It has been few days, Reyaan & Rey had met, and since then Reyaan is coming to singhania mansion everyday, to meet & play with Rey. Little Reyaan has found a great friend in him, has got attached to him.
Reyaan was sitting on his lap, Rey was smiling hearing the cute talks of the little boy. They were in his room while the other family members had gone out for some relative's function.
"Reyaan, tell me something about your family-"
"My family, I have a very cute mom, aapko pta hai, woh world ki best mom hai. She loves me alot." Rey told him happily, Reyaan kept speaking about her mother who means world to him. Rey was listening to him with smile. He could see undying love in Reyaan's eyes when he spoke about his mother.
"And your papa, You didn't said anything about him." Rey interrupted him, and hearing the word papa, Reyaan's eyes filled with tears. Rey panicked seeing his tears, felt sharp pain hit him when he saw him crying.
"I don't have papa." Little Reyaan cried softly causing his heart to break further. Rey cursed himself for asking that, He wrapped his arms around him, He hugged him tightly.
"Sh. Little Buddy, Don't cry, please. I m sorry, I didn't meant to hurt you." Rey whispered in his ear. For some unknown reasons, his eyes become moist feeling Reyaan's pain. Rey broke the hug, and wiped his tears gently.
He kissed his forehead, and smiled at him with moist eyes. The pain in Reyaan's eyes was haunting him. He couldn't believe how much the little one had hide inside him. He could see longing for his father's love in his eyes.
"Sorry for making you cry."
"It's okay, buddy." Reyaan gave him a small weak smile. Rey's heart clenched painfully seeing the pain in little one's eyes. He thought to divert his mind away from the father topic.
"Lil buddy, Do you want to do some dancing with me?" Rey asked him, Rey smiled seeing the sudden happiness in his eyes.
"Yes, Lets dance together. I want to dance like you, kya aap mujhe sikhaoge?" Reyaan asked him.
"Off course, baby." Reyaan squealed in excitement. He had seen Rey's dance, and has become his fan since then. He wants to learn, and dance like him. Rey got up from the bed, and walked toward his closet to take out the old dance routine dance CDs through which Reyaan can learn a lot.
Rey was taking out the CDs when a packet fell down from the lower shelf. All the pictures & things fell down that were inside the packet, and scattered on the floor. Rey cursed under his breath and sat down to picked them up. Reyaan laughed seeing his irritation, and moved forward to help him. Rey closed his eyes when his gaze fall over her pictures & the gifts she gifted him, they were memories of their past together which he had hide inside the closet but never got the courage to throw them away. Reyaan started picking up photographs when his eyes were struck on the photo of her mother & Rey.
"Mumma!" Reyaan exclaimed while examining the photograph closely to see if he had done any mistake in recognizing his mother. Rey look at him, he stare at him with wide eyes when he realized Reyaan had called her mumma.
