Part Nine – One year leap

One year later

Kripa was packing her suitcases while Anjali was sitting on the bed watching her and crying.

Kripa: Diiii would u mind helping me instead of just sitting there watching!

Anjali folded her hands and looked the other way: No.

Kripa put her suitcase on the floor and went and sits next to Anjali putting her arms around her while smiling.

Kripa: Come on diii … If you keep crying then how can I go?

Anjali: Then don't go

Kripa: Don't be like that … I finally got a chance to go and study at Oxford University, you know how lucky that is? Please let me go, I'll be back soon.

Anjali: You'll call me everyday naa?

Kripa: Ofcourse dii … Twice a day!

Anjali finally gave her sister a smile and hugged her, then they continued packing Kripa's things.

Kavya and Angad were also packing Angad's suitcases.

Kavya: I always wonder how u carry all these things bhai!

Angad: U might get ur answer when u look at my muscles.

Kavya: Whatever. When you going to be back?

Angad: Not sure … As soon as the project finishes!

Kavya: Ok … Hey if u find a hot girl give her ym number k

Angad: Nah bro I'll keep her for myself

Angad grinned while Kavya threw a pillow at him. The brothers continued their packing like this, fighting and giggling, until it was time to go to the airport.

The whole time they were heading towards the airport, Anjali's car was right behind Angad's but unfortunately not one of them noticed this.

They finally got to the airport and that's when the whole drama started, you know, hugging and crying, all that.

Kavya: Angad I can't believe your going … main akela kya karoonga!

Angad: Come on Kavya … It's business…. I'll be back soon I promise!

Just then an announcement was heard, *Passengers heading to London please board the plane now…*

Angad: Damn I'm late!

Kavya giggled: As usual Bhai.

Anjali was crying hysterically like a big tragedy had just happened.

Anjali: Kripa please don't leave me

Kripa: Diiii stop being a baby… I told u naa I'll phone you everyday and I'll be back as soon as the course finishes.

Anjali: I'll miss u

Kripa: Same.

Kripa kissed a crying Anjali on the cheek and left..

Coming up: In the plane … journey to London!
