Hello Hello!

Thank you for your unconditional love and concern. You girls are the best! To answer your many questions; yes, I am alive and fine; and yes, I am feeling a bit more settled. and yes, I have begun thinking about writing once again.

Here we are, exactly four years since the story began, with seventeen chapters done but no end in sight. I am sure you are a as tired of me blaming life as I am. I am guessing life happens to everyone and yet, they stick to their commitments and somehow make it happen. Unfortunately, I proved to be pretty bad at multitasking, especially when it needs me to stretch emotionally.

Yes, to me, writing is an emotional process. I feel for my characters as if they are real and they stay with me, even as I go about my everyday life. This proved to be a strength and a weakness. When I was pulled in all directions in my real life, I simply could not afford to invest what little emotional strength I had in fictional characters. And so, I stopped writing.

And once the gap between writing chapters kept stretching, I began second guessing my skill and this lead me to move even further away from writing.

To cut a long story short, I'm back to feeling the intense need to write. But before you jump the gun and ask me when I'll post the next chapter, let me tell you that I need a little more time. I have decided to venture back into my writing world by reworking on 'Dawn Noon and Dusk'. I believe that process will give me the kind of confidence I need to plot and write decent chapters for 'The Hands of Time".

So, please bear with me until then.

Thanks for your note dear and thanks for coming back... I understand sometimes life throws us in such situations when we juggle around our own problems and cannot find a way out to give time to writing as you rightly said writing involves emotions and if your emotions are not in place... you cannot put yourself to write..
