He called

"Take it off" he ordered

"Swiftly or slowly?" she asked respectfully as she groaned, her phone falling from her hand, as she trembles

She went to D II on Wed, Amma and Appa looked "resigned" almost, to Periappa's fate

Appa hugged her, and patted her head... unwilling to say much

"Ennikki anupara?" (When are theys ending him home?) she asked tentaively

"By Friday" Appa said with a faraway look

"can I take him home Saturday pa?"

Appa turned furious

"He will be fine here kanna" Appa said firmly

"I know he will, I want him at my place, before we climb the stairs carrying him... we dont have to do two nurses to carry him up" II suggested

"Ammmaa" Ii walied

"She is only asking for a few weeks with him" Amma was angry

"She is pregnant, her husband is sitting in Paris... Navaratri is approaching, we will have Lalita Sahasranam at home people will come, what is there in Malcha Marg?" Appa asked bluntly

"40 years he has listened to it all, one year if he doesnt it wont be"

"HE NEEDS IT NOW, it will help him heal" Appa was adamant

"I will host Amma's group at my place pa"

"He has daily PT visits, he has to be seen every week by a doctor" Appa argued

"Ellam naan arrange panren pa" II begged (I will arrange everything)

"You should come stay here, Amma is constantly upset she is unable to pamper you" Appa unwillingly looked at her bulge

"I am fine, they pamper me a lot at home"

"Who servants?" asked Appa coldly

Thanks for asking. Yes everyone is safe. My SIL said there was a mad rush and scramble as people RB down 12 floors. With no evacuations drills and drop cover hold policies in place, more than the earthquake the stampede which ensues can prove to be more dangerous. But thank god it's all well. I hope all your families in Delhi and the NCR regions are also safe.

Wish R&B was around with her for each one of them in real instead of virtual ! very cute piece of the update, Nisha. But Appa - this is getting annoying when u keep doing it over and over ! you married her off. so respect their relationship even though u dont like him !
