It's ur maiden fan fiction of Arshi. U have put in ur soul in the grooming of the story. So do come back and finish the story. Problems are endless in ones life. Just look at the way the people having physical impairities creating wonders in the Sports field. U should be happy that Allah is with u every moment. I understand exactly what you are going thru as my mom is suffering is in that final stage of her cancer and it is very torturous. We pray for each other. u focus on your life first story can wait.
