hey guys i m taking a frst atrtempt...i hv tkn the risk of tryng smthng diff..hope u lyk it...

rajveer is pacing up and down his room..thinking....
...who is it...
she sd it ws sm1 frm within kma...bnt who....
and whr is she...
a knock on the door alerts him...
he opens the door and out of the blaring silence....and the dark..sm1 enters the room..suddenly...
she is anxious..wounded..bt smiling
captain.....
its him...its him captain...
rajveer rushes frward...."doctor...i mn ritu...ritu...hang on..."
he puts her on the sofa...
and trys to provide first aid...
all this tym.."dr ritu mishra" looks on....and fr the frst tym....she looks on differently...
its not the gaze of a spy...not of a traitor..nor a fighter...
she jst looks at the handsome face in frnt of her...and then remembers..that nyt......
"kya baat hai.....raat k teen baje hai...mein kma ke andar..hu...
tumhara dimag kharab ho gaya hai kya....hw cn u call me noiw..."

"ae..chup kar...mat bhool tu humare lie kaam karti hai...naya assingment hai..."

"wat??? is it..now??"
"maar dal use...orders hai..kill him...warna hum tujhe maar dalenge..."

"hello....hello....."

ritu....the spy...wrkng agnst the intelligence dep...so sure of herself...
the one who knows wat she wants...knws her mind,,her heart...
her heart?????....ds she kn it...??

the raindrps wr prcikn her...they wr tearing her heart apart....bt why...???
no this cudnt happen...she ws the one who had devisd this gm...she ws the one who had actd it out...hw cud she b so helpless...
she ws losing...losing to her own heart...to her feelings..her emotions......
he kept cmng back ...his eyes...his touch...the moment wen he dnt kn who she ws...the tym thn that they had spnt togther....
"dr.mishra..............his voice echoed......"

"maar daal use...kill him..warna hum tujhe maar dalenge"

it ws enough ...she cudnt tk it anymore....

"NO....NO...I CNT KILL HIM....I CANNOT KILL HIM..."

she broke down..."i love him...i love rajveer..."
a lot had happened between that stormy night and this.....
ritu had managed to convince...she still dnt kn how....her ppl to hand ovr to her all the informatn that provd their xsitance near kma...and the fact that cpt navin singh ahluwalia ws framed...

she knew...that the day she had gt the informatn...wid the promise made that if she had to kill rajveer she wud hv to destroy dat..
the risk on her life..ws inevitable....bt maybe fr the frst tym in all these yrs...she undrstud wat she had lost wen she had lost navin singh ahluwalia.....
she had managd to infrm rajveer nearly evrythng...abt the informatn...abt a man inside kma..who helped them..about the threat on her life...but....
"and y shud i believe a spy....."
"dnt believe a spy captain...never....bt believe...ME..."
rajveer dnt kn wat the powr of her wrds...that he felt lyk believng her...smhw it seemed she wsnt.."the dr mishra he knew..."
she was....yes she was....RITU..only ritu...
he had blievd her....and all this had led to this fateful nyt...tonyt ws going to decide a lot of thngs....

"yes captain major nair....ap ko to pata hi hai unka swabhav kaisa hai....captain naveen singh ahluwalia ko phasane se...unki maut se..aur mere yaha ane se..sirf major nair ka talluk hai..."

the winds were blowing wid all their might...the wr in the woods near kma....rajveer went up to close the window...and...

"dr.mishra...v hv to move...chalie..."
"but captain..."
"ap chal payengi dr mishra...i know it...u r a fighter..."
she looked up at him....rajveer also looked into her eyes..bt turned...no..he dint want to accept it....

"captain...wait...ye lijiye...ap ke dost ki begunahi ka saboot is microchip me hai...."
rajveer pocketed the chip...and the went out of the house...

dr.mishra...r u ok??

"i m fine..rajv...captain..i m fine..."
the scuffling of feets...gunshots cud b hrd in the distance...

ritu suddenly smiled..
"hmph!!!..i told u captain ..its no use...ap mujhe nahi bacha payenge...aur.."
"dr.mishra...bhale hi army me kuch log gaddar hai...lekin puri army nahi...mujhe jitna bharosa khud par hai...utna hi bharosa aur fikar army bhi karti hai meri!!...a small group of army men and a few able cadets r bng sen here...u dnt wory..."
"cadet naina singh ahluwalia???"
"i dnt kn..."
"i know u do know captain...and i m sure..cadet singh bhi yaha ana chahengi...aftr all jis shuks ne uske bhai ko barbad kia...use to woh khud khatm karna chahengi...right captain???"

"dr.mishra ap marne ki batein bandh karengi plz...aap.."
he stopped..smone ws close by....

a pair of feet were movng towards the bush behind wich they had tken refuge..bt they cudnt move...as they wr close to a cliff....
"FREEZE...."

"naina??!!.."
"yes sir...mein..." and then she faced ritu...
"ap ne phasaya tha na bhaiya ko??!!...ap ki wajah se..aj tak sab captain naveen singh ahluwalia ko gaddar mante hai...only bcoz of u...main apko nahi chodungi..."dr.ritu mishra"..."

"naina..no....u will not fire...naina...."
"yeh aap keh rahe hain sir??..kise bacha ne ki koshish kar rahe hai ap???..ise..jisne ap ke best frnd ka carrer barbad kar dia...iski wajah se aaj mere bhaiyya...."
"inhi ki wajah se aaj tumhare bhaiya nirdosh sabit honge naina..."

no...naina ws shocked.."yeh apko kya ho gaya hai sir...ap hosh me to hai??.."
"naina..hosh me tum nahi ho...put the gun down..."

"i dont believe this...akhir tumne sir ke sath bhi wahi kiya..jo tumne bhaiyya ke sath kia tha...kya kaha tumne inse..wat??..that u love him??!!!..
aur sir aap ne vishwas..kar liya ki ye..."
"NAINA...STOP IT....tum janti ho???.aj sabse zyada khatra yaha kise hai???...dr mishra ko...kyunki dr.mishra ne hume woh microchip diya hai jo hum dhhond rahe the..jis me tumhare bhiyya ki begunahi ka saboot hai...!!!"

"oh my god!!!!..i dont believe this...isne aap se yeh kaha ki wahi sahi chip hai...aur aap ne man liya???!!!....hw cn u believe her??"
"woh isliye naina...ki agar yeh sahi chip nahi hota..toh aaj dr.mishra ke hi sathi..unhi ki jaan ke piche pade nahi hote....
did u get that...??"

naina's grip on the gun loosened a bit...
"how do u know they want to kill her and not u???"
"NAI.."
"CAPTAIN.....NO!!"

ritu had spoken at last....
"they will kill me naina.....
but today..i m not scared...."..she looked up and faced naina...
"i m not scared....and i think u know why..." ritu looked sideways at rajveer....

naina put the gun down....she had understood...
but she cudnt say anythng...
"i m sorry naina....mein yeh to nahi kahungi naina..ki tum mujhe maaf kar do...i dont desrve that...but if u cn..plz..dont curse me...i already have a cursed life...hmph...and now a cursed death..."

there was indded a deadly silence...


"tell him...."...naina suddenly spoke...
"bata dijie unhe..." and she left....

it had been five minute since naina had left...bt nether ritu nor rajveer had said a word..though maybe both knew..
rajveer dint want to face it..and ritu was racing agnst time..
"ah!!!"
"dr.mishra...r u ok..??"
"no captain i m not ok..."she said as rajveer rushed forward to help her...

he was inspecting her wound...
"rajveer....i.."
rajveer suddenly got up to leave but ritu held his hand...
"no dr.mishra..."
"no rajveer....i have to say this today...i am sorry....
please....please.rajveer...i..i love you!!!"

raj turned...but he dint look into her eyes...
"i am sorry....i dint.."
he thought it was his fault..he knew wen ritu had frst looked at him in those woods that it was her love for him wich made her do this..
"haha..no rajveer..
rajveer?..i dont want them to kill me..."
"dr..dr.ritu..ap ko kuch nahi hoga.."
"but i dont want to live either"
raj ws stunned....
ritu slowly moved forward she ws clutching on to rajvvers one hand..and now she took the hand in wich he held his gun..

she slowly moved closer and softly kissed his silent lips....
rajveer ws still...he dint withdraw...but just waited...ritu smiled...and..
"RITU!!!!!"
her name finally came on his lips but she very far...enveloped in the darkness of the ravine below...

wat ws left was... her engagement ring in rajveer's hand..

dr shalini moved down the coridor...the tense tired faces of 4 cadets met her...
along wid the tearful face of her friend...

"ma'am??!!"

"cadet yudi..i thnk i told u that even u need first aid??!!
and cadet huda too...and cadet ali that plaster is not comind down for a few months..so u will please not crib about it...
pooja..ali will b fine.."
but they dnt want to hear all this..."woh dono kaise hai ma'am??!!"
"ma'm pleas..."
"ma'am..."

"dr.shalini..." she stopped...
"cadets kaise hai..."he wasnt facing her...
"aalekh is recovering...i have to go.."
"doctor...."
she sighed..."naina is not yet out of danger captain..."
and she went away...

{flashback}
rajveers shout had caused a series of events..it had alerted both the army men and cadets and the members of the anti defence agency who were so far patiently waiting to attack...
the shoot out that followed had led to major nair being seriouly injured and cadets naina and aalekh were fighting another battle now!!
naina had again saved rajveer...the bullet that cud have taken his life hit naina...but aalekh was ready to avenge this and he ws shot too....

the clock ticked on..and each passing moment incerased the tension...aalekh was recovering faster...but d.shalini was not willing to tell anything about nain...not even to rajveer....

rajveers thoughts were now totally concentrated on her...he had seen her face wen she told ritu.."tell him"

but she was his cadet...rajveer knew naina had a special place in her life for him...but...was it love...he dint know!!!...

finally after a long wait of six hours....
"cadets...aalekh is totally out of danger now!!!"
"thank god...chief thik hai..."

"doctor..."

the atmosphere became tense again...
"ma'am..."
"DOCTOR PLEASE....!"rajveer couldnt take it anymore...
"naina..is improving..lekin..
lekin agle teen ghante tak..i cnt.."

"doctor please jaldi aiye...cadet singh ko..."
shalilni rushed inside....
all the four cadets...and naina's rajveer sir..were now out of all tolerance power...everyone paced up and down...every face was filled with despair...
"hay rabba...hamesha naina ko hi kyu..."
"pooja...hosla rakhiye..khuda sab theek karenge.."
"kya theek karenge...naina ki halat dekh raha hai na tu...aur ye sab..
aap ki wajah se..."..huda went up to rajveer...
"kyu??!!..BC nahi chahte the ki naina ya pooja jaye..lekin woh ayi sirf aap ke liye!!ap ne..."

"caedt hooda ye hospital hai.."..shalini had stepped out...
"ma'am naina??!!.."
"she is out of danger now!!!..unhe thodi der me hosh aa jaega..."

"hurray guys!!!"
"oye yeh to kamal ho gaya...hey waheguru..thnk you!!"
"shukar hai naina thik hain..."
evry one was elated but only huda saw rajveer leave...

"ab aap kaha ja rahe hai...???"
rajveer stooped but dint turn..
huda walked up to him..."apni cadet se milkar nahi jaenge...??"
he turned rajveer to face him...and wat he saw shoched him...

their brave captain sir...captain rajveer was in tears...

huda enterd the hospital room....all his fellow cadets had just left the room....and naina ws sleeping...peaceful and serene was the sight...
beside the bouq of flowrs he placed a sealed note addressd 2 cadet naina singh...and he left...

he went to aalekhs room...
"de di use..woh chitthi"
"han..."
"e huda...hamesha kehta hai na tu...ki jat hai asli murd hai...??!!
agar murd hai to ro dal..aise apne aansu rok ke mat rakh..apun ko pata hai use is halat me dekhkar kya biti hai tujhpar...kyu jat??..aaj aa hi gaya na rona.."
"huda looked at aalekh wid a tesrful face..
oye kaydi...is jat ka matha agar apne desh aur apne mummy ji k bad kisi k samne jhukta hai to woh uski janani hai...meri phoolan hai samjha tu??.samj...samj...."
he cudnt control himself any more....

its strange how instances and situations in life bring two such people close who cannot even b imagined 2gether...
today cade amardeep huda found solace and the freedom to shed his tears in front of cadet aalekh sharma...and captain rajveer...in front of..

"sir??!!"
huda stood aghast...and rajveer hurried away...
"sir!!" huda had stopped him at the very end of a nearly deserted corridor..
rajveer ws still silent...bt prepared..prepaerd to hear all that huda hd kept bottled up inside him..rajveer knew huda held him responsible...but..
"i m sorry sir!!"
"cadet huda??!"
todays fateful day was going to change many things...
"i m sorry maine aapko galat samjha..."
"its ok cadet.."and rajveer was walking away..

"u love her sir!!"
he stopped...
"naina neri cadet hai huda..."
"maine naina to nahi kaha....."
rajveer knew he had been caught but he himself dint know wat he felt for naina was actually love...he knew he wanted to protect her..to care for her..and..he was her teacher..he...he..
huda seemed to sense his confusn...."kya hua sir???
apki army ne apko rok liya??!!par sir...pyyar to dil se kiya jata hai..dil ne to nahi roka apko..."
rajveer cudnt believe he was spking to cadet huda...
"cadet tumhe yaad hai..maine kaha tha ki agar mera koi raazdaar hoga to woh tum ho...aaj ek bar fir main tumhe ek zimmedari dena chahta hu..."
rajveer handed over a note to huda...
"naina ko abhi ye nahi pata chalna chahiye ki hum aise mile the...
waqt ek ajjeb chiz hoti hai cadet...shayad is wqt mera uski zindagi se dur chale jana hi accha hoga...shayad waqt ke kisi mod par hum fir mile..ya.......na mile..."
"sir aap aise nahi ja sakte....mein naina se jhooth nahi bol paunga...lekin use jawab bhi kya dunga mein??!!"
"huda...pata nahi tumhe is baat ka ehsaas hai ya nahi...lekin...aaj meine tum me..ek alag insaan ko dekha hai..u will b able to do it..."
"sir............"
"naina needs you!!!"
and rajveer left..

"oye kaydi...aaj to naian ko discharge karenge...."
pooja chirped as they walked along the corridor of kma..."oye ha punjaban...aaj mei naina wapas aa rahi hai..."
"cool guys...bt u thnk hume BC allow karenge...hey!!..y dont v ask dr.shalini..??"
"oye nautanki....to yaha khada kyu hai??..jake pooch na dr.shalini se..waise bhi teri baat manti hai woh..."
"right o chief!!.."
"kya hua huda bhai?"
huda had cm to a stnd still in frnt of the room wich blonged to major rajveer singh sekhawat..

it had been six weeks...
and for one last time naina opened that note again...

cadet naina singh,
u finally did it..aaj tumne navven ko uski khoyi hui pehchaan lautai hai..well done!!
cadet i kn ki tumhara kma join karne ka maksad aaj pura hua hai but today i want smthng frm u-- mein chahta hoon ki tum duniya ko captain naveen singh ahluwalia ki behen bankar dikhao..keep him alive in you..ek kabil army officer bankar..
i know u cn do it cadet naina"ah" singh..!!{naina had been smiling wen had read the note till here..but wat she read and heard next...devastatd her}
ek aur baat hai naina..aur woh hai tumhare dost..chahe zindagi me tum kitni bhi kamiyab bano..jo tum banogi..inhe mat bhoolna..aise dost kismat walo ko milte hai..
time changes naina and people also change..aur shayad iska ehsas tumhe kma me lautkar apne dosto se milkar hoga..
waqt kisi ke liye nahi rukta...u will have a differnt life now..and tumhe age badna hai..sirf apne himmat k sath..(she undrstud)
u r a winner cadet..and remember..
just believe in urself!!

her rajveer sir hadnt completed the letter...he hadnt said it..
she cudnt undrstnd y he lft so abruptly..she dnt kn..or maybe she did...his departure had left more qstns than answers..but as he said..time changs..and so do people!!

"hello cadet..feeling better??"
"yes ma'am.."
"well cadet tumhare dost yaha ana chahte the but...u kn BC.."
"yes ma'am i understand ..mein kab ja sakti hu..."
"in 5 mins cadet....oh...chalie.."
naina tore the note into pieces and threw it in the dustbin.

a huge cheer and applause greeted naina...and she cud see her frnds rushing towards her...and huda supporting aalekh!!!!!!!!

yes people do change!!

"hey welcome back naina...."
"oye..aa gai tu!!!...aja...tere bina to mera talktime khatam ho gaya tha..ab recharge ho jaega!!"
"aap ab thik to hain na naina??!!"
"thnx guys mein bilkul thik hun.."
then she met huda and aalekh...
she knew aalekh had suffered this bcoz he wanted to take revnge on the people who injured her..
"aalekh..mein..thn.."
"e naina..ab tu kuch bol mat han...apun ne sirf waich kiya hai jo is dil ne kaha samjhi..!!??"..naina smiled.and hugged aalekh.
"kash dil isse hamesha kuch kehta.."..it was neelu..!!
"welcome back naina.."
"tum??!!..hmm..thnx neelu."
naina moved forward and met huda..
"kaisi hai naina.."he spoke softly..
she looked up at his concerned eyes..and..did wat she had never dreamt of..
she put her arms around huda and hugged him hard...
huda tenderly embraced her!!
{FLASHBACK}
naina is reading the note as huda enters the room..he dsnt react..
"oye kaisi hai phoolan?! aur yeh kis boyfrnd ki chitthi padh rahi hai.."
"captain kaha hai huda??".naina had seen him previously wen he kept the note..
"mujhe nahi pata.."but he cudnt hide frm her..
"naina!!..waqt ajeeb hota hai...
shyad waqt k kisi mod par tum fir se mil jao..ya fir..na milo..
waqt ke age..kisi ka bas nahi hai naina...dil ka bhi nahi.."

"welcome cadt singh..." brigadr chandok greeted her warmly...
"aape liye ek surprize arange kiya hai aapke doston ne.."
he turned and there in front of naina stood her parents!!!!!
she was elated..naina rushed as fast as she cud manage...and her parents warmly took their little daughter in their arms..today they were proudof her...!!
but little did naina know that a bigger surprize was waiting fr her...
"naina..beta..chal..aaj tujhe hamare naveen ko uski samman wapas dena hai...chal"
naina walked towards the wall of fame wid her parents and put up naveens photograph....!!!!

that day was one of her best days in kma ....
it seemed even BC cudnt object to the cadet's request of a celebration..
naina looked stunning in a white stone studded churidar..wid her long flowing her falling elegantly on her shoulders..
cadet huda went to call her for the party and cudnt help but remeber thei freshers ball...it had been two years and many fateful days..but naina still had her own charm..

"chale naina..??!!"
he slowly moved away the hair falling over her face..and his touch seemed so new to naina..!!

the celebrations were in full swing..everyone enjyed..naina was happy but...

she walked alone along the corridor till she stopped in front of that door...it was her rajveer sir's room..
memories flooded her..their first meeting..how she sneaked in one night..his smile..their forest trip...it had all begun from here...

she opened the door and ...there in front of her on the sofa...was..
