I think you guys will like this part, because I liked it a lot when I went back and re-read it. Which is saying something seeing as how I never like anything I write
Part 17
Hawaii is a very beautiful place and that is really saying something, me being Angad Khanna and all. I usually don't pay attention to all these details. I mean next to god's hottest creations (women) all this is pointless really. Maybe the reason it all looked so beautiful was because I was with Sia. No really, she is one hot babe, and we are like perfect for each other. Don't believe me? Well then you should have seen us at the beach an hour ago, the way she kisses, oh god, it makes me want to lust for her just thinking about it. Anyways why the hell am I telling you all of this? Oh yeah I remember because Kripa and her new boyfriend are in front of me at this moment. I am pissed at Sia for making me wait so long in this stupid retarded overly romantic restaurant. And because I am getting a murderous impulse to hit something very hard seeing the way he is holding her hand. Damn it he just kissed it!! That's it I am so out of here!!
Kripa saw as Angad crumpled up a piece of paper in his hand, he aimed carefully, making a perfect shot into the bin. She wondered where he was going, probably to go meet the chick she had seen him making out with at the beach this morning. She had been unable to see the face but knowing Angad she was probably good looking. Curiosity got better of her; she quickly got rid of Sahil using the excuse of an important-engagement-that-she-had-just-remembered.
It took her about 15 minutes to locate him again, it was a good thing that Hawaii wasn't that big of an island. They were sitting on rocks at the edge their feet soaking in lukewarm water, their mouths were of course glued together. Suddenly Kripa felt sick to her stomach wishing that she had not followed him there. She imagined how it would be to be sitting with Angad in place of the dark haired girl, how passionate their kiss would be, how his lips would gently linger on hers, how she would hold his face in his hand bringing him closer. She was horrified when she caught herself drooling and quickly dismissed this thought from her mind before it could take roots. She was about to turn back and leave when Angad pulled away. But by the time Kripa could inconspicuously lean closer to listen to their conversation, Angad was up on his feet walking away.
Kripa was for a moment torn between following Angad, or observing the witch that he was so fascinated by. She chose to stay, to observe what it was about her that Angad liked so much. Was it her dark skin or her green eyes or her perfect body, or her style? Sia slowly got up from the jagged rock walking to the edge of it, she wished for the rock to crack under her and for her to fall into the sea and drown. But then Kripa's intuition flickered, and she smiled evilly.
While Sia took long peaceful breaths in the fresh sea air, Kripa stealthily moved behind her. By the time Sia knew to turn around Kripa had abruptly and forcefully pushed her off the rock. And she fell with a splash in the water. Kripa laughed cruelly and turned around leaving poor Sia soaking wet; who was now unsuccessfully attempting to climb the jagged rocks, with her slippery hands and feet.
She decided to go back to their hotel room and sleep for a while, all this plotting, scheming, lying had made her very tired. But when she walked in she was surprised to find that it was already occupied by Angad Khanna. So much for a nap she thought annoyed.
"What are you doing here?" She asked rudely.
"Umm…If you don't know I pay for this hotel room." Angad replied opening the closet and shutting it again sighing, she rolled her eyes at his comment.
"Looking for something?"
"Oh, ya I had a necklace here, I don't know where it went. Did you move it or something?" He gave her a quick glace, she was smiling at him knowingly. He straightened up approaching closer to her, his hands on his hips and his expression frustrated, "Kripa…" He held out his hand asking her to turn it over.
"Oh this necklace." Kripa said pulling it out of her collared shirt.
"Yes that necklace, it's for someone very important, now if you don't mind." He said with an exasperated sigh
"But I do mind." She said with a sly grin, playing with the necklace.
Angad was now angry, "Kripa don't make me use force to get it from you because I will."
Now this was a challenge for Kripa, how could she possibly back out, "Fine I'll give it to you…" She began to reach back to remove the clasp. Angad was surprised by her quick surrender but was grateful, his faced relaxed, but the sly grin appeared on Kripa's face once more, "…that is if you can catch me." She was off running before he could figure out what she had said. But being faster and stronger Angad had his advantages; he caught up with her in no time, cornering her with only a love seat b/w her and the wall. Kripa wasn't going to give up so quickly though she grabbed the cute pillows from the love seat and started flinging them at Angad, all the while looking desperately for a place to escape. But that only made Angad madder, all equities forgotten he flung himself at her falling on top of her with the love seat under them.
He was on top of her now she had no choice but to surrender but before she could willingly surrender the necklace, Angad began to take it off himself. Now Kripa had no serious problem with that except when he would touch her neck it would tickle sending her off into a fit of giggles.
Eventually, somehow, with Kripa's hysterical laughing fits and Angad's forceful attempts, they ended up with Angad lying right on top of her, his one hand around her back and the other around her neck. Kripa was gasping because of so much laughing, but when she stopped she realized that it was not Angad's fingers on her skin triggering the tickles anymore but his breath, warm and tempting.
She could almost feel his heart beating hard against her own, and his breath coming just a little bit lighter then her own. That was when she looked into his eyes; he was staring intently at her. All other feelings were forgotten for Kripa; they contained not love, for she had never seen love in anyone's eyes for her. Kripa knew that expression too well it was of lust, but the intensity in them was unnerving even to her.
She knew what he wanted, and she wanted that too, and so badly. She wanted him… and wanted nothing more at this moment… 'But there was something more' said a small timid voice in the back of her mind. But before she could argue further his lips touched hers, first gently—doing nothing but to amplify that thirst—then harder the second time, there was almost a desperation to that kiss. The small timid voice struggled to break through trying to get past the covetousness arisen in Kripa, 'Not Him' it said. It was during that half a second when Angad lifted his mouth from hers, to drop it to her neck—his fingers unclasping the necklace, for a different reason this time—that she heard it. It was like a shock went through her she released her hands that were tangled in his hair, pulling him to her. Placing them unwillingly on his chest holding him back, hopping he would stop; she knew she didn't have enough strength to hold him away back for long. When his confused, lustful eyes looked at her, she was half in mind to pull him back, to let herself be carried away in emotions. But then understanding dawned on him as he realized what he was doing.
He got off her quickly, "I am sorry" Angad said, with the traces of lust still marking the counters of his face.
"Umm…Angad," Kripa said not meeting his gaze, "Your necklace." She held it out for him to take; he took it, careful not to touch her, pocketing it. And then he swiftly left the room before he would do something stupid.
As soon as he left Kripa broke into tears, weather they were tears of regret for stopping him or relief of being let go, Kripa didn't even know. She just sat in that room crying her eyes out until she eventually fell asleep. But that timid voice in her head was louder now then it had ever been in the past few years, 'Not him' 'Not him' it said soothing and calming Kripa.
