Ananya stepped back from the car in amazement. As she was about to run, Tanya spoke-up……….

Tanya: Mai jaanti hun vo tumhara peecha kar raha hai. Get in!!!

Ananya still wasn't sure if she should trust her or not.

Tanya: Do you have an option?

Ananya looked back to check on the person chasing her and decided to go for it. She sat inside the car and Tanya rushed off!!!!

The person chasing her: Damn it!!! (Since he recognized the car by its number) Tanya, you too are gone!!!

Tanya stopped the car at her house.

Ananya: Kyun ki aaj meri madad? Kaash us din tumne………

Tanya: I've already had enough Anu!! Galatiyaan insaan se he hoti hain. Aur tumhe kya lagta hai mainey tumhe nahi dhoondha hoga??? Is tarah bhaag kar tumne to jaise bahut samajhdaari vala kaam kiya naa!!! It was wrong on your part and you have to accept it!!!

Ananya: Ya right!!! Tumhare hisaab se mental asylum would have been a better place for me??

Ananya: Mera khud par se he bharosa uth gaya tha to tumhare kuch karne ka intezaar kaise karti mai???

Ananya started crying.

Tanya: Rona band karo. Tum kamzori nahi padogi promise me that!! Ab andar chalo.

Hearing this, a terror howled over her face.

Tanya: Kya hua Anu, chalo na andar!!!

Ananya: Vahan………vo………

Tanya: Tumhe fikr karne ki, ya kisi se darne ki koi zarurat nahi hai. Varun (Gaurav Chopra) ko maine ghar se nikal diya hai!!!

Ananya looked at her in amazement.

Tanya: Chonko mat!!! Ye to hona he tha!!! Vo yehi deserve karta tha.

Tanya took her inside by hand.

It's a new day and Rehan is getting ready to meet Tanya as today he had to present his final take on the character.

Rehan: (Practicing before the mirror) Hi!! Mera naam Re…..uffffffff o!!! Rehan nahi Rohan!!! (That's the name of his character) Rehan!! Aise dialogues bole na to ye role bhi chala jayega. Ok, one more time…………

Just then the doorbell rang.

Rehan: (As he opens the door) Arrey aunty aap? (His land lady) Subah subah uth gaye??

Mrs. D'Souza: Haan!!! Aaj hum subah subah church hokar aaya!! Aur Jesus se tumhare liye pray bhi kiya ki tumhara career graph upar chadha jaaye.

Rehan: Ab Jesus saath hai to mujhe kaun rok sakta hai aunty, thanks, thanks a lot!!!

Mrs. D'Souza: Tumhara mumma ye sab karta tab bhi unko thanks kehta?

Rehan turned his face.

Mrs. D'Souza:Nahi bolta na thanks unko? To Humko bhi mat bolo, hum bhi to tumhara mumma jaisa hai na?

Rehan had no words and just hugged her.

Mrs. D'Souza: Bas ab tum jaldi se bhaag jaao, kahiin D'Souza uncle ne dekh liya to???

Rehan: Don't worry aunty!!! Jald he uncle bhi mujhe aise he duaayein denge (In a low mischievous voice) Kyunki jald he mai unka kiraaya de dunga naa!!

Both of them laughed, Rehan touched auntie's feet and went off.

At Tanya's house, she too was getting ready to head for the office. As she wore her shrug, her mom stepped in.

Mrs. Sethi: Mujhe tujhse kuch baat karni hai.

Tanya: Mom nashta ready hai??

Mrs. Sethi: Tanya please topic change mat kar.

Tanya: Kyun??? Mujhe maalum hai aap kya kehne wali ho ma!!

Mrs. Sethi: Mere bete ko to ghar se nikal diya tune, ab ise laakar duniya ki nazron me mahaan ban na chahti hai??

Tanya: Duniya ki nazron me mahaan na sahi par apni nazron me khud ko girne se to bacha sakti hun naa!!

Mrs. Sethi: Tu galat kar rahi hai.

Tanya: Fine!! Aaj tak sahi karke to kuch haasil nahi hua, thoda galat bhi karke dekh lete hain.

Mrs. Sethi: Tanya beta meri baat sun. Varun ko mai samjhaungi!!! Use ghar vapas bula le please!!!

Just then Ananya, who came there with Tanya's breakfast, lost her control over herself and as she heard all this, the tray fell from her hands.

Tanya: Aapke us he bete ka naam sunte he iske hosh ud jaate hain. Jaanvaron jaisa bartav kiya hai usne iske saath. Aur mai aapko kya suna rahi hun, aap to barabar ki hissedaar thin naa!!!

Mrs. Sethi: Tanya!!!!!!!

Tanya: Chillane se kuch nahi hoga muma, Sachchai nahi badal jayegi!!! Jabtak meri aankhon par aapke jhooth ka parda tha, maine aapka saath diya, but now it's high time. Mai Anu ka saath dungi aur ab vo yahan ki Varun Sethi ki biwi banker nahi balki meri dost banker rahegi……..aur haan………jisko bhi is ghar me is baat se problem hai, vo jaa sakta hai yahan se!!!

Tanya's mom was shocked at this and she stepped foreward to Ananya.

Tanya: Get ready!!!

Ananya: Par……..

Tanya: (Pointing towards her mother) Inke saath poora din ghar pe reh paaogi???

Ananya, without saying a word, went upstairs to get ready.

Rehan reached the studios on time but Tanya was late. As Tanya entered the studio, he stood up to greet her but was spell bound to see Ananya with her. Ananya just went foreward and did not notice him.

Tanya: (To her secretary) Send Rehan Garewall within 5 minutes.

Rehan just sat there thinking how the hell Ananya could be related to Tanya. Just then Sahil too came there. Shivani called out Rehan's name to send him in but he was too lost in his thoughts to react.

Sahil: Rehan!!! Kya hua??? Ms. Sethi ne tumhe andar bulaya hai, jaao naa!!!

Rehan: Haan……..mujhe???

Sahil: Rehan naam to yahan tumhara he hai, ab jaao bhi!!!

Rehan went foreward. Though he was reluctant to step in, but prioritizing his work, he went inside.

Rehan: Good morning Ms. Sethi.

He lowered his eyes, avoiding looking at Ananya. But she was shocked to see him.

Tanya: Call me Tanya. Hey Anu, inse milo………Mr. Rehan Garewall; humare naye show ke lead actor.

Ananya preferred to stay quiet. Just then the phone rang.

Tanya: Hello!!! Yes Mr. Mishra……..Fine sir, mai abhi aapke office aa jaati hun. Thanks a lot. (After disconnecting the call) Rehan!!! Tum aadha ghanta wait kar sakte ho? I need to go urgently. Or do one thing, tumhe jo bhi detailing chahiye vo tum Shivani se discuss kar lena. Phir bhi koi doubt ho o get my number from her and call me up later this evening. I'm really………

Rehan: It's ok!!! Mujhe sirf itna jaan na tha ki shooting kab shuru hogi??

Tanya: Tumhare form me tumhara mail id hai na, mai tumhe parso tak mail kar dungi. Now bye.

Saying this Tanya went off. Rehan too turned to leave but Ananya called out.

Ananya: Congratulations!!!

Rehan: Kis baat ka?

Ananya: Aapke selection ke liye.

Rehan: Thanks

Rehan didn't say anything beyond this and stepped out.

This time I have written a bit longer, thanks to your encouragement. hope to get increment in no. of comments. One thing I'd like to tell is, I'm going to a field trip with my students (I'm a teacher by profession) so won't be able to update for the next week.
