PART TWO

DOES DREAMS EVER COME TRUE

Pune time 4.50pm Ram's house. Shilaja calls out 'Ram its enough why do you take so much stress go out relax'. Its ok Ram everything that happens in our life has some importance. You always act so wise all of the sudden why are you acting so childish. Go meet your friends they must be waiting for you. Maa i am not depressed as you think its just that i need some time alone. It is that this time I want plan it more accurately so that i can reach my goal. What do you learn from your failure is most important. The door bell rings. Shilaja tells Ram' i think its Laksh you get ready to go out.' She opens the door. There he is Laksh Upadyay a tall and handsome young man. He asks her ' Maa where is Ram?'. Shilaja replies he is in room. Laksh enters Ram's room. Ram apologises for his behviour last night. Laksh smiles 'I understand you always wanted to join IIM you really worked hard'. I can proudly tell IIM must have lost a gem student. Ram smiles. Laksh tell him that all others are waiting at CCD(cafe coffee day). Some one just barges in. Here she is Urmi equally important childhood friend of Ram.She has fair skin, curly hair and bright eyes. She wore a jeans and a casual tea shirt. She doesn't like to look glamorous unlike normal girls and always try to compete with boys.

Whenever I come to your house this Chipku will always be with you. Lakshman retarts quickly 'Oh! Really when ever we both have a conversation its you chipkali come in between always' (kabab mein haddi). Urmi glares at Laksh tell him I don't talk with brainless fellows. Laksh replys so do I and for your kind information I scored more than you. Urmi tells him its all because Ram's notes. Laksh tell her You know you just cant accept that you are not as intellegent as me. I will never accept it says Urmi. Ram Interrupts them guys will you just stop this argument. Urmi says ok its just for you Ram I came in my car lets go. Laksh tells I have got my bike too. Ram tells them Ok now don't start your fight again. Lets go by Urmi's car Laksh angrily takes the car keys from Urmis's hand and go down stairs.(Ram lives in a township with many sectors having individual lavishly decorated five bed room flats .His flat is on first floor sector A Green Valley Township).

Ram asks Urmi why does she always fight with Laksh. She smiles and replies even I dont know the reason I like quarreling with him since childhood days. He looks so cute when he makes faces. Ram no please don't tell him this its a secret. Ram nods. They leave for CCD.

A dark handsome young man stops his bike with a skreech sound. He slowly removes his helmet puts on his black specs placing the helmet on bike gets down. Here comes our Bharat Sachdev most dynamic and strong willed person. Infront of CCD he waits for his friends. He suddenly starts running and saves a puppy just at neck of the moment before the truck runs over it. A high school kid comes running and takes the puppy and thanks him for saving it. He introduce himself as Tarak(He too lives in same township and is cousin brother of Maithili) . Barat asks him is he new in society. Tarak replies we came last year and live in sector C.

Bharat someone calls him from behind Laksh says good bye to Tarak and turns around to find Keerthi Verma. Keerthi Verma smiles at him she asks him to go and pick up Manvi from Urmi's house. Bharat tells her you can bring her with you na. She is still getting ready you know her na now go quickly. Saying ok Baharat leaves(Manvi and Keerthi are staying at Urmi's place sector B till the college reopens after that they will shift to hostel as usual). Keerthi Verma is a simple humble girl likes to wear Indian wear normally is here wearing along white dress with a pink dupatta. She waits for everyone. In the meantime decides to have a icecream and gets one for her.

Bharat reaches Urmi's house and make a phone call. Manvi Malik lifts the phone on other side. She always dresses glamorously and leaves her hair loosely. she is wearing a long chocolate colour brown colour gown matching pendant and matching ear rings like always . She tells Bharat she is coming down. She quickly wears matching heels and comes running downstairs as she knows Bharat does not like to wait so long.

There Keerthi is about to have her ice cream someone shouts in her ear from behind and she drops her ice cream. He is Shatrugan Banarjee tall handsome man always likes to dress himself in formals. Here he is wearing checks shirt and denim jeans. Kriti turns around to find Shatrugan behind her she starts beating him playfully. He says sorry and gives her the bigger icecream he brought for her. She takes it with a wide smile they wait for others at CCD.

Ram gets down from the car in his casual look wearing maroon tea shirt and black jeans with slight stubble and rough look. Lakshman too gets down in his regular dress a black tea shirt with a light coloured jeans. Lakshman turns around throwing the car keys at Urmi behind him and asks her to park the car.Both of them walk towards Keerthi and Shatrugan. Meanwhile Bharat parks his bike and they join the group. Bharat seeing Urmi struggling to park her car helps her out. Now all the friends are at CCD. It is 5.40pm. All of them have a group hug and go into CCD occupying their favourite place.

Bharat and Laksh go to the counter to place order while others settle down. Keerthi tells everyone that she is so happy as she can spend two more years with everyone. Manvi agrees with her. Ram tells them a person who has true friends is the most luckiest person in the world. They all are lucky to have each other in their lives. Everyone agree. Laksh and Bharat tell them how they teased Urmi and Manvi. Ram tells Bharat and Laksh to have their seat. He and Shatrugan go and get the ordered items. All of them start sipping their coffee. Shatrugan tells everyone that there is a week time for the college to start and he is so happy that all of them are in same college. Bharat tells why can't we go on a road trip. Every one agrees but Ram reminds them first they have to submit their admission form at college the next morning. Everyone say its decided we will meet at the colony main gate tomorrow at sharp 10 AM. After a long conversation they come out of CCD. Urmi Manvi and Keerti leave by Urmi's car. Ram and Laksh are seated on Bharat and Shatrugan's bike respectively and reach their respective homes.

Its 8PM. As soon as he enter the house he is welcomed by his father Dheeraj Kumar Sharma a renowned lawyer. Ram hugs his father. Dheeraj tell him that don't stress yourself your new college is really good and is a right place for you to study submit your application tomorrow without fail. Ram says yes Paa.

They have dinner together and later Ram comes out for a walk.

There in train Maithili thinks of how to tackle with new people and a new place. She misses her mom dad dadi and dadaji. She just orders a coffee and waits for the morning as she is not able to sleep. There Ram after a long walk returns home and sleep. Maithili slowly dozes into sleep. Its 6.30AM Maithili wakes up when her phone starts ringing, it is her father. Maithili are you awake her father ask her. She replys yes. Be alert you have to get down in half an hour. Maithili packs everything and gets ready to get down. Soon train arrives at Pune railway station. Maithili dressed in black jeans and a knee length white top and with a black shrug on stands at main door of the compartment with her rucksack and suitcase. Her babai(uncle) and Tarak her brother waves at her. Maithili gets down when the train stops. Tarak runs towards her hugging her. Maithili too loves his younger brother he then takes her rucksack and they walk out of the station. Maithili sits in the car and tarak too gets in the back seat he starts asking her what did she bring for him. Her uncle drives the car towards Hinjewadi Pune to the Green Valley Township where they live. Actually Maithili feels so comfortable with hes aunt's family as she stayed with them in Hyderabad during her Ciasses 11th and 12th for two years and they are transfered to Pune last yer. Now she feels like going back to her home and not any strangers house.Their car gets stuck in traffic and by the time they reach the main gate of Green valley township its 9.50 AM. They stop the car at main gate for a new member check in verification. Maithili gets down after the formalities she requests her babai that she will walk to the house. He asks Tarak to show her way. Her uncle leaves them behind. Maithili starts walking at the same time all the friends arrive at main gate. They cross their path with Maithili but no one notice her. Ram suddenly stops his bike as someone called him from behind. He turns back to see a young woman quite tall with her long hair. He wonders who she is. While his friends make fun of him. Ram felt a strange connection. It is for the first time ever in his life he felt so. All the friends heads out the main gate to reach IIMS(International Institute Of Management Sciences)Pune.
