I liked the way Arnav's anger melts into tenderness when he sees her tears. He is truly in love with her. He is not able to see her pain.

Now he even told her that he knows she is married. If her marriage to Kulkarni was the truth that was keeping her away from him, what is there for her to worry now? Even after knowing the truth of her marriage, Arnav took her close. That should be sufficient for her to trust him and tell him everything.

The doctors sure know somethings Arnav does not know. Are the doctors good? Because Sameer says not everything is as simple as they portrayed it. What does that mean?

And why do they not want Arnav finding out about Khushi?
