The gang sit in a booth, Karan, Tia and Ria sit on one side while KK, Roshni and Aryan sit opposite them. The waiter comes over to take their orders
Ar - yeah can we get 6 portions of nachos, 1 large pizza hold the olives, 3 cokes and 3 strawberry milkshakes
The waiter goes away while the gang wait for their food
Ar - so what are we doing later?
Karan puts his arm around Tia
Kar - well me and Tia were hoping to spend some time alone
Ri - aww how sweet....hey I want to go shopping...Roshni you want to come with me?
R - no I think I'll stay home and rest
KK - me too
Ri - Aryan....
Ar - oh no....not shopping
Ri - please!
Ar - well since no one else is willing to go, I guess that leaves me no choice
Ri - thanks!
The food arrives and the gang begin to eat
Ri - guys I'm just going to go to the bathroom, Tia, Roshni you want to come?
T - no I'm good
R - me too
Ria goes to the bathroom while everyone else continues to eat. She comes out of the bathroom, near her are a few guys sitting at a table who begin whistling at her
guy1 - man look at her
guy2 - she's hot

Aryan is about to go to them but decides not to, Ria ignores them and walks towards the others when one of the guys comes in front of her
Ri - do you mind? get out of the way
guy2 - I don't mind.....why don't you make me
Ri - just move
Ria tries to push past him but he holds her hand, Aryan is watching all of this, the others don't notice because they're eating, Aryan puts his pizza on his plate and walks over to them, he puts his hand on the guys shoulder
Ar - let her go and go eat your food
guy2 - who the hell are you? and what's it to you?
Ar - she's my friend so leave her hand now
guy2 - no what you going to do?
Ri - Aryan he's hurting me
Ar - let her go!
Aryan pulls the guy away from Ria causing him to crash in to a table, he gets up and tries to punch Aryan but Aryan blocks the punch and punches him instead
Ri - Aryan stop it...Aryan....
Aryan begins to beat the guy up, the guys friends see and come to help the guy but Aryan beats them up too, the others see and KK and Karan jump forward and bgein holding Aryan back
KK - Aryan stop it! that's enough....
KK pulls Aryan back and stands in front of him
KK - easy bruv....lets go
Karan takes Aryan outside while Ria goes with Roshni and Tia. KK pays the bill then follows them. Outside Aryan punches the wall
Ar - why did you stop me?
KK - because if we hadn't you would have killed those guys...what would happen then huh? look lets just go home
Aryan walks off, Ria goes after him, the others slowly follow
Ri - Aryan wait
Ria catches up to Aryan and walks with him
Ri - thanks for what you did back there
Ar - its ok
Ri - you ok?
Ar - yeah, are you? they didn't hurt you too much or anything?
Ri - no I'm ok, listen you're still taking me shopping right?
Ar - sure
Ria smiles. They arrive back at the cottage and Ria goes to get changed for shopping, Aryan, KK and Roshni sit on the sofa, Karan and Tia are by the door
Kar - hey guys we're going
Ar - do you need the car?
Kar - no, we're just going for a walk
KK - cool, don't go too far and don't get lost
Kar - I'm not a kid bro
KK - yeah yeah just go
Karan and Tia leave, Ria comes down and her and Aryan leave for shopping. Roshni gets bored and reads a book, KK gets bored and goes upstairs and brings his PS3 and plugs it in and begins playing. Karan and Tia are walking together, he has his arm around her waist, both are silent at first, Karan looks at her and smiles
Kar - you know, I never thought I would find a girl like you
T - why's that?
Kar - I mean KK always has girls surrounding him, Aryan has his fair share but I wasn't that popular with girls...in fact you, Ria and Roshni were the only girls I used to talk to...Aryan would always say I would find a girl but I never thought it would be you
T - is that a good thing?
Kar - of course...hey tell me one thing, why did you kiss me that day?
Tia shrugs her shoulders, Karan stops walking and leans against a wall, Tia puts her arms around his neck while he puts his arms around her waist
T - I guess I wanted to see if you were a good kisser

He kisses her back, they begin walking again

Kar - you remember we wanted to spend time together and we all went to my house? Ria went off somewhere and then so did Roshni and KK?

Kar - well those two went off to get some ice cream, and while they were there KK asked Roshni if she liked him and she told him she did

Kar - no...you know KK he's always got a new girlfriend everyday, he says he doesn't like her that way and that they're just friends
T - well so were we and look what happened with us....I'm telling you, one day those two will get together
Kar - you want to bet on that?
T - ok then....if they do get together then you buy my dinner.....and if they don't then I'll buy you dinner

Tia grins and kisses him, they both find a bench and sit down, he puts his arm around her shoulders and she rests her head on his shoulders
T - so you know....Ria likes Aryan
Kar - what? really? how did this all happen?
T - well she says she doesn't but Aryan took her to this party and he danced with her friend and she got jealous
Kar - oh yeah I think KK told me about that....
T - yeah so I asked her if she liked him and she kept saying she didn't but the second I mention his name she has a huge grin on her face
Kar - could you imagine those two together? I mean they act like they hate each other
Tia giggles
Kar - what?
T - look at us....your brother tells you something in confidence and you tell me...my sister tells me something and I tell you...we're not very good siblings are we?
Kar - guess not...but at least we don't keep anything from each other
Tia smiles and hugs him. Meanwhile back at the cottage KK is still playing PS3 but is annoyed at Roshni still sitting there reading, he gives up and hits the pause button and looks at her, Roshni notices him and looks up from her book
R - what?
KK - why must you read so much?
R - excuse me?
KK - I mean I thought my brother reads a lot but you're worse than him....he at least enjoys playing some PS3, I don't think I've ever seen you near a console before
R - so?
KK - Aryan gets the latest consoles all the time, you're telling me you've never played any games on them?
R - no, I sometimes watch him but I don't see the big deal
KK - I don't believe this.....that's it
KK takes the book from her and puts it on the table, he goes over to her and pulls her up from the armchair and makes her sit next to him on the sofa, he hands her a controller then re starts the game
KK - ok this is Call of Duty 4, its a shooting game ok, see the screen has split in two, the one on the left is me and the one on the right is you, here are the controls. See this joystick thing on the left, that is what moves you around, see

KK - the other one is to look around, see the coloured buttons...
KK begins explaining the controls to her and how to play the game, he looks at Roshni who has a blank look on her face, he smacks his forehead then begins explaining slowly, he gets her to copy everything he does, they play a few practice games and she gets the hang of it, he grins successfuly and they have a few one on one games but he beats her in all of the games. He gets up and changes the game to Pro Evolution 2008, Roshni frowns
KK - what?
R - I just about learnt to play the other game, why put another one in?
KK - because you can't spend all the time playing one game, you need to learn more than one...once you get the hang of a couple now, learning on your own won't be a big deal later
R - ok then
KK puts on the practice mode and begins to teach her how to play
KK - playing football on the computer is kind of like playing football in real life, its a team game so you can't keep the ball to yourself for a long time because you're going to get tackled, so the key to the game is passing the ball
He shows her how to pass the ball, how to shoot and how to dribble with the ball, Roshni slowly gets the hang of it and they play some games, in the first game KK lets her get the hang of it and lets her score but the other games he challenges her by stopping her from scoring but slowly she gets better. Meanwhile in the town centre Aryan is standing outside a shop holding several bags, Ria pops her head out of the shop
Ri - you can come and pay now
Ar - I don't understand, didn't your parents give you any money?
Ri - yeah but they said, if I want anything to tell Aryan to get it for me
He groans and pays for the shopping and holds the two bags along side all the others he has. They begin walking when some guys whistle at Ria, she ignore them and looks at Aryan who wants to do something but she shakes her head
Ri - forget them
Aryan nods his head and they continue walking, the guys walk behind them and whistle at Ria
guy1 - look how hot she is man
guy2 - check out how she walks...
guy1 - yeah I'd love to get her alone sometime
Aryan breathes deeply and nudges Ria, he hands her the bags

Ar - if they say anything else I will
They continue to walk but now Ria has the bags, the guys keep following them

Before the guy can complete his sentence Aryan turns around and punches him in the face, the guys falls back holding his nose, Ria stands at the side when the other two guys lunge for Aryan, one of them holds him while the other tries to punch him but Aryan ducks and the guy hits his friend instead, Aryan holds them both by their necks and pushes them into each other, he then walks over to the main guy and picks him from the floor and knees him in his stomach, suddenly the attract unwanted attention from the security guards who rush over and stop Aryan from beating the other guys up, they drag him off to the security office, Ria follows, the security guards make Aryan sit down
SG - why were you beating those guys up?
Ar - because they were harassing my friend
SG - is that right?
Ria nods her head
SG - well we'll let you go with a warning this time, but if we catch you again then the consequenses will be more serious
Aryan and Ria leave, they go back to the jeep and Aryan puts the bags away, they sit in the car and he looks at Ria
Ar - what?
Ri - why do you have to be the hero for?
Ar - I'm not being a hero
Ri - oh right? so what was all that? you did it in the morning as well, you spoiled our lunch by fighting there and now you almost got us kicked out of the shopping mall

Aryan ignores her and starts the car, they arrive back at the cottage and he gets out her bags, locks the car and goes inside, Ria goes after him
KK - hey Ary....
Aryan rushes upstairs with the bags
R - hey Ria, how was....
Ria also rushes upstairs, Aryan goes in to the girls room and puts the bags down, he turns to leave but Ria is standing in front of the door
Ar - what do you want?
Ri - you never answered my question....why did you beat all those guys up?
Ar - oh so you would prefer me to just sit there when they harass you?
Ri - no but you can stop them without fighting...have you ever thought about that?
Ar - I haven't got time for this Ria
Ri - yes you do, you're not leaving until you give a proper explanation
Ar - to what? I just can't sit back if someone says anything to you

Aryan grins, he moves away and Ria is about to walk off but he grabs her arm and turns her around and kisses her, Ria's shocked at first but slowly returns the kiss, she puts her arms around his neck while his arms slide to her waist, he pulls her closer and deepens the kiss, he pulls back and looks at her and smiles, she blushes and hugs him, Aryan hugs her back and looks over her shoulder and sees the others standing in the doorway with their mouths wide open, he slowly lets Ria go, she looks confused and turns around to see what he's looking at and gets shocked seeing everyone, KK slowly walks to them and grabs Aryan's arm and drags him out of the room to the guys room, Karan follows while Roshni and Tia make Ria sit on her bed
T - what was that?
Ri - kissing...I'm sure you'd know all about that since you and Karan are always at it
R - but you and Bhai....you hate each other
Ri - I thought we did to...guess not hey....I'm hungry
Ria walks off leaving Tia and Roshni stunned. In the guys room Aryan is sitting on his bed and KK and Karan are just staring at him
