Bc obviously, AR won't immediately have kids. They've got a lot of workload in Sanjeevani with their specialization, so babies aint happening anytime soon for them.

It's easier for AN bc Abhi is already done with all this and he can look after te baby while Nikki is at work, but not for AR cause they're both gonna be pulling insane hours at the hospital. So, they'll wait before they have kids.
