The most insane weekend EVER

Two card parties one on Nov 7th, one on Nov 13 ... a surprise yelai saapadu lunch invite yesterday that turned into a day long hang out at friends

Making laddoos for the ISCKON Temple Diwali and went to go drop it off

Went to the new Ganesh Mandir in town (YEAH! South Indian temple baby!) and then the friend came home I made lemon rice for dinner hurriedly, the kids did fireworks at the back... shocking a white neighbor😡

Afterwards we hung out with my friend's nephew until midnight

This morning, woke up sore... on every part of the body... yes even b--- muscle ached

Wanted to go drop off mithai at two friends'

FOUR OTHER friends stopped by all of a sudden to drop off mithai

I handed two of the ready made bags and then quickly made two again and handed to the two others

In the evening made TWO more and went over to drop off at the original two🤣

I will hopefully post a Diwali treat in an hour

wow ... u have so much energy.🤩

The update was deli, mouthwatering , sumptuous as if eating off a grand banana leaf!!

Parellel terms ....She showed him the banana leaf and he , all suave and smooth guided her to the green leaf canopy and parked themselves under it. Ha Ha.🤣

Jas She might hide it for a while with Anubha. But it's going to be very awkward for her to act normal around her Dad actually.

Now that Raanav has made good and acted on his promise , when she was tempted to kiss him, on her cousins engagement day, I actually expect him to do something about it.

She held his shirt she realized foggily as her body swayed, he gathered her up like a rag doll and held her close

The kiss was not e---tic or too intense, but she felt she was going to explode

She didn’t know how she felt such intense attraction toward him. Like ferrous shards flying toward a horseshoe shape magnet in class experiments

He smelled gorgeous, she didn’t even know what it was, cologne, soap or just him

She leaned back weakly on the icy wall exhausted, gasping for air

He gently smoothed her loose tendrils and folded them behind her ear, feeling the lobe gently as he did

She didn’t know what to even say to him

She swallowed and pursed her lips and quietly pushed her glasses up her nose with a trembling back hand

“May I please have your number?” he asked

That was it she turned bright red again

“WHY?” she argued with stormy eyes

He smiled, tucking his hands in his pockets and rocking on the balls of his feet

“You are gorgeous Raanav” she said calmly despite a hammering heart

Kalyani ran down the hall panting and giggling

“I made them make Uncle Tom’s noodles” she laughed

“Oh… no… why? Don’t worry” Viveka quickly turned to the young girl

She was dragged to the courtyard and fed mountains of delish modified Maggi and a tall milkshake

Kalyani sprinted back to the kitchen

“Do you have a ride home?” he asked quietly

“I am going back to Habitat Center” she explained

“There is a small press meet tomorrow”

“I cant see you” she whispered hoarsely

He did not respond

Kalyani returned with yet another snack

Viveka jumped up and excused herself

Satyen entered walking down the breezy corridor leading up from the lounge area

“I thought you were not supposed to eat anything” he joked

She was ashamed

“I am sorry… Kalyani insisted I really shouldn’t have”

“Sit sit Ms Mathur he waved sitting down

A help magically appeared with a tray full of different bevis

“Beta, bahar who Jagat kuch maang raha hai dekho” he told the help

“I am running late” she smiled

“Have you two met each other?” he pointed to Raanav

“U are kidding” Raanav laughed

“He is never in town… Rakshit never leaves home”

“THATS not true…” raanav argued

“I agree mazaak kar raha tha… Rakshit Aurangabad mein hain”

“Great”

So what were you guys doing?” he stretched and yawned throwing his arms over his head

Viveka had no sane answer

“I brought her home to show my work”

“Great beta” “Tayiji is back?”

“She is very attached to her aunt”

He texted Jagatji

“I don’t need a ride” she started walking after waving at Kalyani who sprinted toward her for a hug

“Umm.. not sure” she looked confused as her heart skipped a giant beat because what Raanav told her was not PG or PG 13

“Umm.. no”

“Pata nahi what you talked” he laughed

“I can catch up later”

“Number to le lena Ms Mathur inka” But wait... Dont worry “OK don’t worry I can give yours to him”

She turned and walked away
