#JusticeForJisha
What will this brave lady who had not succumbed till 30 fatal wounds had adorned her body be accused of? Killed in her own house, raped in her own territory, brutality in God's own country. But the question is, will we give justice to Jisha's soul asking for it? Or we will let the rapist out if he was a minor, or wait for years to pass by, searching for so-called evidences till the evidences themselves vanish.
If the culprit was scared of the constitution of our country by even 1%, he wouldn't commit the crime. What punishment would he get? He would be killed off in the worst of scenarios. Jisha bore a pain which none can imagine for periods of time we don't even know and what does her culprit get? A pain of less than 1 minute, which might not be unbearable either? I respect the jurisprudence of my country but when situations like this arise, when people take goodness as incapability, I think we should start giving capital punishments, at least in the cases of sever brutality. Forget punishment for the culprit, they haven't even caught that jerk from the past 5 days.
I request every single of you reading this post to spread awareness about this crime. If you are in any social networking sites, please use the hashtag for a wider reach. Last time an India's daughter failed to receive justice because of our constitution, don't let the same constitution create one more such India's daughter. Don't let Jisha become a Draupadi, who had to fight her own battle as she has forsaken this cruel mortal world for a better place. Please give justice to Jisha!
RIP Jisha! RIP JUSTICE! RIP MOTHER INDIA!
