Aryan runs upstairs while Roshni frowns and follows him.
Part 6
Angad may be a father of two but he sill manages to look hotter than both of his sons. KK and Karan watch as Angad admires himself in the mirror wearing a white suit with a light pink shirt with the top two buttons open, KK rolls his eyes
KK - dad why must you stare in the mirror?
Kar - like you don't?
KK - whatever, dad tell me, what are you staring at?
Kripa steps out of the bathroom and looks at Angad in front of the mirror
K - your father is trying to see from which angle he looks like....well your father
Angad turns around and grins at Kripa wearing a matching white long dress,
A - I was actually
Kar - very funny dad
A - I'm serious, you can ask anyone, no one would think I'm a father of two 21 year olds
KK - that's so true....anyone would look at you and think....no way can this guy be a father
Angad grins from ear to ear
KK - because you look like you should have grand children
KK and Karan burst out laughing while Angad grin changes into a mean glare, the two stop laughing
KK - sorry
A - you should be, now is that what you two are going to wear?
KK and Karan look at themselves wearing plain jeans with loose t shirts
Kar - yeah why?
Angad sighs and puts his hand on his forehead, he looks at Kripa and shakes his head
A - are you sure these two are my kids?
K - I'm pretty sure they are.....
A - they don't look like it, their mother and father are dressed in their best clothes and these two are dressed as if they are going to the movies, now this a formal party so go....put on something decent
KK and Karan figure Angad won't let them argue so both leave the room to get changed, Kripa smiles looking at Angad's fed up expression, she tip toes and kisses his cheek before putting her arms around him and resting her head on his shoulders. Angad rests his chin on her head and kisses her forehead softly
A - come on lets go wait downstairs
Kripa nods her head and follows as Angad leaves the room. Half an hour later KK and Karan come down wearing beige and black suits respectively with white shirts with, like their father, the top two buttons open, Angad smiles victoriously
A - now you both look like my sons, now lets go before we get late, KK call Prithvi and find out if they're ready, we might as well stop by theirs before we go
KK nods his head and calls Prithvi, the phone rings in the house and Suhana answers
Su - hello?
KK - hey aunty, KK here, are you guys ready?
Su - me and your uncle are, Ria and Tia are a different story
KK - why?
Su - both are in their rooms trying to figure out what to wear
KK - girls, ok we're coming to yours, tell them two to hurry up
KK hangs up and tells Angad what Suhana told him, Angad deliberately drives slower to give the girls time to get ready but at the Bose house both girls are still deciding what to wear, Angad and Kripa wait downstairs with Prithvi and Suhana who are also matching wearing blue outfits, while KK and Karan race upstairs, both stand side by side outside the girls rooms, they nod at each other and simultaneously KK heads into Ria's room and Karan into Tia's. KK's mouth falls wide open as he sees the room a total mess
KK - am I in the right room?
Ri - why?
KK - your room is never.....never messy
Ri - oh shut up and come here and help me decide what to wear
KK manages to make his way from the door to the cupboard without stepping on any of Ria's clothes because he surely would have been dead. He stands by her and examines her cupboard while scratching his chin, he looks at Ria who has her hands on her hips then back at the cupboard, he then reaches in and pulls out a light pink strapless knee length dress and hands it to her
KK - perfect
Ri - are you sure?
KK - yes, now you go into the bathroom and get changed while I tidy your room up
Ria gives him a quick kiss on his cheek before rushing out, KK wipes his cheek and begins to tidy up. Meanwhile in Tia's room Karan is lying on Tia's bed while Tia is standing by her mirror holding up an outfit, she glances at him and groans
T - you could help you know
Kar - with what?
T - help me decidde what to wear
Kar - right like you'll listen to me
T - just get here!
Karan shakes his head and jumps off the bed, he joins Tia by her cupboard and begins to shift through her clothes, constantly he takes out an outfit, holds it against Tia then throws it on the bed
Kar - don't you have any party wear?
T - I don't usually go to parties
Kar - would your sisters clothes fit you?
T - yea there's only a 2 year age gap
Kar - ok wait here
Karan leaves Tia's room and heads into Ria's room where KK has finished tidying up and is now sitting at Ria's desk surfing the net on her computer
Kar - where's Ria?
KK - bathroom
Kar - ok
Karan knocks on the bathroom door
Ri - what?
Kar - would you mind if Tia borrows some of your clothes? She has no party wear
Ri - that girl.....fine go ahead!
Kar - great
Karan stands in front of Ria's cupboard, he looks inside and finds a black dress, he smiles and takes it to Tia, Tia raises her eyebrows at Karan
Kar - just try it on
Tia takes the dress from him and heads to the bathroom, Karan sits back on her bed, after a while she comes out, Karan looks up and smiles
Kar - you look......beautiful
T - really?
Kar - look for yourself
Tia stands in front of the mirror looking at herself, the black dress has thin straps with a few sparkles on the front and back and it comes just below her knees, Karan stands behind her smiling he looks at her table and reaches out for a pair of diamond earrings, he carefully puts each earring in to each ear then picks up the matching neckalce and places it on her neck, he then does the hook and centres the necklace, he stands back and looks at her, a smile creeps on his face
Kar - perfect, now lets go
T - wait!
Karan turns and looks at her
Kar - what is it?
T - shoes?
Kar - oh yeah, where's your collection?
T - I don't have a collection, I only have a few pair of shoes, my gym ones, and a few decent ones
Kar - are you serious? are you and Ria the same shoe size? or you and Roshni?
T - I match with Di
Kar - thank God, wait here
Karan runs back into Ria's room where Karan is helping her put her necklace on, he smiles at her in her pink outfit
Kar - you look great
Ri - thanks, what did you want?
Kar - some shoes for Tia
Ri - I seriously need to take her shopping, what is she wearing?
Kar - I'll get her
Karan brings Tia into the room, Tia looks kind of shy, KK smiles and puts his arms around her hugging her, he places an affectionate kiss on her forehead
KK - you look beautiful
T - thanks....
Ria looks at Tia suprisingly
Ri - you clean up good sis, and I must say that outfit looks better on you than it did on me
T - thanks, so shoes?
Ri - yeah I have the perfect pair to go with them
Ria hands Tia a pair of black sandals, Tia slips into them and both guys admire the girls and escort them downstairs to their parents. Angad and Kripa hug Ria and Tia and compliment them
P - are we stopping by Sujal's as well?
A - yeah, lets go, someone give them a ring
KK waits fr someone else to offer but when no one does he takes out his phone and instead of calling the house phone he calls Aryan's phone
Ar - dude what's up?
KK - we're coming to yours, be ready
Ar - ok see you
Soon enough the two families arrive at Sujal's. Sujal, dressed in a grey suit with a light grey shirt greets them and sits with them as they wait for the others. Kashish is the first to come down, she's dressed matching accordingly to Sujal. KK whistles and Kashish blushes
Kar - wow Kashish aunty, you look hot
Ka - thanks
Kashish sits with Suhana and Kripa while Sujal sits with Angad and Prithvi while the kids wait for Aryan and Roshni. Upstairs Aryan pulls on his pink shirt and a denim jacket, he hates formal wear so usually wears designer jeans, he looks in the mirror before heading downstairs, he greets the adults then the others, soon enough Roshni comes down wearing a beige dress which falls just above her ankles, she hugs Ria and Tia who compliment her. Angad looks at everyone and a smile appears on his face, he pulls Prithvi and Sujal to one side
S - what is it?
A - haven't you noticed?
P - noticed what?
A - everyone is matching to someone else
Prithvi and Sujal take a closer look, it's obvious that their wives would match to them so they dismiss the thought
P - our wives always match us
A - yeah.....look at our kids
Sujal and Prithvi look again and both are amazed
A - Aryan is matching with Ria, KK is matching with Roshni and Karan is matching with Tia, what a coincidence
S - yeah definately
Angad and Sujal go to their wives while Prithvi stays back still looking at the kids with a thought in his mind that occurded to neither Angad or Sujal. He shakes his head and joins the others. After a few minutes everyone leaves the house and heads for the college, when they get there the guys stare at the college and reminise old times
KK - dad, I want to show you something later ok
A - sure
The adults head inside with the kids following behind, they look around and greet some old friends and teachers, the gang are standing by the side with each other watching as their parents laugh and talk with other people. The old principal Mr Shah gets everyone's attention
Mr S - I'd like to thank you all for attending the re-union, I can see many old faces of students who attended the college along with their children who currently attend the college....
KK (whispers) - this is so boring
Kar (whispers) - I know, this party needs livening up
Ar (whispers) - get your dad to sing
KK - perfect
KK makes his way to the stage and whispers in Mr Shah's ear, Mr Shah nods his head and KK goes back to the crowd
Mr S - that was Kunal, the very son of Angad Khanna, and speaking of which, Angad why don't you enlighten us with your singing and get this party started?
Angad shakes his head rejecting the idea but the kids force him to agree and he agrees and goes on stage and takes the microphone off Mr Shah
A - now what can I sing? thanks a lot kids
KK - come on dad sing something!
A - yeah yeah
Angad looks at his kids then at Kripa, he smiles and begins to sing Nachle from Aggar

The kids heed Angad's words and begin to dance, Angad joins them and in excitement KK takes the microphone and begins to sing

The gang is shocked seeing KK sing but they soon come out of it, Aryan grabs Ria's hand, KK grabs Roshni's hand while Karan grabs Tia's and all 6 dance in the centre of the dance floor with their parents watching happily

The hall is filled with roars of applause and cheers, the 6 stop dancing and take deep breathes, they look at each other and begin laughing, Angad hugs KK and Karan, after the guys have got their breathe back they get some drinks and stand around chatting while their parents chat to each other and other people. KK remembers something and drags Angad and Kripa outside, the gang are intrigued and they follow
K - KK where are you taking us?
A - I'd like to know the same
KK - just keep walking
Soon enough KK finds the tree, he stands in front of it while the others look on
KK - dad, I'm sure when you see this it will bring back many memories
A - wow son, you're right, this tree was a huge part of my college life, when I wanted to study I would take shade under neath this very tree.....it means as much to me as your mother does
Angad grins while KK just rolls his eyes
KK - your little joke over? ok so look
KK moves out of the way revealing the names, Kripa gasps while Angad looks on amazed, he runs his finger over "Angad loves Kripa" Kripa looks up at Angad
K - when did you carve this?
A - graduation day, when Kunal Bhai told you to come see me, I was here carving this......Sujal and Prithvi must have seen it after and carved theirs....KK how did you find this?
KK - I was roaming around with Roshni and we both found it, I knew you'd want to see it
Angad hugs KK then Kripa hugs him and kisses his cheek, soon enough Sujal, Kashish, Prithvi and Suhana arrive wondering where they had gone, and just like Kripa, Kashish and Suhana get shocked aswell, and like Angad, Prithvi and Sujal reminise carving it.
A - come on guys, lets go inside
The three husbands manage to tear their wives away from the tree and head inside with the youngsters following behind
KK - hey guys, lets make a promise, when we all have someone we love, we'll write the name son the same tree ok?
The rest agree with KK and head back to the party. When they get there they join their parents when Mr Shah comes
Mr S - now come on you guys, you can't stand around with your children all night, go dance
A - sure
Angad takes Kripa's hand, Prithvi takes Suhana's hand and Sujal takes Kashish's hand and the three guys lead their wives to the dancefloor and begin slow dancing to a song. The gang watch their parents lovingly, Ria gets bored and puts her hand out to pull someone and incidently pulls Aryan on to the dance floor, and Aryan is looking someone confused
Ri - don't just stand there like a baboon, dance with me
Ar - why?
Ri - because I said so!
Hesitatingly Aryan holds Ria's hand and places his other hand on her waist, he pulls Ria close to him and she places her hand on his shoulder and both begin to sway along with the music, Roshni watches them both, she looks over at KK and sees him dancing with some girl, Roshni frowns and leaves the hall, Karan sees her leave and is about to go after her but stays because Tia would be alone, he looks at her and can tell she's bored
Kar - want to dance?
T - sure
Karan puts his hand out and Tia places hers on top of his, he leads her to the dance floor and slowly places his hands on her waist, Tia feels a tingle but dismisses it and puts her arms around Karan's neck, she leans forward and rests her head on his shoulder as they move to the music. KK gets bored with the bimbo he's with and he looks around amused to see Aryan and Ria dancing together and Karan with Tia, he continues to look around then without saying anything to the girl he runs to Karan and whispers in his ear
KK - where's Roshni?
Kar - outside
KK nods his head and goes outside, he finds Roshni sitting on the grass looking up at the sky, KK senses innocence from her, he smiles and joins her on the grass
KK - hey, why did you come outside?
R - just felt like it, where's your latest catch?
KK - inside somewhere, she talked so much, bored my head off
R - I see, mom, dad and everyone were happy seeing the tree
KK - yeah they sure were
R - it was a good idea to show them and is a good idea to put our name son
KK - yeah it is, when we all fall in love
R - yep, I'll put our names up
KK nods his head not understanding Roshni's meaning, Roshni smiles at KK not understanding her, both continue to look at the stars not realising when the party ended and the rest of the families come outside and break them out of their trances. Aryan looks at KK and Roshni and makes it a point to make some enquiries with both of them
coming up - Aryan talks to Roshni and KK and gets two different answers
I hope that was long enough for you guys to make up for the whole month I never continued, anyways do comment please even if you thought it was rubbish lol, next part...not sure when but i'll make it under a month, promise😛
