The confession of a fan.. (sarun)

Everyone has heard from gul khan,barun sobti,india-forums...here is how an ordinary fan has seen,felt,witnessed and moved on..

For me no one is at fault. It's my choice if I decide to watch this third season or not. Fans want to see them together again as the show was abruptly ended because barun's exit. Yes, it was his choice to leave and try in bollywood but I cannot trust that he would not do that again if opportunity arises. So, I did not want to watch ipkknd 3 when it was not even clear that Sanaya would be part of it or not.

I was never either one of their fans, had not even seen their previous shows. I liked the characters of ipkknd, it was the first daily soap I had watched and the last. I hated the typical daily soaps of Indian television but ipkknd made me watch the star plus.

I was over it and I had no desire to watch ipkknd 3. Out of shear curiosity I watched its promo with Rabba ve new version. It was okay but not that would make me want to watch it. Then I read the comments below the video and came to know that fans were not happy with them using the song and the name of the song as Sanaya was not in it. So I was like, that should not be the case because it's Gul khan's show and she had every right to do what she wants to with her show.

Then after few days I read an article where barun said that every character needs different type of character that's why Sanaya was not casted and he was casted because he was fit into that character. I don't remember the comment exactly but it was meant to convey this.

This did not settle well with me. First of all what he said was totally and utterly absurd and nonsense. Actor are supposed so play every character they are given. Or did want to implicate that he is a better actor and Sanaya is not? And how come he is capable of portraying every character, be in tanhaaia and ipkknd 3? How come Gul khan casts him in these shows, if according to him every character needs different actors?

By this his image as a person lost in front of my eyes. And after reading the comments i came to know that Gul khan bashed Sanaya in Instagram, I don't know if it's true or not and that she is bashing the fans also, again don't know if it's true or not.

But if it is, it got me thinking that if they cannot handle fans demanding them to give them what they want then it's not right for Gul khan to use the sentiments of ipkknd fans to make this third season a success. By using only barun in the promo, using the name, the song to have audience anticipating the show but at the same time not having Sanaya in the show is just cruel.

If they want to have Shivani then show her in promos and let the audience decide then if they want to watch the show.

I had decided to watch ipkknd because I liked the promo with both Sanaya and barun in it.

This time in promo it was only barun, of course fans will like it because we have already seen it.

Well whatever, you cannot create a good show a second time. It was a one time thing and barun kicked it because of bollywood dream. It was not professional at all, Sanaya was as she played it till the last.

Moreover, she has always supported barun but I have never seen him supporting her in any of her endeavors.

That only shows what kind of person and good friend Sanaya is and how much of a friendship barun has shown towards her.
