Chapter 255- The Rajput Truth, Valentine Day Party

" Now tell us, what do you want tell about Rajput family" asked Aleena once they reached the park. Lokesh was still wary and looked here and there to ensure it is not some trap.

The man though silent for some moment began to speak.

" Madamji this Rajput family acts very progressive. But believe me Madamji they are the most regressive family in this whole area. I don't want to educate my daughters much Madamji. Once my elder turns 16 I just want to marry her off to a good groom. I don't hide this from anyone Madamji. But this Rajput family they show that they educating their girls, especially they sent one of their girls Suman Rajput to Delhi. Everything is eye wash.

This family doesn't give proper food to their daughters and the youngest daughter in law of the house she is like a servant because she doesn't have a son. Her husband beats and berates her. "

" Madamji my father had worked with them, then I started working. This Pritam's father right, Vijender Singhji, he has a first wife, Sulakshna Rajput. These people say she ran away with her lover. The Varma family was warmly welcomed for the party by Mr and Mrs Mehta. They could see the banquet hall was slowly filling in with friends and business partners of Mehta's. We are going to have couple dance. The couple's out there take your partner and come to the dance floor. The single one's I request you to get a partner and move to the dance floor. No one is going to be single today. So one way or the other everyone has to form a team and grove to the music. So can we have the couples on the floor please"

" Dance I don't know to dance " told Vindhya.

" Tilak even I don't want to dance " told Renu.

" Whether you want it or not, we do not have option. We have to go to dance floor. Sudhir come with Vindhya" told Tilak.

" What about them asked Renu " looking at Sreedhar and Suman.

" Sreedhar you better take Suman and move to the dance floor. Else she will be paired with some Singapore guy " told Tilak indicating them towards people forming pairs.

The hosts daughter came to them with a young man in her arms

" Any issues here. You don't have partners " she asked looking at Sreedhar and Suman who were standing a bit apart.

" Ok fine, then please move to the dance floor " she told as she walked checking on whether there were anyone standing alone.

" What is this. Dance with someone " Vindhya looked at Sudhir.
