It keeps showing me unauthorised access?

I am in a irritating stressful job, I spend every minute of my waking time, updating LinkedIn, creating different versions of my resume and applying to various jobs.

Not having too much luck beyond interviews. I am sorry I am not being regular with writing.

I HATE Job search, especially when I am over the hill.

Corporate America HATES women, and women over 40.

They pretend to love me though

I will write to night since nobody is updating their HR system, since its the long weekend and all😡

It’s the same case in India as well Nisha but in this case with my Dad. Just evacuee he is over 45 and has an experience of 20+ years they are rejecting him. The reason is that you have way too much experience for our job application. We can’t afford you. Like Can you please stop joking with us.

Hey Nisha! I can completely understand how annoying a job search can be. I'm in the same boat. Haven't been able to get past interviews. Don't know what goes wrong... it never works out. I hate every minute I spend in my current office - the people, the work, the management. They do nothing to retain people just give them good salaries that are a cut above the industry standards so that it gets difficult to find another job. Some people have taken a pay cut and left.

I'm sorry Nisha and Sudhi. Hope Ganesha's blessings on Ganesh chathurthi day removes all our obstacles out of the way, give us strength to manage frustrations and carry on with our lives .

Jas, your daughter all settled in her univ ? Mine seems to be adjusting well. She tells me she finds classes and food already a bit challenging. But dorm is good otherwise with lots of fun events and friends for her. The good thing is we can drive down 4 hrs if we feel like seeing her.
