I have visited 2 specialists who gave me written notes disproving the allegations. I have a clear case. I justhave to send legal notice. Its not a roarig business considering they are local and advertise on groupon. Long haul or otherwise, you cant do wrong and and then pin it on the victim as well. U fortunately for them, n fortunately for me, I know my rights as well as who is at fault. I will make sure this teaches them a lesson to not fool customers.
