shilpa's phone began to buzz. she looked at the screen and saw "Sid" flashing. she smiled and received the call
sh=hi sid, kaise ho??
sid=chalo, kamsekam tumhe mera naam toa yaad hain
sh=sid , ese kyu kehraheho??
sid=toa aur kya kahu? yahase chali kya gayi tu toa ekdam gayab hogayi jaise, na call, na message dosto ko bhul gayi ha na??
sh=sid esa kuch nahi ha yaar, seriously. I miss all of you alot alot alot
sid=hmm theek ha theek ha abhi zyada buttering kareneki zarurat nahi hain. tu bata kaisi ha tu?
sh=main acchi hu, tum sabko bohot yaad karti hu .. wase riddhima kaise ha??

sh=aur baki sab? atul-anjali?? atul ne anjali ko propose kiya kya finally? aur rahul muskaan abhibi shayed kisi baat par fight karrahe honge ha na? aur nikki? zarur abhi ko man hi man ke gali de rahi hogi sabko itna duties assign karnekeliye ha na? aur armaan??
Sid was waiting for this moment actually and thats why he remained quiet. he smirked when she mentioned armaan's name. The excitement in her voice immediately vanished when armaan's name came on her lips

shilpa waited for sid to say "armaan is also fine, happy" she so wanted to hear about his whereabouts. but

sid=yeh to ab armaan hi janta hain. bohot bechain aur restless rehta hain, kisise theekse baat nahi karta ha, sabse khudko dur rakhta ha jaise uske andaar jaan nahi ha , woh khudko dhund raha ha
sh(in mind)=armaan ... woh itna pareshan kyu ha?? shit , mujhe uske calls receive karne chahiye the... kya pata? usse meri zarurat thi us waqt? main... nahi nahi woh mujhe kyu miss karega? woh toa riddhima... par riddhima aur sid??

sid=main janta hu ke tu kya puchna chahti ha? dont worry, mere aur riddhima ke beech me sab theek ha aur... bhagwan ki kripa se hum sath hain
shilpa sighed a relief. she was happy for her friend, sid and riddhima were finally together but wait!! then armaan?? she was now sad for him.. he must be broken as riddhima had chosen sid over him, he lost his love and what kind of pain he was going through shilpa knew it very well...
On the other hand sid was smirking and pointing a thumbs up to rest of the gang who were standing behind him.
sid=shilpa kya hua tujhe??? tu kaha gayab hojati ha barbar???
sh=ab nahi..woh... actually ek patient aya ha so.. main tujhse baad me baat karti hu okay? bye sid take care

sid put the phone down and smiled at others
anjali=so?? plan is on??
sid=well.. plan is on track.. and its working also. shilpa ko yehi lagraha ha ke armaan isliye sad ha cause riddhima ne usse chor diya par usse yeh thori na pata ha ke armaan isiliye bechan ha kyuki shilpa usse baat nahi karrahiha.
nikki=so?? what's the next step??
sid=next step humhe kuch nahi karna hain... bass ab armaan karega aur shilpa karegi.

Armaan was sitting in his cabin working on some files when his pager rang. All the doctors including interns were called to the reception by kirti.
Within 5 minutes everyone were present there.
atul=armaan tu kaha tha? hum sab lunch time par tujhe cafe me dhund rahe the
ar=ha champ woh surgery me tha aur uske baad apne cabin me
nikki=kya yar tu bhi, dosto ko jaise bhul hi gaya ha..
armaan gave them a faded smile and passed an irritated look to riddhima who was waiting for him to look at her.
kirti=doctors, good afternoon. maine yaha ap sabko isiliye bulaya ha ke humare panchghani aur lonavla wale orphanages me kuch emergency cases agaye hain. panchgani me landslide honeki wajase wahapar ek bus ka accident hogaya ha .. mujhe abhi abhi wahake sanjeevani branch ke incharge ka phone aya tha. aur lonavla ke orphanage ke bohot sare bacche bimar hoagye hain. Esa lagraha ha jaise food poisoning hogaya hain. So , mujhe immediately yahase doctors lonavla aur panchghani me chahiye.
Hearing the name of panchghani, the first thing came in armaan's mind was could Shilpa be there? yes she could have gone back to panchghani as it was her home, where she lived all these years, and the orphanage where she grew up. Even if she wasnt there, armaan could find anything about her whereabouts from her massi..
ar=dr kirti, main panhghani jaunga. ap wahake doctors se kehdijiye ke main araha hu.
sid, atul, anjali, nikki, rahul , muskaan smirked at eachother while riddhima was not getting why armaan took the initiative to go to sanjeevani rather than lonavla
kirti=theek ha dr armaan, ap janeki tayyariya kijiye aur ap apne sath kisko leke ..
ar=dr kirti, mujhe apne sath kisi aur ko nahi leke jana ha, I believe main sambhallunga akele aur wasebhi wahapar doctors ha so i'll handle it.
kirti=theek ha dr armaan, ap tayyariya kar lijiye. ek ghante me apko nikalna hai.
armaan nodded and went directly to his cabin to wrap up all his stuff. On the other hand , it was decided that, nikki atul and anjali will go to lonavla.
Panchghani

Shilpa was unknown to the fact that armaan was coming to panchghani from the mumbai branch as she left for the accident spot as soon as the news came. some of the patients were badly injured and 3/4 people died in the accident.
Scene shifts
Riddhima was pacing from here to there in her cabin. sid was passing from there and saw the stress on her face, she was disturbed for some reason. He knocked on the door but she was so much lost didnt even hear the knock. so sid quietly entered the room

she turned around and saw him infront of her eyes
sid=kya hua? tum pareshan lagrahiho? sab theek ha na
rid=sid.. woh.. main tumhare sath ... tumse baat karne ane wali thi
sid=ha par hua kya??
rid=sid mujhe lagta ha ke, humhe armaan ko ese akele panhghani nahi jane dena chahiye tha, sid tum khud socho, wahapar uska itna bura waqt guzra ha aur ab.. phirse? I dont think yeh uski health aur dimaag keliye sahi hain isiliye I think ke hum sab mese kisi ekko uske sath jana chahiye tha
sid=saaf saaf kaho riddhima, ke tum uske sath jaana chahti thi
His sudden comment on her thoughts left her dumbstruck. She knew she wanted this but she couldnt accept what her heart wanted.

sid smiled sarcastically and turned around
sid=please riddhima, jhoot bolneki zarurat nahi hain. itna toa tumhe janta hi hu ma , infact main yehi sochraha tha ke tumne abtak kaha kyu nahi ke tumhe armaan ke sath jana ha
rid=sid esa nahi ha.. main yeh kehrahithi ke koi uske sath rahega then accha hoga aur woh koi
sid(turns around)=woh koi hum sab mese koi bhi ho its okay, but you want it to be yourself. par tumhe ek baat kahu? agar tum armaan ke sath jati toa shayed armaan kabhi nahi jaata. tum kyu usse age nahi barne derahiho riddhima? yeh faisla tumhara tha right? maine ya armaan kisine bhi tumhe force nahi kiya toa ab tum kyu yeh sab karrahiho? aur jaha tak baat ha armaan ki, toa dr kirti ne pucha tha ke woh apne sath kisi companion ko chahta ha ya nahi? toa hum sabke samne armaan ne kaha ke woh akele yeh case handle karna chahta hain and we all know armaan kitna capable ha and he can handle all the patients. so please riddhima, yeh sab tamashe band karo aur apni life par... (takes a breathe) Humare Life par concentrate karo..
His emphasize on the last phrase "Their life" made her understand all what he meant. Sid left from the cabin as he knew she has not anything to say now and she wont stop him and yes she didnt. she just couldnt think of one straight way.

Panchghani

Armaan entered the orphanage with his luggage and was caught by all the kids who was jumping in front of him with full of excitement. armaan smiled to them and picked one of the little girls in his arms. After many days, he was smiling and that too real smile. These kids never failed to make him happy
kid1=armaan bhaiya ap agaye??? kitne dinoke baad aye hain
kid2=bhaiya ap humare lie chocolate laye ha na??
kid1=bhaiya hum issbar phirse basketball khelenge okay???
armaan smiled and agreed to each of their conditions. then the super incharge (Mr Dinesh) of the orphanage came and greeted armaan. He told him that, the patients were being brought here so he need not to go to the accident spot. He showed armaan his room..
ar=accha dinesh , woh sugandha massi woh kaha ha.. nazar nahi arahiha.
dinesh=jee woh toa yaha nahi ha dr armaan, kuch kaam se woh pune gayi hain
ar=oww.. accha thank u
dinesh=agar apko unse koi kaam ha then, ap dr shilpa se baat karlijiye woh yahi hain
hearing the name "Dr Shilpa" armaan's eyes lightened. Finally , finally, finally she was here , Yes ! he was right. Why didnt he thought this earlier?
ar=dr shilpa???
dinesh=ha woh toa yehi ha.. sugandha massi ki beti jaisi hain. bachpan se unhike pass pali bari hui ha , ap unse baat karlijiye aur..
ar=kaha ha ?? kaha ha shilpa? I mean dr shilpa??
dinesh=woh accident spot par gayi hain.. bass atihi hongi.. ap fresh hojayiye.

After sometime armaan came out of the washroom freshened up when he heard chaos outside. He understood that the patients were here so he rushed outside. the ward boys were taking the injured patients inside one by one on the stretchers. armaan too came forward to help the patients come out of the ambulance when his eyes finally spotted her. She was nervous, tensed, yelling on the ward boys to move fast and take them to the emergency ward. She was all the same. He didnt know for how long he kept on looking at her may be till the time when she also finally saw him. At first shilpa couldnt believe that she would ever again see him and that too in Panchghani. He was here? why?? Her eyes were searching for answers but all she could find was questions in his eyes. Questions like, why did she leave mumbai? why she wasnt answering his calls? For some time, both armaan and shilpa had forgotten about their patients. Their silent eyelock conversation was broken when a nurse came and called armaan inside as it was time for the surgery. armaan nodded and went inside with her
Shilpa's POV
Armaan yaha? panchghani me? par kyu??? He bhagwan, ap humesha esa kyu karte ho mere samne? phirse armaan ko mere samne bhej diya? itni mushkil se mumbai se yaha akar rehne lagi thi..ab phirse wahi sab, phirse armaan ke pass rehna, bohot mushkil se khudko sambhala ha maine ab bass, aur nahi. main phirse apne apko armaan keliye kamzor nahi karsakti. Woh mujhe nahi chahta, woh Tujhe nahi chahta Shilpa samjhi?? woh sirf aur sirf riddhima se pyar karta hain. agar woh yaha ha toa sirf patients keliye. samjhi??? kya samjha rahihu khudko main? yeh baate sirf dimag ko samajh arahiha par main apne dil ka kya karu?? usse kaise samjhau?? please bhagwan jee meri madat karna

Later

while armaan was in the operation theater shilpa checked on the other patients.
sh=sister, ek ghante bad inki glucose khatam hojayega toa dhyan se bottle badal dena
she instructed the nurse and then came to the garden and sat on the swing after a tiring day. So much happened in one day, shilpa thought. All the patients, all the people who died in the accident and all those kids who lost their parents and ofcourse armaan was here in panchghani. Her thoughts were interrupted when she saw a coffee mug infront of her eyes and armaan was holding it. She just quietly took the mug and armaan sat beside her on the swing with another mug in his hand. None of them looked at eachother, or said anything.
sh=kaise ho?
shilpa finally started the conversation. armaan smiled lightly and looked at her
ar=tumhe farak parta hain?
she knew he was hurt, she should not have avoided him but only she could tell him why she was avoiding him. He looked to the other side and took a sip of his coffee
sh=main janti hu ke tum upset ho, tumhe lagraha hain...
ar=shilpa, main itna janta hu ke tum kabhi kuch bina wajah ke nahi karti aur yeh bhi samajhta hu ke koi esi baat ha jiski wajase tum mujhe avoid karrahi thi itne dinose ab yeh mat kehna ke main galat hu, U actually cant lie to me
She remained silent as she knew he was right. she was bad at lying and thats why she always run away from her problems
ar=I wont force you shilpa but tumse sach kahunga. I missed you. jabse tum gayi ho, sirf tumhare bareme soch raha tha, I needed you shilpa.. I know I was being selfish, par kya karta I needed a friend. Mujhe ese lagne laga tha ke jaise sabne mera sath chor diya, mere sab dost the mere sath wahapar phirbhi sabke beech me tumhe dhund raha tha. but unfortunately mujhe meri dost nahi mili
Shilpa almost cried hearing him. He was not selfish, she had been acting selfish all these days, how could she forget she was his friend and he needed her ? she was only thinking about her one sided love but she had forgotten about their friendship, that friendship which actually gave her Love, which made her fall in love with armaan. She was going away from her best friend just because she thought he didnt love her.
Armaan was continuously staring at her. he knew she would start crying any moment,her eyes were moist , she was guilty, her eyes were telling that she also missed him and he couldnt see her crying. He couldnt make her cry because of him. armaan gently touched the corner of her left eye and gently wiped a lone tear which was ready to fall.
ar=mujhe pata ha bracelet, tumne bhi mujhe miss kiya. Koi tha nahi tumhare sath jhagarneko right?
she laughed between her tears and nodded in a yes. after many days armaan smiled, not a fake one, his real smile. they smiled to eachother, did cheers and drank coffee silently. They didnt talk much, random things about their daily life as both of them knew they were feeling awkward but didnt know why?? !!!

Next Day at Sanjeevani
riddhima rahul muskaan and sid were sitting in the cafeteria.
mu=yaar, yeh gabbar jab hospital nahi ati na kitna sukoon milta hain, dekho na kitna shant ha sabkuch ha na?
sid and rahul smiled while riddhima was lost in her thoughts and sid knew what exactly she was thinking
mu=oye.. sid, tu kya soch raha ha? yeh bata party ka kya plan ha?
sid=party?? kaunsi party??
mu=yeh lo.. bhulakkar kahika
sid and riddhima were confused what muskaan was talking about
mu=are yaar , tum dono bhul gaye? tum donoki shadiko ek saal honeko hain. anniversary party dumbos
sid and riddhima looked at each other, even though sid remembered that their anniversary was coming next week, he was more than 100% sure that riddhima had completely forgotten about it which was visible through the blank expression on her face. Rahul could clearly guess riddhima didnt remember and so lightly held sid's hand under the table. sid looked at him and nodded
mu=oye ridzi bata na kya plan ha..

rahul drags muskaan with him even though she didnt want to go with him. sid too stood up to leave but riddhima called him back

sid(without looking)=its okay riddhima, main janta hu ke tumhe yaad nahi tha aur shayed agar muskaan yeh baat nahi cherti toa tumhe yaad ata bhi nahi. aur sach kahu, maine expect bhi nahi kiya tha ke tumhe yaad hoga woh kya ha na, tumhara dhyan kaha rehta ha yeh mujhe nahi sabko pata hain.
sid waited for sometime to say her something but he knew she had no words and so he left from there leaving riddhima confused even more.
Panchghani
sh=chalo , pari, dawai ka waqt hogaya hain.
shilpa was in the children's ward and from the past 15 minutes she was trying to feed the kid (pari) medicine
pari=nahi mujhe nahi khana.. didi ap har din mujhe karwi dawai deti ho
sh=ab dawai nahi khaogi phir theek kaise hogi?? hmm???
pari=nahi mujhe nahi khana ha.. ganda hain..
ar=kuch ganda nahi hain.
armaan said from behind. shilpa turned around and smiled. she knew now pari had no option than eating the medicines , armaan was magician shilpa thought, no one was able to resist him. armaan smiled and sat in shilpa's place and shilpa stood beside him
ar=accha chalo ap mujhe bataw ap iss duniya me sabse zyada kisse pyar karte ho??
pari=apni mamma papa se
ar=aur woh bhi apse pyaar karte ha right?? bohot sara??

ar=hmm?? toa apko nahi lagta ke apko jaldise theek hokar unhe khush karna chahiye?? ap jaldi se theek hojaoge toa unhe kitna accha lagega right??? aur jaldise theek honekeliye apko timely dawai khani paregi. Beta, life me esi bohot sari cheeze hote hain jo humhe acchi nahi lagti par jinse hum pyar karte ha aur jo humhe pyar karte hain unke lie karni parti hain, toa isiliye abhi jaldise dawai khalo okay?
sh(in mind)=koi kaise isse pyar na kare? jaha bhi jata ha sabko apna deewana bana deta hain. armaan jaisa accha insaan maine ajtak nahi dekha aur kaise dekhungi? bhagwan ne ek hi toa piece banaya hain..
armaan clicked his fingers and shilpa came out of her thoughts

he came close to her from back and whispered in her ears

shilpa turned into red and smiled
ar=main general ward me round keliye jaraha hu tum tabtak baki baccho ko check karlo

Armaan was doing his rounds when sid called him
ar=kaisa ha buddy??
sid was happy hearing the cheerful voice of armaan and he also knew why he was happy
sid=kya baat ha, bara khush lagraha ha??hua kya ha?
ar=kuch nahi bass accha lagraha hain
sid=hmmm aur suddenly itna accha kyu lagraha hain?
armaan was about to say something when his eyes fell on shilpa who was walking by the corridor and suddenly she tripped. armaan smirked thinking this girl cant walk properly without tripping and falling down. Her cute irritated expressions were so adorable armaan thought.
sid=hello.. dude..kaha ha tu?
ar=ha?? woh..sorry kya bolraha tha..
sid=maine yeh puchnekeliye call kiya ha ke wahapar sab theek ha?
ar=ha abhi situation control me hain, accha hua ke patients zyada serious nahi ha, accident utna deadly nahi tha jitna humne socha tha. aur shilpa bhi ha toa sab control me ha
sid control his smiled and tried to be unknown of the fact
sid=kya?? shilpa waha hain? kaisi ha woh???
ar=acchi hain aur kafi responsible bhi hogayi hain.sabkuch akele sambhalti ha yahapar
sid=chalo accha hain, tujhe bhi company mil jayegi ha na? aur tujhe bore bhi nahi lagega akele. wase armaan teri iss happy happy nature ka reason shilpa toa nahi ha na?
armaan thought of saying "No" but the word was not coming on his lips. he was confused why he was not being able to deny that shilpa was not the reason he was happy about. on the other hand sid was smiling

armaan hung the call and looked at shilpa who was talking to a ward boy.

sid came to the locker room and saw atul nikki and anjali were back from lonavla

anjali=ha yar, thank god bacche zyada serious nahi the aur jo zyada bimar the unhe hum humare sath mumbai lekar agaye
nikki=baki bacche theek hain, kaam khatam hogaya the isiliye hum aj wapas agaye
sid=thank god, chalo accha hua tum log agaye
rahul=tune armaan se baat ki?
sid looked at riddhima who was waiting to hear the answer

riddhima;s expressions changed in a moment. anger flashed in her eyes which everyone noticed

shilpa became quiet

I know yeh sabko sunneme ajeeb lagega par yehi sach hain, shilpa usne meri pyar ki kabhi kadar nahi ki, usse humesha meri pyar par, mere iradopar shaq tha, woh kehti thi ke main uske layak nahi hu par sach yeh ha ke woh mere pyar ke layak nahi thi, par agar sid uske sath khush ha then I'm happy for him , not for her. mere lie riddhima ab koi maine nahi rakhti.
Shilpa was on cloud nine. she was happy for him, he didnt love riddhima anymore. but then again? he didnt love her as well. but yet, she was happy , armaan had actually moved on. shilpa's pager rang and she left for duty
