why am I feeling bad because of this...I dont know" and she fell asleep.
