Chapter 11
"Taani! Are you sure, beta? You will be fine? You know, we can always change the college and city if you want-" Anita look at her daughter concernedly.
"Mom! We are not changing college or city, i am not a coward to run away, this is what they want and i am not gonna give them satisfaction of hurting me. And its just about a year, then college will end." Taani told her mother, her heart went out for the woman who had done everything to protect her from pain and still doing the same.
"But-"
"Sh. Mom, I will handle it. I promise, i won't let them hurt me again." She promised to her mother. Taani kissed her cheek as she grabbed her backpack and left for college.

"Dad, what have you done?" Kriya screamed on top of her voice as she along with her brother, swayum entered her father's study room.
"Dad, how could you transfer 40% of your property on that girl's name?" Swayum questioned his father fiercely.
"Swayum, Kriya, mind your tone when you are talking to me." Rishi snapped at his kids.
"Sorry, dad, but will you please tell us, why are you giving her so much of your property? She doesn't have any right-" Kriya asked her father, this time her tone was calm yet one could feel anger hidden underneath.
"She has every right over my property and this is least i could do for her. She is my kid as well, like you both." Rishi answered them, his other kids future were secure and now he wanted taani's future to get secure.
"But-" Swayum started off but his father cut him off in middle.
"Listen to me, swayum and kriya, i am not answerable to any of you. What i do with my property is none of your business till i am alive." Rishi dismissed them and his bratty, angry kids walked out of the study room.

"Move out of my way!" Taani hissed at Rey who was walking her way in college corridor.
"No! I want to talk to you."
"But i don't. Dude, why are you being so nice to me these days? Can't you go back to being a jerk?" Taani sighed in annoyance, staring at him with anger filled eyes.
Rey ignored her, his eyes fell over kriya and sharon coming, Rey groaned mentally, before they could see taani or him, he turned to taani and grabbed her hand, he pulled her inside an empty class room.
"What the f! Dude-"
Taani gasped when he pushed her against the wall, she looked up and at stare at the most handsome face, she hates how flawlessly handsome he was. He inched closer her, so much that she could feel his hot breath fanning over her lips.
"Dude, control your hormones. I am the girl you bully-" Taani sighed heavily, she tried pushing him off, but he was too strong for her.
"But i won't, from now on." Rey whispered, her brows knitted in confusion and look at him.
"I mean, I won't bully you anymore." Rey told her, looking straight into her eyes.
'What? Are you really Reyaansh Singhania or his twin brother?" She exclaimed dramatically causing him to chuckle at her antics.
"Well, I am Rey only. And aren't you happy, i am not gonna bully you anymore?" Rey asked her.
"And what made you take this oh-so-good decision?" Taani asked him sarcastically, rolling her eyes, thinking it to be one of his prank.
"Bullying you is no more fun." Rey replied plainly.
"Then what is fun to you now?" Taani couldn't help but ask him.
"May be romancing you-" He winked at her, making her gulp down as he moved close to her, his lips brushed against hers.
"NO!" She pushed him away fiercely.
"Not gonna happen in this lifetime." She screamed at him and ran out of the classroom, leaving rey behind who burst into fits of laughter.
"Oh god! Being her bodyguard is so much fun than being her bully." Rey thought to himself and walked away from there.
