FFs can be either on going but regularly updated or completed.

They need to be migrated to FF section. If the author is not active or stopped visiting IF, then Fanfiction editors team will migrate the stories to FF section.

Thanks for the tag! I have a ton of FFs to nominate 😆

However, I am not sure how I feel about moving the stories to FanFiction section. Shouldn't that be the writer's decision? If a writer is not active/reachable and they don't want their story to be moved to the FF section, I don't want to be the reason it has gotten moved there 😋🙈

I agree with you.

But, the original story will remain in the forum it was originally published in.

A copy will be posted in FF section and it will be in their name only and admin is aware of it.

Those are the reasons, which lead me to nominate the old stories.

I think organizers will reach out to the writers where possible before posting a copy in the FF section.

How can we not add Sabi's story?

While going through the list, I found so many unread stories on IF. I am not sure whether I can ever finish reading them all.

Recently I stumbled on a story where Shyam was found dead and everyone of them is a suspect. I think Lavanya's brother was the investigating officer. It has couple of other characters too.

Were you able to open a book and send it to Oye_nakhrewali along with SS details?

If not, you can open the book by doing the following.

You can click on the below link and click on the AddFanfiction button (Green coloured button) on the top right.

In the next screen add title of your story in the top box and then click on Add button (Green coloured button on the right).

What ever you get in the next screen, copy that URL and send it to Shibani (Oye_Nakhrewali).

You can edit your story and add the other details such as author's note, summary and tags later.

If you face any issues, you can communicate with me here. The nominations thread is locked. So, you won't be able to post comments there.

I went to the link , clicked on the green button. Added title, summary, author’s notes, tagged Arshi then clicked on the add button. But I couldn’t see any url. Btw I’m using my cellphone to do all this

Now what..I’m stuck

I think we are in opposite time zones.

I woke up couple of hours ago and busy with morning chores.

I don't use mobile phone. I only use lap top or desk top so, please bear with me.

Go to history of your phone browser and see if there is any link which looks remotely like this. Not exactly but anything close.

- Your story title means, whatever story title you gave to your story.

- I just added few stars in the link to make it text not a link. You won't see them in your url

As long as it is in draft mode, we won't be able to see it, but, FF editors can.

So, click on that link and send it to Shibani.

Savera, thanks a lot for helping me out. But I’m still finding it difficult to migrate. I have messaged the dev team but still it’s not happening..Not they have not tried. It’s nobody’s fault. Everyone is very sweet and helpful.
However I have decided to back out. I’m busy with personal work. Moreover I’m no longer active on IF.. So good luck to all the participants.
