A- So kripa what do you want to do tonight he asked as they both closed the caf up. K- What do you mean what are we going to do tonight... I don't know about you but I'm going home to sleep she said laughing, A- what … oh come on that's so boring …let's do something come on I mean I 'm only here for a month, K- you don't need to keep on reminding me, A- okay I'm sorry… kripa shook her head, A- now what did I do…K- firstly you tell me not to say sorry and then you say it yourself…seriously angad I don't know what to think about you sometimes she replied giggling.

A- well how about …wow angad so cute , so nice, so hot, so tall…K- what you and hot please she said laughing though she knew he was telling the truth … he surely was good looking. A- what's so funny...come on kripa don't tell me if I asked you out lets just say you know I liked you and all and I asked you out …you wouldn't say yes he asked with a grin. K- Well give me one good reason why I should say yes she replied smirking. A- uh because look at me hello … hotness at it's best…K- little over confident don't think…ok angad I tell you if you tell me lets just say I had the "hots" for you and asked you out …what would you say. A- hmmm …NO, K- WHAT, A- well it's just weird you know like you're my friend and yeh I would never want to ruin our friendship for that…k- so you're telling me that even if we had feelings for each other and that there's a chance we could be together and that some other guy was going to take me away you'd still not do anything … angad stopped and looked into her eyes and then laughed, A- nope my answer will still be the same and come one like that's really going to happen … kripa just shook her head, A- so what would you answer be…K- no like you I mean why waste my time right she said grinning... angad just laughed hitting her head softly.

K- so where are we going tonight, A- beach, K- beach at this night? But what are we going to do at the beach and that to at night, A- what normal people do …sit down and watch the calm water ... now let's go he said grabbing her hand as they made their way to the beach…

K- Oh wow angad I never knew the beach was so nice at night…it's so peaceful…A- yeh I usually come here when I'm worried …come on sit down with me he asked sitting on the soft, wet sand. Kripa took a deep breath in and out looking at the beautiful sight right in front of her…A- so kripa how's Prithivi …kripa looked at angad …that was so random of him. K- He's good …coming back the day after tomorrow, A- I guess you'll be meeting him then, K- well he said he'll drop by so I don't know she said looking straight ahead…A- do you …K- how about we don't talk about him, A- okay I was you know, K- what?, A- being a good friend and seeing if he was good enough to be your friend …K- and who are you again to decided who I can and can not be friends with she asked grinning… angad just rolled his eyes …A- whatever he was about to say something when kripa got up with a sudden urge to splash around in he water like she had done when she was a kid.

Kripa stopped as she felt the freezing water splash over her feet…she was hesitant …she didn't want to freeze…maybe she would go in slowly …yeh that's what she would do. Kripa took step by step into the water and then back out feeling to cold …when something had pushed her from behind and in she fell…into the water.

K-AAAHH… she pushed her hair off her face to see angad beside her…all wet. Frowning she began to splash him. A- Whoa chill there kripa he said covering his face, K- why did you push you idiot...gosh, A- I thought it would be fun he replied grinning, K- fun?... yep it surely as fun considering you nearly gave me a heart attack but hey it was fun she replied sarcastically, A- oh come on kripa chill, K- no she said getting up annoyed when angad pulled her back down…falling right into his arms…in is lap. Angad laughed while kripa frowned trying to get back up but angad had other plans has he wrapped his arms around her tightly.

K- let go you loser… , A- nope, K- yes she said turning her head to look him in the eyes, A- no he said pulling her closer to him… kripa swallowed as her stomach began to turn upside down slowly as he tucked her hair behind her ear. Kripa turned her face to side to hide herself from him but angad turned her face back around …slowly he cupped her face as she looked into his eyes again…A- I'm sorry kripa. Kripa lowered her eyes whispering " it's okay" and then got up, A- hey where are you going, K- it's getting late I think I should go now, A- well you could at least help me get up, Kripa turned around …poking her tongue and ran out of the water …A- KRIPA…

K- what would you like coffee or tea she said pressing her answering machine button, A- uh coffee would be nice he replied sitting down on the couch , K- okay she replied walking into the kitchen. Angad was about to say something …when her answering machine spoke … "you have one new message" … " 7:30pm – "hey kripa , it's Prithivi …just called to say I hope you remember I'm coming tomorrow …don't forget …oh and I have a surprise for you , well I'll call you later…miss you ..Can't wait to see you …BEEP"

Angad shook his head as he mimicked Prithivi to himself…A-" miss you… can't wait to see you" …idiot, K- you say something kripa asked walking back into the living room , A- uh no , K- okay here's your coffee , A- thanks…come sit here with me , K- uh give me a sec … let me change first, A- okay sure.

Angad hummed a song to himself when he saw kripa walking back in a black silk nightie dress, as she combed her slightly wet hair… he watched as she flicked her hair from side to side …combing the knots out…he eyes slowly moving from her face to her toes …checking her curves out

Kripa finally noticed him eyeing her up and down. K- Uh is something wrong she asked awkwardly, A- uh huh….uh nothing, K- uh okay, A- yeh um I think I should go he said getting up as kripa followed him to the door.

A- thanks for the coffee, I'll see you tomorrow …bye he said as he leaned over to kiss her cheek and then turned to leave. Kripa smiled closing the door when she blushed remembering how she had caught him checking her out.
