Hello, I'm here with an OS on Rajveer-Naina. This OS is not based on any scene. This random shot is just my imagination! The name "RN - The First Encounter" says it all, this OS will be based on RN's first meeting! Enjoy!

"RN - The First Encounter"

"BOOM*

The collision of the two cars leads the drivers to stop their cars with a jerk. Anger visible in both of their eyes as they both take their seat belts off in order to get out of their cars. Their faces are shown as they both open the door of their car to step out.

Stepping out, they both walk towards each other with full speed. The distance that they have covered in few seconds while walking towards each other, it feels like forever. At this moment, none of them have the patience to speak to each other nicely, rather, they want to yell.

Reaching near each other, they both stand face to face. Before Rajveer could say something, he sees Naina's right's hand's index finger pointed towards him.

"Agar aapko ghadi chalani nahi aati toh drive kyun karte ho?"

questions Naina in frustration

This increases the anger level inside Rajveer. How dare she? Does she not know who he is? In anger, his right hand turns into a fist as he takes a step towards her.

"How dare you speak to me like that? Galti aapki thi miss..."

speaks Rajveer in frustration, rather yells

This sudden yelling from Rajveer succeeds in making Naina's heart to skip a beat with fear. Unknowingly, she takes a step back.

Not wanting to show her fear, she stands at an at-ease position as she looks directly in his eyes which are now burning with rage.

"Miss nahi Cadet...Cadet Naina Ah.."

she yells but stops abruptly

Realizing what she was about to utter, she shuts up in nervousness. Naina Singh Ahluwalia, a soon to be Cadet, who is driving towards her destination, KMA - a military academy. Her main motive to join KMA is to prove her brother, Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia, innocent, who was declared as a traitor. She wants to hide her last name "Ahluwalia" from everyone.

Realizing what a blunder she was about to make, Naina tries to cover it up.

"Singh!"

she completes her sentence

Rajveer arches an eyebrow at that. He finds something very fishy in her behaviour, as if she is trying to hide something. Not caring about this yet, he smiles at her as he realises that she is a cadet.

"Naina AH Singh? Interesting name!"

says Rajveer as he gets surprised on the way she has presented her name

This does not go very well by Naina as she thinks that he is making fun of her name. Not caring to know who he is, she puts both of her hands on either sides of her waist.

"Aapki himmat kaise hui mere naam ka mazak udane ki? Aap janta nahi hain ke mein KMA mein ek Cadet hoon?"

she yells

This yelling from Naina changes the expressions on Rajveer's face. Not because of her words, but because of the confession she just made, that she is a cadet in KMA!

Interesting, he thinks! Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, a captain in the army who has been posted to KMA as a teacher of strategy and communication.

Rajveer smirks at the thought of Naina being his cadet. She does not know who he is, else she wouldn't dare to speak to him like that. He decides to clear the misunderstanding.

"Cadet Naina Ah Singh, aap janti nahi hain ke mein kon hoon"

says Rajveer calmly

As if Naina cares who he is. She rolls her eyes in frustration as she leaves her arms loose by her sides.

"Mein janna bhi nahi chahti"

comes back her reply.

This brings a smile on Rajveer's face. Of course you want to know Cadet, or should we say, you need to know! Without breaking the eye-contact, he starts moving towards her.

With every step he takes, Naina's heartbeat picks up pace. Unknowingly, she starts taking her steps back. At this moment, she wants to lower her eyes, but, his constant and intense gaze does not giver her the permission to do so. It feels as if his eyes are forcing her to keep their precious eye-contact.

Naina gets lost in those poles. She finds herself getting attracted to those beautiful eyes. She finds so many different types of emotions evident in his eyes. Trust is the biggest emotion that she sees. She feels as if he is the only man she can trust with anything. Not just trust, she finds herself getting drowned in those poles.

Naina comes back to her trace as she finds Rajveer extremely close to her. He starts leaning in towards her. A shiver goes down Naina's spine and she lowers her gaze immediately.

Rajveer halts in his spot as he realises what the hell he is doing. He cannot behave in such a way with his student, does not mater if she knows or not, but very soon, she will find out. He doesn't know what just happened to him suddenly, he got so lost in her big brown poles that he forgot about his surroundings.

Taking a step back, he stands at a fair distance from Naina. He extends his right hand for a handshake. Naina looks up and gets surprised as her gaze falls on his hand that he has just forward. Unknowingly, she also extends her hand for a hand shake. They shake hands.

After few seconds, she tries to take her hand back but her heart skips a beat as she finds her hand getting gripped in Rajveer's hand.

She immediately looks towards him with a question.

"Hi, I am Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, your strategy and communication teacher in KMA! Nice to meet you Cadet Naina Ah Singh! See you soon in KMA and I shall always remember this meeting!"

he introduces himself.

With that, he immediately leaves her hand and after staring her for couple of seconds, he leaves from there leaving a shocked Naina behind who is glued to her spot.

She has just talked very rudely to her soon to be teacher. How will she face him now? And by the look of what he had in his eyes, it's clearly visible that he will never forget about this meeting, which means he won't spare her that easily.

With an increasing heartbeat, Naina makes her way towards her car, to once again meet HIM in KMA!

I am here with another OS on Rajveer-Naina! This OS "Khamoshiyan" will take place after episode 128 of Left Right Left. In short, it will take place after Captain Rajveer and Dr. Ritu Mishra's Engagement.

Rajveer-Naina - Khamoshiyan

The loud sound at the door indicates Naina that she has to wake up and get ready for her morning drill just like everyday, but today, it is different. She feels as if her chest has been filled with cold, heavy cement and it's weighing her down. Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia, who is always the first one to get ready in the morning, today, she has no desire to do anything, not even move.

But why does she feel this way? What is the reason? She is physically fit but her mind is somewhere else. Last night's scenes starts to play in her head. Her Rajveer sir got engaged to Dr. Ritu Mishra. The way he placed a kiss on Dr. Mishra's cheek sends shivers down Naina's spine when she thinks about it. But why does she feel this way? Why does she feel so bad that he didn't even look towards her at that moment, when he was sliding the ring in Dr. Mishra's finger? Yes, she tried to act as normal as she could last night but, something inside her wanted her to go and stop the engagement. What was it? Is it because she doesn't want to share her mentor with anyone else? Or is it something more than that?

Another loud knock on the door brings Naina back to reality. In frustration, she gets up and sits on her bed. She looks around and gets surprised when she looks at the time which indicates that she is actually late for her morning drill.

And this was it for Naina to react. She immediately stands up straight and rushes towards the washroom. Within minutes, she is ready. Giving herself a last look in the mirror, Naina walks out of her room, not before locking the door.

Knowing she is late, she rushes out of the girl's hostel. Reaching the main campus, Naina starts picking up her pace as she starts to run towards the main grounds of KMA.

Not looking where she is going, she runs nonstop, but suddenly she collides with a figure, leading her to trip. Her eyes are closed out of fear of falling down. But suddenly, she finds herself in someone's strong arms. The touch sends shivers down her spine as it is very well known to her. Her heartbeat picks up pace as she slowly starts to open up her eyes.

And here she is, right in Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat's arms.

Khamoshiyan aawaaz hain
Tum sunne to aao kabhi

Both of her arms are around Rajveer's neck while his arms are holding her waist, protectively. They lock eyes immediately. A lot had changed between them. Nothing is the same as before.

Chhukar tumhe khill jaayengi
Ghar inko bulaao kabhi

For Rajveer, he is very well aware of his feelings for Naina, yet he cannot express it. And for Naina, she still doesn't know what she feels for him. Why is she so upset about him being someone else's?

Beqarar hain baat karne ko
Kehne do inko zaraa..

Naina is the first one to lower her gaze which reminds Rajveer about their surroundings and he comes back to reality. Naina's cheeks starts getting red under his intense gaze which is not hidden by Rajveer.

This succeeds in skipping Rajveer's heartbeat. Realizing their position, he leaves her and they stand at a fair distance. There is complete silence between them, yet this silence is not uncomfortable.

Khamoshiyan.. lipti hui khamoshiyan

Wanting to break the silence, Rajveer clears his throat which makes Naina to look towards him.

"Good Morning Cadet Singh"

wishes Rajveer hesitantly

Naina doesn't fail to notice the hesitation in his voice. Not being able to look him in the eyes, she lowers her gaze.

"Good Morning sir"

she wishes him back

Her voice tells Rajveer how tired she is. He stares at her and notices her very carefully. Her red eyes indicates that she hasn't slept properly.

"Sir...wo..mujhe morning drill ke liye jana hai"

informs Naina stammering

This breaks Rajveer's trace. Lowering his eyes, he nods his head in affirmation. The way she is behaving with him today, he finds it extremely strange, yet he doesn't know how to question her.

Kya uss gali mein kabhi tera jaana hua
Jahaan se zamaane ko guzre zamaana hua
Mera samay toh wahin pe hai thehra hua
Bataaun tumhe kya mere sath kya kya hua

He sees her leaving and his heartbeat picks up pace. Not knowing what to do, he immediately rushes towards her. Wanting to stop her, he immediately grabs her wrist.

"Ruko Naina"

orders Rajveer

This succeeds in skipping Naina's heartbeat. She closes her eyes in order to hide her emotions.

Khamoshiyan ek saaz hai
Tum dhun koi laao zaraa

Taking a deep breath, she opens up her eyes. Her eyes still being lowered, she turns towards Rajveer.

"Yes...yes sir?"

says Naina

He stares at her constantly. He can feel the rhythm of her increasing heartbeat. The blush on Naina's cheeks makes him to realises their current position. Lowering his gaze, he immediately leaves her wrist and takes few steps back.

Khamoshiyan alfaaz hain
Kabhi aa gunguna le zara

He looks back up towards her.

"Tum theek ho Naina?"

questions Rajveer

The concern in his voice makes Naina to look in his eyes immediately. But his question takes her by surprise.

"Yes sir, mein bilkul theek hoon"

replies Naina

The hurt in Naina's voice says it all as they share their precious eye-contact. Her eyes doesn't match her words. Rajveer knows something is not right.

Beqarar hain baat karne ko
Kehne do inko zaraa.. haa..

Staring her throughout, he takes a step closer to her.

"Kya baat hai Naina? Aisa lag raha hai jaise tum raat bhar soyi nahi"

questions Rajveer getting concerned

Not being able to hold their eye-contact, Naina lowers her gaze. She cannot reveal the truth to him. She cannot let him know that him getting engaged to Dr. Ritu has affected her a lot. Even if she wants to explain, what will she say when she doesn't know it herself?

Khamoshiyan.. teri meri khamoshiyan
Khamoshiyan.. lipti hui khamoshiyan

She feels as if the best thing to do right now is to leave from here. She takes a step back with her eyes being lowered.

"Sir I am getting late"

says Naina

Her eyes are on the verge of crying. Not being able to face him anymore, she turns her back towards him. As Rajveer sees her walking away from him, something breaks inside him. He feels as if his soul is going away from him.

"Mujhe congratulate nahi karogi Naina?"

His words makes Naina to halt in her tracks. A lone of tear escapes from her eyes. She immediately wipes her tear away and turns towards him.

Nadiya ka paani bhi khamosh behta yahaan
Khili chandani mein chhipi lakh khamoshiyan

"Congratulate?"

questions Naina

She knows what exactly he means but she pretends as if she has no idea what he is talking about.

Staring her with flat expressions, he takes a step towards her.

"Meri engagement ke liye"

replies Rajveer

Baarish ki boondon ki hoti kahaan hai zubaan
Sulagte dilon mein hai khamosh uthta dhuaan

It hurts him even more to do this but, he had to. To see if this is the reason behind her behaviour, he had to do this. And it succeeds, Naina's facial expressions changes.

"Congratulations sir"

wishes Naina with a fake smile

Khamoshiyan aakaash hai
Tum udne toh aao zara
Khamoshiyan ehsaas hai
Tumhe mehsoos hoti hai kya

And this was it for Rajveer. He knows that his engagement is the reason behind Naina's behaviour. He can feel that she is about to tear up at any moment. But why does it affect her so much? This is not important right now. At this moment, he needs to calm her down and get her to feel better. He cannot tell her the reason behind him getting engaged to Dr. Ritu.

Beqarar hain baat karne ko
Kehne do inko zara.. haa..

With a warm smile, he starts walking towards her. With every step he takes, Naina's heartbeat picks up pace. Reaching her, he stands right in front of her. Keeping the eye-contact, he grabs Naina's hand and places it in between both of his hands.

Khamoshiyan.. teri meri khamoshiyan
Khamoshiyan.. lipti hui khamoshiyan

This skips Naina's heartbeat, yet she doesn't dare to move back. They stare at each other for few seconds.

"Please trust me Naina"

utters Rajveer

His words does the magic. It melts Naina's heart and suddenly, a smile creeps on her lips. The warmth in his words calms Naina down. The look in his eyes tells her that no matter what, he will never let anything wrong happen.

"I trust you sir"

replies Naina

Her words swells Rajveer's heart with so much love. Smiling, he lets go off her hand and takes a step back. Her words ensures him that she is now fine. Smiling, they bid goodbye to each other as Naina leaves towards her drill while Rajveer leaves towards his room.

Since it's a valentine week, so, I thought to write an OS on my most favourite couple, RAINA! Hope you all enjoy it! This will be a random one shot. This story will take place two years after all the cadets Pass-out from KMA. I am not sure how this OS turned out. Do let me know whether you guys liked this or not!

Rajveer-Naina - My Secret Valentine

It has been two years since all of them successfully graduated from KMA and now are posted in different places as lieutenants. Yes, it has been two years since they all met each other. How badly they all miss each other that the words cannot even describe that.

Lieutenant Naina Singh Ahluwalia, an amazing solider, who has been posted to KMA. During the past two years, Naina has became more mature yet more quiet. There hasn't been a single minute when she didn't miss her Rajveer sir. She has fulfilled the promise that she made with Rajveer. She fought for him and proved him innocent along with her brother, Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia.

Standing in front of the Wall of Fame, Naina stares at Captain Rajveer's picture with teary eyes. She feels proud of herself that she was once his student. She feels proud to be his protge. She feels proud that she fell in love with him.

Bringing her right hand up, she salutes his picture with proud.

"Lieutenant Naina Singh Ahluwalia reporting sir!"

says Naina

This is seen by Dr. Shalini and Captain Abhimanyu, who have tears in their eyes. They know what Naina must he going through. It has been two god damm years, yet there hasn't been a single day when Naina smiled with her full heart. They both know how much she misses Captain Rajveer.

Just then, an orderly arrives there.

"Lieutenant Singh, aapke liye phone hai"

he informs

This drags Naina's attention. wiping her tears, she looks towards the orderly.

"Theek hai mein dekh lungi"

replies Naina

As the orderly leaves, Naina goes to take the phone call. Somewhere down, she knows who the person is. She knows it is Huda. Since Huda knows her feelings for Rajveer, he has stopped bothering her. But since it's a valentine day today, he always wishes her like a good friend. Reaching there, Naina picks up the phone.

"Hello"

speaks Naina with a heavy voice

There is complete silence on the other side for few seconds. The only thing that's heard is, a loud moan from the other end.

"1600 hours sharp at Barista Cafe "

says the other person, more like a whisper

A shiver goes through Naina's spine as she hears this voice. No, it cannot be possible. This voice cannot be Rajveer's voice. How can it be? He is dead.

And just before Naina could say another word, the call ends. In utter shock, Naina puts the receiver down. But then, another thought comes to her mind. She thinks maybe it's Huda who is trying to prank her by changing his voice.

Taking a deep breath, Naina returns to her room. Getting inside, she locks the door from inside. Turning her back towards the door, she walks towards the washroom to freshen up when her eyes falls on her bed.

Her heart skips a beat as she finds a box lying on her bed, along with a note. With her increasing heartbeat, Naina picks up the note and opens it.

Her eyes go wide in shock as she reads what it says in the note

Mujhe acha lagega agar tum ye pehan kar aaogi

She immediately opens the box as she gets another surprise on finding a beautiful red saree in that box, with matching earrings. At this point, she is sure that it's rather Huda who sent this because the last time, he is the one who asked her to wear a saree. But one thing she doesn't understand is, last time, he only asked her to wear a saree and this time, he specifically sent her the saree, that too red.

Suddenly, all the scenes that she spent with Rajveer that day, it flashes in front of her and a lone of tear escapes from her eyes. Wiping her tears away, Naina grabs the saree and heads towards the washroom to get ready as she only has two hours left to reach there.

Barista Cafe - 1600 hours

Wearing the same beautiful red saree, Naina enters the cafe and her heartbeat picks up pace as soon as she takes her first step inside. She feels his presence around, her Rajveer sir's presence! Naina shuts her eyes tightly in order to control her emotions.

After few seconds, Naina opens her eyes and heads inside. Just then, a waiter stops her.

"Cadet Naina AH Singh?"

questions the waiter

A shiver goes down her spine as she hears such words from the waiter. How dare he call her that? Only her Rajveer sir has the right to call her by this special name.

Boiling in anger, Naina glares at the waiter.

"The name is Lieutenant Naina Singh Ahluwalia"

replies Naina sternly

The waiter lowers his gaze.

"Sorry ma'am! Please come this way"

says the orderly as he points his index finger towards the stairs that leads towards a terrace.

As Naina looks towards the direction, she looks back towards the waiter in utter shock.

"Uppar?"

questions Naina

"Yes ma'am"

Replies the waiter

Naina smiles at this. Thinking Huda has done this for her, Without saying a word, Naina heads upstairs.

After few seconds, Naina reaches upstairs and her heart skips a beat when suddenly the door shuts loudly from the back. And she is unable to see anything as the whole terrace is dark. This place is less like a terrace and more like a closed room.

And then, suddenly, the lights comes on and the room is filled with red and white heart-shaped balloons. In the middle of the room, Naina sees a beautifully decorated table for two people! She walks around the room and examines everything very carefully.

Five minutes passes by and she finds no one there.

"Huda...Huda kahan hai tu?"

calls out Naina in frustration

In irritation, Naina takes a step forward to exit the room as no one seems to be around. Just then, she trips due to the high heals that she is wearing.

Out of fear of falling, Naina shuts her eyes, thinking she is on the ground, but instead, she is in someone's arms. Still her eyes being closed, Naina makes a tight grip on his shoulders in order to get support.

"Thank god Huda tune mujhe girne se bacha liya"

says Naina

There is silence for few seconds. Naina stays in that position as she feels extremely comfortable in his arms. For the first time, Naina thinks that she likes being in Huda's arms.

"Happy Valentine's day Cadet Naina AH Singh"

wishes the person

And this was it for Naina. Her heartbeat picks up pace and the blood drains out of her face as she hears the voice. She knows who exactly the person is. Surly it's not Huda. She is not able to believe her ears. How can this be possible? How can he be here?

Naina thinks she is dreaming. With her shaking body, Naina opens her eyes, slowly, and the view in front of her causes her eyes to widen out of utter shock and surprise.

There he is, her Rajveer sir, in sky blue shirt, looking all the more handsome , smirking at her. At this moment, Naina has no idea what to do. It's like a dream for her, a beautiful dream.

Smiling at her innocence, Rajveer makes her to stand back up, but doesn't dare to remove his arms from her waist. He checks her out from top to bottom with a satisfactory smile that is playing on his lips. How beautiful she looks in this red saree. Their encounter from that day plays in front of him and he realises how hesitant he was while complementing her.

"Us din sahi kaha tha maine, is khoobsurati ke liye koi revolt toh kya, jaan bhi de sakta hai"

Speaks Rajveer softly

This brings Naina back to reality. What the hell is going on? She doesn't understand.

"Aap?"

questions Naina out of shock

This makes Rajveer to smile. Staring her throughout, he pulls her a bit closer.

"Haan Naina mein, tum sapna nahi dekh rahi! Ye sach hai!"

replies Rajveer

This widens Naina's eyes and she finally realises what exactly is happening. She has so many questions in mind. How should she start?

Looking him straight in the eyes, Naina pushes him off a little

"Aap zinda thay? Or aapne mujhe batana zaroori bhi nahi samjha. How could you sir?"

yells Naina

Tears are visible in her eyes. This causes Rajveer to lower his eyes out of guilt. Tears starts to take place in his eyes as well. He looks back up in Naina's eyes.

"Mein tumhe sab batoonga Naina. Par kya aaj ke din hum inh batoon ko bhula sakte hain? Kya aaj ke din sirf hum apne baare mein baat kar sakte hain?"

questions Rajveer softly

This melts Naina's heart. He is right, at least for today, they should not talk about all those things. Smiling, Naina nods her head in affirmation. This brings a smile on Rajveer's face. Extending his right hand, he wipes her tears away. Naina closes her eyes at this as she feels the warmth of his touch. Rajveer smiles at this.

"Bohut khoobsurat lag rahi ho tum aaj"

he complements her

This makes Naina to open up her eyes and she looks in his eyes straight. Her cheeks starts to get hot red under his intense gaze. He is staring at her the same way as he did when he saw her in the red saree that day.

"Thanks for the complement!"

she repeats her words

This causes Rajveer to halt and in no time, he pulls Naina closer to him, leading her to collide with his chest.

"It's not just a complement Naina!"

he changes his statement

This makes Naina to lower her gaze out of shyness. Rajveer smiles at the affect that his words has on her

"Will you be my valentine?"

Questions Rajveer

This makes Naina to look up in his eyes. With a smile playing on his lips, Naina nods her head in a yes!

"Always!"

replies Naina

Staring her throughout, Rajveer lets go off her and moves a bit away from her. This makes Naina to knit her brows in confusion. Without breaking the eye-contact, Rajveer bends down on his knees and he forwards his right hand in front of her.

"May I have the pleasure?"

requests Rajveer

Smiling, Naina accepts his offer by placing her hand in his. With a jerk, he brings her closer. They both recall the day when he taught her how to dance. Looking in each other's eyes, they smile as they realise that both of them are thinking the same thing.

Preet ki lath mohe aaisi laagi
ho gayi main matwaali

They start swaying with the music.

"Ye saree aapne bhejhi thi?"

questions Naina softly

Changing their position, Rajveer spins her around and again with a jerk, he brings her back in his arms.

"Koi shak?"

replies Rajveer

bal bal jaaun apane piya ko
he main jaaun vaari vaari

This makes Naina to smile with her full heart. Her smile suddenly vanishes as she feels his hand on her bare waist, which is due to her saree. Her breathing rate gets heavier at this skin-to-skin touch. She looks intensely in Rajveer's eyes. The smirk on his lips tells Naina that he is aware of what he is doing. Lowering her eyes, Naina doesn't dare to question or object him as if he has full rights on her. Her cheeks turns more red at this

"Mujhe nahi pata tha ke Cadet Naina AH Singh sharmati bhi hai"

says Rajveer smiling

Mohe sudh budh naa rahi tan mann ki
yeh toh jaane duniya saari
bebas aur laachar phiru main
haari main dil haari
haari main dil haari

This causes Naina's heart to skip a beat and she immediately looks up at him.

"Waise aap mujhe Lieutenant Naina Singh bula sakte hain"

replies Naina as she tries to change the topic

Rajveer realises what exactly she is trying to do. She is trying to get away from his teasing by changing the topic but there is no way he will let that happen.

"Par mere liye tum hamesha MERI Cadet Naina AH Singh hi rahogi"

replies Rajveer, emphasizing on "Meri"

This makes Naina to blush more as she lowers her eyes. This makes Rajveer to laugh a little. This sweet sound of his laughter does amazing things to Naina.

tune kya kar dala marr gayi main mitt gayi main

Looking in each other's eyes, they keep swaying with the music, smiling! Love is visible in both of their eyes. The smile on their lips is a promise that they are giving to each other silently, to love each other forever, no matter what happens!

Suddenly, Rajveer's phone rings which breaks their moment. Irritation takes place on Rajveer's face as he realises that it's his time to go.

"Mujhe jana hoga Naina"

says Rajveer looking at Naina

This brings tears in her eyes and disappointment on her face. In no time, she pulls him in her embrace.

Cries Naina

Rajveer hugs her back with the same intensity. They stay like this for couple of minutes. Breaking the hug, Rajveer looks at Naina as he cups her cheeks.

"Mein bohut jald wapis aaonga Naina! Or woh bhi hanesha ke liye lekin abhi mujhe jana hoga"

says Rajveer softly

This relaxes Naina a little. She brings her right hand in front of him.

"Promise?"

she questions

Smiling, he puts his hand on top of hers

"Promise!"

replies Rajveer

With that, he takes his steps backwards, still keeping the eye-contact.

"But sir agar kisi ne poocha ke mein kahan gayi thi toh mein kya kahoongi?"

questions Naina

Smiling at her question, staring her throughout, Rajveer stops in his tracks and crosses his arms over his chest.

"Just tell them that you went to meet you secret Valentine!"

replies Rajveer, smiling as he winks at her

This causes her breath to hitch in her throat and her heart skips a beat. With that, she sees him leaving out the door. His eyes conveys the promise that he had made to her just now, that he will return back very soon, that too forever!

Naina got the best Valentine day gift that she will never forget! This gift changed her life. Her life has been filled with happiness all over again as she'll be with the one she loves, that too very soon!

"Happy Valentine's day sir!"

mumbles Naina as her face glows

With that, she exits the room, smiling, blushing! She got a reason to live all over again! And now the wait begins, her wait for him! She will wait for the day when he will return to her! She knows that the day is not too far!

Hi everyone,

Here I'm back with another OS "RN - Dil Ka Aalam" after a long time. This OS will be my take on the famous "Dove-Hawk" drill - Episode 160 of Left Right Left.

Rajveer-Naina - Dil Ka Aalam

The oldest and the most famous drill of KMA "Dove-Hawk" drill is about to start. Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, Captain Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan, Brigadier Chandook and the super six cadets are present in the main grounds of KMA.

A shot is fired in the air by Brigadier Chandook,

"Jab tum hawa mein fire sunoge toh samajh lena drill khatam. Tab tak Hawks apna har pal Doves ko dhoondhne mein lagayenge. Koi Shak?"

Brigadier Chandook instructs the cadets about the drill.

All the cadets listens to the instructions with full concentration.

"No Sir!"

the cadets reply at the same time.

"Ye KMA ki ek bari purani drill hai. Field par movement aur survival ki ek behtreen exercise. Doves yani kabutar pehle move karte hain, woh aage barhne ke sath sath koshish karte hain ke peechay choray gayye apne kadmon ke nishaan woh mita dein, ya phir unhe is tarah badal dein ke unka peecha kar rahe Hawks, yani baaz, gumrah hojaye ya phir unh tak na pohunch paye"

Brigadier Chandook instructs them further that the mission of Hawks is to search for Doves. Doves are suppose to move first while Hawks go after Doves and tries to find them. Doves will have to try every possible way to cause hawks to become perplexed and confused, so Hawks won't be able to find them.

"Cadet Naina Singh, Cadet Huda, aur Cadet Sahani, tum teeno Hawks ho. Captain Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan se request ki gayi hai ke woh is drill mein participate karein or Hawks ki team ko lead karein"

As soon as Naina hears the news of being in Captain Abhimanyu's team, she immediately looks towards Captain Abhimanyu and gives him the biggest smile possible - her smile reflects her happiness upon being in Abhimanyu's team. This doesn't go unnoticed by Huda. Huda has been noticing the closeness between Abhimanyu and Naina and hell, he doesn't appreciate it.

There is another person there who seems to notice everything - Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. Not just notice, a ping of jealousy is evident on his face upon seeing Naina's attention towards Abhimanyu, but unfortunately, there is nothing he can do to stop this. In the past few days, every time he saw Naina with Abhimanyu, something inside him wanted to go up to her, pull her behind a corridor and warn her to stay away from Captain Abhimanyu, but not being able to act upon his feelings frustrates him the most. He cannot do that. He has no right to do such a thing with Naina. After he told her the truth about Naveen's death, she has started to hate him, at least this is what he thinks.

He comes out of his trace upon listening to Brigadier Chandook,

"Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat Doves ki team ka Netritava karenge aur unke sathi honge Cadet Ali Baig aur Cadet Ghai"

Since Alekh is no longer a cadet, but an orderly, Captain Rajveer requests Brigadier Chandook to send an orderly with him to hold his stuff because he is not feeling well. Luckily, Brigadier Chandook sends Alekh with Rajveer. So, that way, Alekh can learn the drill as well!

Brigadier Chandook further instructs the cadets regarding the drill and tells them about the past record of Doves and Hawks in KMA.

Looking towards the team of Doves, Brigadier Chandook says,

"Doves"

Cadet Pooja and Cadet Ali stand in an at ease position and they reply,

"Yes sir?"

"Get ready to leave. Your time starts now"

As soon as Brigadier Chandook utters these words, getting alert, Captain Rajveer says,

"Come on guys"

Along with Captain Rajveer, Ali and Pooja move ahead to start the drill. In order to leave, Doves has to cross Hawks. As they pass by, Rajveer stops near Naina for a moment and looks towards her and the smile she gave to Captain Abhimanyu flashes in front of his eyes again, leading him to burn with jealousy all over again.

Without blinking, he keeps staring at Naina. They share an intense eye lock. Today, Naina sees something different in his eyes; something that she hasn't seen before, which she fails to understand. His eyes conveys the tension and frustration that's building up inside him. Getting nervous by his intense gaze, she lowers her eyes.

Staring her throughout, unknowingly, he finds himself taking a step towards Naina and unable to hold himself any longer, he utters, sternly,

"Adat lag gayi hai tumhe naye logon ke aate hi purane logon ko bhoolne ki Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia"

The anger in his voice skips Naina's heartbeat and she immediately looks at him with shock. Her cheeks starts warning up due to the tension that's building up inside her because of his stern words. She fails to understand the meaning of his bold statement. And before she could open up her mouth to reply, he has already gone ahead with his team. Thankfully, his voice wasn't loud, but audible enough for Naina to hear.

As soon as Doves leave, Hawks are suppose to wait thirty minutes before they can begin their search for Doves.

Shocked by Rajveer's bold and aggressive words, Naina unknowingly makes her way towards a nearby rock while she is in deep thoughts. She doesn't understand - why all of a sudden Rajveer is behaving in such a cold manner?

Does she really not understand? Or is she pretending? She has been behaving extremely rude towards him from the past few days and he was enduring her rude behaviour with forbearance. But as they say, "there is a limit to everything". For how long can he tolerate her rudeness? No, it's about time she learns some ethics on how she should behave with him. If he can be too friendly, he can also pull her behind a wall and teach her how to behave with him. If he can be nice, hell, he can be cold as well - he can teach her how to respect him.

But she still fails to understand the meaning behind his words. She fails to understand his jealousy upon seeing her with Captain Abhimanyu.

While she is lost in deep thoughts about Rajveer, she hears Abhimanyu's voice which brings her back to reality.

"Naina...kahan kho gayi aap?"

Plastering a fake smile, Naina looks towards her right and finds Abhimanyu sitting by her.

"Nahi sir..kuch nahi bus aise hi"

she replies with a heavy voice, trying to act as normal as she can.

"Uh..uh kya decide kiya tha cadet? Kya bulaengi aap hamein?"

asks Captain Abhimanyu with a smile as he reminds her about what they have decided.

"Abhimanyu"

replies Naina as she tries to hide her emotions that are over flowing due to Rajveer's words.

Giving Naina a smile, Abhimanyu leaves to get some water.

Standing behind a tree, Huda has heard all this while his hands turns into fists as he hears Naina addressing Captain Chauhan as "Abhimanyu", instead of "sir".

Not being able to control himself any longer, he reaches up to Naina and blurts out coldly,

"Kya baat hai phoolan? Tu us duplicate Rambo ke sath bohut free ho rahi hai. Hum sab tere liye bus time paas hain na. Jab bhi tujhe koi naya shikar milta hai, tu apne sab purane rishton ko bhool jati hai"

Saying that, Huda leaves from there out of anger, leaving Naina in another shock.

Unknowingly, tears starts to roll down from her cheeks. First Rajveer and now, Huda - they both said the same thing. But why does it hurt her so much when Rajveer said it?

No, I will not let someone's words affect me so much, thinks Naina. She thinks of ignoring Rajveer even more now. She will not let his words affect her to this extent.

While she was in deep thoughts, she has started walking in the forest and it has now been twenty minutes and she has no idea where she is now. She has lost her way as well as her team members.

Rajveer is walking with his team members. Instead of concentrating on the drill, he is lost in Naina's thoughts. He doesn't even remember the last time she called him "sir" and it hurts him to an extent when she refers to him as "Captain Rajveer". Usually when someone calls him "Captain Rajveer", he feels proud, but when Naina calls him that, he feels embarrassed for being a Captain in the Army.

The jealousy in him, which is because of Abhimanyu, isn't letting him sleep at night properly from the past few days. He has had enough. He cannot tolerate her rudeness any more, he WILL punish her for disrespecting him and will make her understand and if it means being rude to her, he'll do that. She needs to taste her own medicine - he is just waiting for the opportunity.

Just then, he spots Huda.

"You guys go ahead. I'll be back soon"

saying that to his team, Rajveer makes his way towards Huda, who is sitting near a tree.

Reaching him, Rajveer notices how tensed Huda looks.

Sitting next to him, he puts a hand over Huda's shoulder and asks,

"Cadet Huda tum yahan? Tumhe toh apni team ke sath hona chahiye. As far as I know, abhi das minute hain before your team starts searching for us. So..."

Looking towards Rajveer, Huda replies,

"Sorry sir..mein bus jata hun"

Rajveer notices the tension in his voice. Getting concerned, Rajveer asks,

"Kya baat hai Huda? Tum itne pareshaan kyun lag rahe ho?"

Huda tells Captain Rajveer the entire incident that just took place between him and Naina and how Naina called Captain Chauhan as "Abhimanyu".

Rajveer advises Huda to cool down and concentrate on the drill for now. Smiling, Huda leaves towards his team.

But the truth is, hearing this from Huda made Rajveer all the more jealous, frustrated and angry. He just cannot wait for this drill to finish, so, he can confront Naina - he is just looking for an opportunity.

In his anger and jealousy, Rajveer has also lost his team and he has no idea where his team members are. Being an expert, he knows the directions of this forest very well, but he cannot return to KMA alone - he needs to look for his team.

Cupping his mouth, he shouts,

"Cadet Ghai...Cadet Sahani..."

"Cadet Al..."

As he was about to shout Alekh's name, his gaze falls on a figure who is sitting a bit far away, near a tree. From the clothes, the figure looks like a cadet of KMA!

Wanting to check, Rajveer makes his way towards the figure and soon, he realises that the person is none other than Naina. Looking in the other direction, Naina is sitting, her back resting on the tree and she is lost in some thoughts.

"Cadet Singh, tum yahan par kya kar rahi ho?"

he questions her coldly.

Rajveer's voice brings Naina back to reality. Her eyes widens with surprise upon finding him there, staring at her with much anger.

With the same attitude and stubbornness, Naina stands up straight.

Crossing her arms over her chest, she replies coldly,

"That's none of your business Captain"

And this is it for Rajveer. The opportunity is right in front of him. His eyes starts blazing with anger. She needs to learn how to behave with her seniors.

As he watches her leaving from there, he gets alert. And before she could take another step forward, he reaches her in no time, grabbing her wrist, he pushes her slightly towards the tree.

Leaving her wrist, he points his finger at her and says,

"It is my business Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia. Tum shayad bhool rahi ho ke mein tumhara senior hun. Or tumhare senior hone ke naatey ye mera farz banta hai ke mujhe tumhari khabar ho"

he spits these words at her so harshly that it makes her heart to skip a beat with fear. She realises that she cannot speak to him in this tone. He is not the same Rajveer who has been tolerating her rudeness.

And the last time when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her inside a room, he apologized, but this time, he seems in no mood to say sorry.

Lowering her eyes out of fear, Naina replies,

"I lost my way and my team members, sir"

He glares at her for a bit before turning his back towards her.

Crossing his arms over his chest, he says sarcastically,

"Chalo kam se kam tumne mujhe 'sir' kehna toh shuru kia"

His face is full of melancholy expressions, a look of despair is evident, he feels dejected. His tone conveys how hurt he has been from the last few days

At his words, she feels like her heart has been ripped out. Suddenly there is an aura of grey around her. It is a mist that doesn't rise. A state of depression that she couldn't see herself through earlier. She feels a terrible weight on her shoulders. It is as if a giant boulder is laid on her and she cannot straighten up or catch her breath entirely.

A single tear rolls down her cheek followed by a sob. And suddenly, her wet hair huggs her body like a long lost friend, the ice-cold crystal droplets clinging to her frosty skin and dampening her clothes, as she stares at Rajveer. It is hard for her to tell when she has started crying and it is even more difficult to discern between her tears and the rain on her face as she turns her eyes to the sky above her. Eyelids fluttering to deflect the water, she can do nothing but stand and let her body and mind be enveloped by the cold water.

The sudden loud sound of thunder causes her to shake. Getting scared, she immediately runs towards Rajveer, who is standing in front of her and his back is turned towards her. Reaching him, she immediately clings onto him and hugs him from the back out of fear.

"Rajveer!!!"

she shouts out of fear, making her grip more tight around his shoulders.

Rajveer's heartbeat picks up pace at the sudden movement from Naina and the fact that she called him by his first name without adding "sir" sends a shiver down his spine.

With an increasing heartbeat, he puts his hands over Naina's hands, which are gripping his shoulders out of fear. He can feel the rhythm of her increasing heartbeat and can feel her hot breath on the back of his neck.

"Naina relax, it's just thunder!"

he whispers calmly as he notices her fear and tries to make her feel better.

Naina, who's eyes were closed, she slowly opens her eyes and reality drowns upon her. Her heart skips a beat at what she just did and moreover, at the fact that she called him by his name. Her cheeks starts warming up out of nervousness.

She slowly, hesitantly, lowering her eyes, lets go off him and takes few steps back. An awkward silence takes between them.

Rajveer turns towards her. Staring her throughout, he begins to speak,

"Naina..."

Interrupting him in between, Naina says stammering,

"Sorry..sir..wo..I didn't mean to"

He doesn't understand why she said that. He stares at her for few moments while Naina's gaze is fixed on the ground.

Knitting his brows out of confusion, he asks,

"You didn't mean to do what?"

Just then, a thought crosses his mind - maybe she is talking about the hug. In order to tell her that she shouldn't feel embarrassed about that, he opens his mouth to speak, but Naina cuts him off.

"Maine jaan boojh kar aap..aapko Ra...Rajveer nahi bulaya. It just came out. I..I meant Rajveer sir"

she replies stammering while her vision shifts from one place to another but she doesn't dare to meet his gaze.

Her words succeeds in bringing back Rajveer's anger and jealousy. Shutting his eyes, with clenched fists, he recalls Huda's words about Naina referring to Captain Chauhan as "Abhimanyu". In fact, he, himself, heard it multiple times from her mouth.

Out of anger, he turns his back towards her while he lets the rain droplets run over his face. There is again silence for few seconds before he speaks.

"Tum Chauhan ko uske naam se bula sakti ho or mujhe bulate hue tumhe problem hoti hai"

he says those words so sternly that it immediately causes Naina to look up.

Knitting her brows, she asks,

"Is mein Abhimanyu..."

As she says his name, Rajveer immediately turns towards her, warning her with his eyes not to refer to him by his name.

"sir..I mean..Abhimanyu sir kahan se aa gayye?"

She corrects herself and asks him the question.

With clenched teeth and fists, he glares at her sternly while Naina stares back at him out of confusion. They share an intense eye lock while the rain water runs over them.

Staring her with anger, Rajveer takes a step closer to her while he says,

"Jab se Chauhan KMA wapis aaya hai, tab se...tab se hi tumhare Abhimanyu Sir hamaray beech mein aa gayye"

With each word he speaks, he raises his voice to show Naina his anger and jealousy.

His sarcastic and stern tone makes Naina to widen her eyes out of surprise - not even in her dreams she expected such a bold statement from Rajveer. The rudeness in his tone hurts her all the more.

With shocked expressions, staring him out of surprise, Naina asks ignoring his question,

"Sir..aap mujhse itni rudely kyun baat kar rahe hain?"

Her question causes Rajveer to raise his left eyebrow out of frustration. Is she really this innocent? Or is she pretending?

"How do you feel after tasting your own medicine Cadet Singh?"

he questions her being clearly straight forward.

Naina stands there, staring at him without blinking her eyes. A lone of tear escapes from her eyes but due to the heavy rain, Rajveer isn't able to differentiate.

Quietly, Naina waits for Rajveer to continue further.

Turning a bit away from her, horizontally, he punches the tree out of anger - in order to take his frustration out. Now, turning back towards her, reaching her, he grabs onto her shoulders.

"Janti ho kitna dard hota hai mujhe jab tum mujhse itna rudely baat karti ho?"

he asks her, shaking her. This time, his voice reflects pain rather than anger - the pain that he felt during the last few days.

At this moment, Naina realises what he must have gone through and how rude she was during the past few days. After he told her the truth behind Naveen's death, she started to blame him, instead of understanding why he did that and what he went through when he shot his best friend? For her, Naveen is her brother, but for Rajveer, Naveen is way more than that - his reason to live, his strength that helps him fight the system, his honour, and moreover, his love's brother.

A lone of tear escapes from Rajveer's eyes which, again, gets mixed with the rain. Finally, he is able to open up to Naina regarding his feelings.

They share another eye-lock which this time is filled with guilt, understanding and love.

Without blinking, Naina speaks,

"I'm sorry sir...I really am"

Her apology melts his heart instantly. She shot him, behaved rude towards him and what not, but still her one apology has melted his heart. It's true that he has forgiven her long back - when she didn't even ask for an apology, but he needed to confront her in order to make her realise.

Without interrupting, he lets her continue further.

"Bohut takleef di hai maine aapko. Bohut badtameezi se baat ki hai maine aapse. Aapko samajh hi nahi payi mein. Aapne hamesha mera sath dia or maine...maine aapko hi galat samjha"

By every word she speaks, her voice starts to break. Rajveer can feel the guilt in her voice.

"I know I don't deserve an apology...but if possible, please forgive me Rajveer sir"

Her words touches Rajveer's heart. At this moment, he wants to pull her in his embrace, but he cannot. No matter what it is, Naina is his student and he is her mentor, her teacher - he will not do anything that will ruin her reputation. If she feels the same for him, he'll wait for her until she graduates. Till then, he will never do anything of this sort. Sure they hugged before, but that was when they were both emotional. This time, he is totally in his senses.

Not wanting to let her beg further for an apology, he puts his hand over her lips.

"Bus Naina..."

Her heart skips a beat upon this skin-to-skin touch. Naina lowers her eyes immediately. At this, Rajveer realises what he is doing,

Moving away his hand, he stands at a fair distance from her.

"Mein tumhe ek shart pe maaf karunga"

Even though he has forgiven her easily, he still puts forward a condition.

"Mujhe aapki har shart manzoor hai"

she replies immediately.

Rajveer finally smiles at her words and the fact that she is able to do anything in order to get his apology swells his heart.

"Waada karo ke ab tumhara dhayan sirf ek achay solider banne par hoga. Aisa karne se tumhi Naveen ka khoya hua gaurav wapis la sakti ho. Rahi Naveen ki begunahi ki baat, toh mein hoon na. Jee jaan laga dumga mein Naveen ko begunaah sabit karne mein"

Staring her, he reaches her and holds her by her shoulders. Keeping the eye-contact, he says,

"Promise me Naina"

His words touches her heart to such an extent that an unknown feeling starts to develop inside her.

"I promise you sir!"

she replies, staring at him with a smile.

They share another eye lock for few minutes. Finally, their misunderstandings got cleared today! Both of them feel like there is no burden on their shoulder anymore.

Realising that they were actually in a drill, Rajveer is the first one to lower his eyes.

"I think hamein KMA wapis chalna chahiye"

Advises Rajveer, backing off a little

And as he turns around to leave, Naina's words arrests him.

"Rajveer sir?"

He turns to look towards her.

"Haan Naina bolo?"

He asks her with a warm smile.

Staring him throughout, smiling, Naina takes a step closer to him.

"Ab se mein Captain Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan ko 'sir' keh kar bulaungi"

utters Naina with a huge grin. She doesn't know why but she felt like saying it.

Her confession touches Rajveer's heart as well as skips his heartbeat. He sees something truly different in her eyes, something that he has never witnessed before, but he is liking what he is seeing! Does she feel the same for him? This questions flutters his heart. Right now, it isn't the right time to question her - they have tons of time together to know about each other's feelings. But, a silent love confession definitely took place between these two!

While they were busy staring each other lovingly, a voice from the back arrests them.

"Rajveer sir...Naina"

As they turn to look towards the source of sound, they find Cadet Afreen standing there.

With a smile, Rajveer walks towards Afreen.

"Cadet Afreen...aap yahan?"

questions Rajveer. Cadet Afreen has always been one of the cadets whom he enjoyed teaching. She does well in his class and moreover, he really feels proud to call himself her teacher!

Smiling, Afreen first looks towards Naina and then back towards Rajveer. Naina returns her the smile.

"Sir, Brigadier Chandook ne sab cadets or faculty members ko wapis KMA bulaya hai. Teez barish ki wajah se drill cancel kar di gayi hai. Baaki sab ko inform kar chuke hain bus aap dono hi baaki thay toh he sent me to tell both of you"

informs Afreen

"Theek hai Afreen. Aap chaliye hum bus aate hain"

says Rajveer

"Yes sir!"

saying that, Afreen leaves from there.

Again are left Rajveer and Naina, alone! Looking towards Naina, Rajveer says, smiling,

"Chalein Cadet Naina AH Singh?"

And every time he calls her like that, it skips Naina's heartbeat.

Smiling and blushing, Naina nods her head in affirmation and they both head back to KMA! A lot has changed between them after today! For Naina, she has started to realise her feelings for Rajveer!

Let's see what life holds for both of them ahead!
