Where in the start of the story it is said he is a play boy? All I read in one of the chapter is Khushi asking him whether he is virgin or not shocking him. That too he did not answer. May be he is not.

But grhhh I'm confused with Arnav's character. Was he a playboy or had time to time flings that is nothing serious.

Sometimes these questions just stays in the back of mind until you know the answer. It would be better if in after chapters following their marriage it is revealed or recent chapters regarding where his past is being said it will be revealed.

But Writer ji it is one of beautiful story I am reading. Will back later after catching up rest of the chapters.
