Part 9 The rest of the day was a blur but then again it always is when I'm with my Angad!
'My Angad' doesn't it sound wonderful. Oh no Kripa! Steady there that is the exact same thing I said and Steve and Prithvi and look at how that turned out. Nope! This time I am going to take things slowly...I gave a breathless sigh when he paused to catch his breath, only to have my lips crushed once again under his soft velvety ones. We forgot all about time and space and we were so ahem ' caught up' ahem in what we were doing that we failed to notice the presence of not one but two indivisual.
Someone: Cough Cough! We broke apart to find Nishant and Kanan looking at us, in Kanan's case smugly whereas in Nishant's case with a little concern.
Nishant: Sorry for that but we have been standing here for the past 10 minutes and it didn't seem like you guys were about to resurface anytime soon. Hearing this I turned red,
(OMG I am soo doing that alot these days)and Angad the devil he is grinned.
Me: Ahem..What time is it? I asked. Anything to keep them from looking at me like that.
Kanan: It's almost 4!
Me: WHAT! Oh Crap I am soo late! I ezclamimed grabbing my bags and at the same time straightening myself up. Baba has a flight to Paris in another hour and I wanted to see him off.. I swept up my tangled hair and pinned them at the nape in a attempt to make them look neat. I turned to face Angad and gave him a quick kiss before rushing off the airport.
Nishant: So you and Kripa are going out now? He asked.
Angad: YES!
Nishant: How about you and I have a little talk. He kissed Kanan goodbye and both he and Angad took off on a drive.
Nishant: I'll get straight to the point, Kripa is like my little sister, she has been badly hurt in her past relationships and I need soe assurance from you that you won't do the same. I can tell that you are much better than the jerks she dated in the past but I wanted you to know that she is special, she is my sister and if you as much as make her cry, I will break your bones.
Angad: Nishant how could you even think that I am like the other guys Kripa dated? Neither am I gay, nor am I a jerk like that complete as* Prithvi. Nishant grinned when he heard that.
Nishant: She told you about Steve? HAHAHAHAHA...The guy always seemed weird to me with his obsession about his looks and designer shoes.
Angad: HAHAHAHA..Do you really think she would tell me allt hat? No I ahem 'accidentally' read her diary. Nishant laughed at this and the two went back to their respective homes. Meanwhile, I reached the airport in the nick of time and got to see my baba before he left.
Aaliya: LAte as per usual!
Me: Oh shut up Aloo, did he leave yet? I asked craning my neck and standing on my toes to get a better look.
Aaliya: Nope, still here but he's about to go. I spotted him standing a few feet away and ran to him to hug him goodbye and at the sametime, handing him my 'list' of things in 'needed' from
Paris. Me and Aaliya stood back as we saw his retreating back them headed back home in our respective cars.
I drove the car followed closely by Aaliya and parked it in the driveway. Both me and Aaliya were on our way inside when I felt someone's arm around my waist, before I could blionk, my mouth was covered by Angad's hand as he proceeded to rain kisses on my nape. I looked at Aaliya from the corner of my eye and saw her wrapped up in Josh. I turned to face Angad and gave him a long kiss..What? It has been like 2 hours since I last saw him, I did mioss him. We broke apart to see
Aaliya and Josh standing there staring at us with a dumbstruck expression on their face.
Aaliya: You have alot of explaining to do. I looked at Angad, oh boy was I in alot of trouble. We went inside and Josh and Aaliya sat down on the couch, looking at us expectantly.
Me: Actually the thing is...I mean we are....I took in a deep breath and blurted the whole thing out. Me and Angad are dating.
Aaliya:
NO WAY! Josh: When did this happen?
Angad: Today! Aaliya and Josh stared at us in amusement.
Josh: I didn't expect this from you Kripa. I mean Angad of all people!I mean you could have done better, someone handsome, smart...someone like ME! He exclaimed and winked at me! Angad got up and proceeded to use his brother like a punching bag. A laughing Kripa pulled him off his brother while Aalia just sat there and cheered.
Me: Seriously what are you two doing here?
Angad: We came here on instructions.
Josh: Yup! Mom told us that your dad was going out of town so we had to keep an eye on you two and make sure you guys are ok.
Angad: So we're here to look after you...lol..
Josh: So, What's for dinner? he asked getting comfortabnle on the couch and switching on the tv, he then started flicking through the channels whereas Aaliya gave him an annoyed look.
Aaliya: What do you mean what's for dinner?
Kripa: Yes! Infact you should be the ones taking US out to dinner.
Angad: Whatever you say ma'am. Aaliya glared at Josh who sighed and turned the tv off
Josh: Yeah Yeah! Let's go.
