Just FYI, I have no idea what half the things you are referring to are Nisha--so I have to say kudos to your ability to recollect and put these memories appropriately in your stories. I actually went and looked up the subzi and such that you had written about---I haven't had much exposure to other parts of India other than the people from the South. 👏

When one is compelled by family to make a decision, how do you let go of the past ...your grief and loss ...

Is it easy to move on and let go of the past like a set of worn clothes or a pair of worn chappals !

Does the practicality of such a decision override the emotions lost behind it...

I know of more than a couple of such marriages which have been built on compromise and which seem to be strangely successful...

while i also heard just today of my friend's daughter whose marriage is on the rocks...love marriage...knew the guy for 5 years before marriage...over 2 crores spent on the wedding and what have you ??!

If you are heading a department or a company it's really difficult to not work when on holiday.
Neel has to approve things even if on a holiday.
No respite. Corporate world.
I feel for both but here I feel more for suvi.
In SoSy Inspite of odds I loved r&b bit more than ii.
Suvi it's good if you feel something. Hope Neel recipratcates the feeling soon.
