I liked the argument - the way I see it, suman is kind of fed of being the reason for troubles in her family. Plus she's flustered that there's a possibility that his parents want sree to marry naina- his father already wants that.. So that insecurity (though mild) comes out in the form of anger. On the other hand, sree is kinda irritated thinking of his father talking of his match with a girl he totally despises. So they're both kinda blabbering about something else, trying to camouflage the real thing - that mild insecurity n irritation

Maheshwari - I hope she doesn't get the whole idea so soon - would take out the spice😉 but of course let's see what u have in mind. One thing I like is although he said it, even RV doesn't think sree is gonna listen to him and marry naina.

I have an idea - let mahant or ravat kinda make fun of RV that no one listens to him in his own house.. That would stoke the worst of his ego.. Just an idea? Of course whatever works for ur story.

I can understand why RV is getting scared. Having been to community meetings I can tell that things become vengeful pretty quickly. I have seen families ruined, that too in Mumbai which is considered a progressive city. The most recent was in 2015, all facebook messages and tweets got all likes and retweets and even time on TV channels but that's about it. After two weeks reality sets in and things go spiraling down.

Since this story is based on the 90s the fear would have been even more. Again it's a thing that I seen only in India, the elders worry more about repercussions than the youngsters. I hope Tilak's meeting in Mumbai would bring about some positive results. BTW do they take a 4 year old child's testimony in community meetings?

@Beautiful Sudhir is the silent player. Eye always on target 😆😆. Mahantji is simply unable to read him 😆😆. Adwaith was sent exactly for that. A child only feels and their feelings will be true also

@Ria it is not a small scare. Merchant Association banning can have serious impact. Coming to Suman -Sree fight read Shirley's reply, she has beautifully deciphered it. I don't think I need to add anything to it

@Shrutha the intention of Tedy itself was that. Make Suman feel very close to Sree😆. She will feel emotionally secure as she talks with Tedy whatever she wants to talk with Sree. Sree's friends, we need to know that, they all have lost once in protecting their friend's love. They saw the brutality of the system in front of their eyes. So now they understood system, but system is unable to detect the young people's resolve. So they are moving within the loopholes of system silently

@Shirley you perfectly analyzed Suman-Sree argument. Since they cannot express their feelings publicly they express it as anger and irritation. Don't worry Maheswari wont reach that fast. It will be bits and pieces as she slowly wades her way through each line and reach the truth of Suman and Sree. Now it is just a doubt Suman-Sree know each other. Nothing more. To reach the relation still long way to go. Coming to RV, RV is only afraid. He only knows linear ways. But slowly opening up to non linear ways. In public Mahant or Rawat cannot make him stand against his sons. He will not do that. It will really look bad for Varma family that the children are not obeying the father, the very reason Maheswari slapped Sree. So whatever the kids does it is presumed that he approves it. And in most cases he does the silent approval also. In Poornima's case he allowed Maheswari to go ahead and in Jagratha when people came to support Varma's he was happy. Just that alone feeling in him has to go and he need to trust his sons instinct more. Why it happens to him is that he was the only son for 4 sisters. So all official problems the burden was on him and he takes the proven path. Whereas for his sons, sibling support is there. If his sisters were allowed to work or develop a better bond with their brother by his father even RV would have had sibling support and he wouldn't have been this insecure.

@Pirateking it is not the usual community meeting that has come now. Rawat is taking it to Merchant Association that his daughter is insulted. We know right Merchant Association is a official forum in city where mostly noted merchants will have membership and they need to have mutually supporting ways to support the business environment in city. If you are banned from Merchant Association and all it will not be easy to do business. It is a hard reality. More than 30-40% loss which can have back up plan, the insult of a woman in front Merchant Association is the risky thing. Because you lose business, then what. Reality is hars, but it is the truth. 4 year old people don't approve. It will be said it is coached and secondly the boy will not be able to tell the exact words and all. Sudhir was able to use Aakash because it was children leading that campaign and even the opposite party used kids testimony and Aakash is in his early teens. Plan is different. 😆😆

suman is getting so many offers. ⭐️ ⭐️. Naina proved what she is.. she and her father sure will get back from varma's family.

here comes the planner of varma family came again with a plan 😆 Maheswari got the important knot of shree suman love story.. but still she has to go to get the truth..

Thanks Hemaji. The biggest challenge of the story was to bring Suman to the outside world. It is the major battle, where she can officially move out and run normal errands. Once it is officially approved, people can show displeasure but cannot openly berate her or Varma family for sending their bahu out.

Now the aftermath of that change has to be faced which happens at multiple levels as now many people are affected. A Castle has started falling and it will try to hold desperately. Because they are unaware from where the hits are coming.

Yes without the great planner how will the story move forward 😆😆. Mahantji throws one dice, the planner comes in the end and does complete ulta pulta of that dice 😆😆

Part 109- A Mother's advice

Sreedhar was sitting on the bed hugging the pillow with lights off. Maheswari switched on the lights. Sreedhar looked at her. Maheswari could see his eyes were red and she knew he had cried. She went and sat near him. Sreedhar left the pillow and put his head on his mother's lap snuggling towards her. Maheswari caressed his cheek where she had slapped him

" Maa I don't want to marry Naina. You give me any other punishment. But don't give me this life long punishment Maa. I have not done anything till date that will make you stand with bowed head in front of anyone. Believe me Maa I didn't insult Naina purposefully. She spoke very harshly about Sumanji. Listen to me Maa once. I even don't know why Sumanji is angry with me. Don't go by her words Maa. Listen to me once" he started crying again in her lap.

" Sreedhar beta don't your Maa know you. Why did you come running and spoke harshly to Papa. Look he is very hurt with lot of happenings. Shouldn't you trust your Maa a bit before jumping the gun. Shouldn't you be trusting your Sudhir Bhaiyya before speaking like this. Do you think your Maa will make your life a deal knowin

Sreedhar got up sheepishly as Maheswari patted his cheeks gently. He washed his face, came back and sat beside her.

" Now my boy is looking good. Coming to Suman. She is not angry with you beta. She is sad, desperate and worried. That girl cannot even express her proper emotions. What can I say about her. From her house her bidaai happened. But here, her Grihapravesh didn't happen. When she chose to stay here, she was not choosing life beta, she was choosing death. She thought she will get an easy escape from whatever torture she had undergone. Now when issues come up, she feels herself responsible for it. Thinking she is still not a family member and because of her, more than her, the family she chose is facing problems. I need to talk to her too. Tomorrow you both have to tell what exactly happened in the party to the family. So now keep your worries aside and sleep. Sreedhar lay on the bed and gave her a smile. Maheswari put the blanket on him, patted his cheeks and as she walked out switched off the lights and kept the door almost closed.

Suman got up startled as she heard the door open. Seeing Maheswari she got up and adjusted her pallu.

" Maa you here, this late" asked Suman

" How can Maa sleep when her children are lying awake and throwing tantrums like kids. You are not happy here Suman suddenly you want to go to your Maayka"

" Maa I am sorry. I don't know. But then if I was not there here a lot of problems wouldn't have happened. Now it is like everyday one problem or the another. One problem is not solved another comes. "

Maheswari made Suman sit on the bed and sat by her side. " Suman if you had gone to your Maayka does it make you Suman Rajput". Suman looked at her MIL and nodded " No"

" No right. Whether you stay here or whether you stay there you are Suman Varma. That's the truth. Your Kanyadan was done by your father and I did your Ghatbandhan with Murali. You walked the 7 rounds with him. He filled your maang and put mangalsutra in your neck. Your relation with this family was established irrevocably. You were no longer your parent's responsibility, but you were our responsibility in every sense. You are the bahu of this house. Make sure you understand it correctly. Beta if the relation is established, it is established for a reason. Though I have not gone to college like you, with what I have seen in life I know that much. You are telling trouble. Why are you forgetting because of your decision to stay back a young girl who is brutally killed might get justice, a woman who was the bahu of this house got her rightful place, a girl who was deprived of her father's love gets it and is happy. And a boy will get its rightful inheritance. Cant you see these happenings Suman which are connected to your decision of staying here"

Suman was silent. " It is not your anger Suman, it is your concern for Sreedhar that is making you speak like this. You are afraid something will go wrong with him, with this family. Instead of putting the faade of anger, address the concern Suman. Go through what happened today objectively and analyze for yourself whether Sreedhar did anything wrong. Did he do anything which I might not approve of if I hear the whole incident. And one more thing. It is not be taken for granted by anyone that they can call you " Chudayil". Put this also on your head clearly. If someone calls it, it is the insult of the bahu of Varma family and they will get appropriate reply for it. It was fate that made you a widow and I have not given any rights to anyone to insult you for something over which you had no control. Are you understanding me" Suman nodded. " Just nod is not enough Suman, start feeling yourself a part of this family. Yes problems will come. But if family stands together problems can be solved. For that everyone has to consider themselves part of the family. Am I clear " . Suman smiled. Maheswari got up, then her eyes fell on the Tedy in the table. She took it and saw " Thank you".

" Sreedhar gave that to me as a return gift for the Hanky I gave him" told Suman.

" You can give him hanky, he can give you toy and then fight like cat and mouse. Who are you fooling Suman. Yourself. Accept the concern you have for him, then your anger will be subdued, said Maheswari as she walked out. Suman looked at the Tedy. " I know you are sad, but then I was upset. Don't worry. I will keep you by my side only" she kept the Tedy in her arms and switched off the lights.

Maheswari sighed as she came down. She had calmed them down. But she knew what lay ahead was not easy. Till they can conclusively rule out the threat of Naina Rawat she cannot afford to relax.
