How will arnav going to take this it is going to effect him most, because it not easy to see suffering of the person whom we love and in arnav case for whom he lives, is not only in deep pain but he know that pain is caused by him.

How will he going to cope with this

Very nice update but arnav can't force khushi to love him he has to understand that if he will cage her then she will be more distanced from her heart as physical presence is not everything if he love her then he has to give her chance i really love the way of describing khushi fear as i got emotional and its cardiac arrest is nail on coffin hope now arnav understand awesome work

omg omg plzz I jus hope nothing happens to khushi and while shez in hospital she jus bit gets comfortable around arnav. cuz he loves her NOW even tho hez to blame for whtever she going right now bt he still loves her and she jus dnt faint all the time and jus acknowledge his efforts or sheetal or anyone make her understand sternly for once so she would get the point 😕
