Epilogue
Angad stared at the set of swings where some kids were playing, he smiled as they swung higher and giggled as their parents pushed them even higher. He turned and began to walk along a pathway towards the grass when someone pulled his jacket, he turned and stared at two small children, a boy and a girl, he kneeled down before them and smiled.
"Are you lost?"
"No, we know you" The girl replied
Angad looked confused, he hadn't seen the kids before.
"You know me? How?"
"Our dad knows you" The boy told him
"OK, where's your dad?"
The two children turned and pointed towards a bench where a man was sitting, Angad looked and nodded his head, he stood up and began walking with the kids over to the bench, he sat down next to the man and waited for the kids to run off and play before greeting him
"Milind, nice to see you, how are you?"
Milind turned upon hearing his voice, he smiled at Angad and shook his hand
"I'm great, what about you? Did things work out with the girl you told me about?"
"I'm good....and well whether things worked out with Kripa, why don't you see for yourself"
Angad pointed towards the grass where Kripa was playing with a small boy, Milind smiled.
"You had a boy? congratulations, what's his name?"
"Aditya"
"Wasn't that your brother's name?"
"Yeah, we named him after my brother"
"Right, so did you and Kripa get married?"
"Yeah when Adi was one, we planned on getting married earlier but things were hectic after he was born so we never had time, but as Adi grew we found the time and had a small reception"
"That's great, so how old is he now?"
"4 years old"
"Good good"
As Milind and Angad talked about their lives, Kripa picked Aditya up in her arms and walked over to them, Aditya ran to Angad and sat in his lap while Kripa stood beside them.
"Kripa, meet Milind, he's the reason we're married"
"Oh really? Then I should thank you"
"Well all I did was listen to him and give him my advice, it was Angad who chose to follow the advice and it was your decision to put everything behind yourself" Milind replied
"But still Milind, if you hadn't convinced Angad to confront me then I would never have realised how much I loved him"
"Please Kripa, what happened with you and Angad was destiny's desire, I was just a means of a way to make it happen, if it hadn't have been me then it would have been someone else"
Angad grinned
"Destiny's desire hey? well ain't that something"
Angad shook Milind's hand and picked Adi in his arms and walked towards the swing along with Kripa.
