It is always said that there is no condition in love. When you are in love you do not care about anything else. You just worry about your love and you can do anything for his/her happiness.
Arnav and Khushi were childhood's friends. Both went school together. Both played together. Both did homework together and always help each other. Both spent their childhood together.
Both stepped on the edge of the youth. Both were still together because both were in the same college. Their friendship was always deep.
It did not realize that, when the friendship has turned into love? But this love was one-sided, which until now was only felt by Arnav.
Today their friendship was completed 20 years.
Today ARnav wanted to tell everything to Khushi. They were about to meet today in St. Peter's Garden. Arnav was reached ahead of time. He was wearing blue denim jeans and a black shirt which was gifted by Khushi on his birthday. Arnav was getting nervous. He was practicing, how to express his love?
ARnav was eagerly waiting for Khushi, she came later. She wore pink Patiala suit. He was very pleased to see Khushi because normally she did not wear suits.
"Hi Arnav, how are you? Say what you have to say? Let me also tell you something." Khushi said.
Arnav thought Khushi is also feeling same as he feels for her. So, Arnav said "First you..."
"No first you!!"
"Khushi!!" He gave her a stern look, she knew Arnav was too stubborn, so she said "Okay fine."
"My marriage has been fixed, this morning my father's closest friend came to see me with his family that's why I came late." Khushi said excitedly.
ARnav felt that he has lost everything in an instant.
"Congratulations!!" Arnav said to Khushi with heavy heart.
Khushi was very happy, "Say Arnav what you want to say."
Now Arnav didn't want to tell anything to Khushi. He didn't want that because of him tears come in Khushi's eyes. He gave a bouquet of flowers to Khushi.
"Today our friendship completed 20 years." Arnav said with a slight smile.
"Ahh! I forgot that.. Sorry Arnav!!" She apologized..
"No problem. Well what is the name of your future husband?" Arnav asked.
"Rohan.." Said Khushi and showed his photo in her mobile.
"Next week he is coming to Delhi, we have to prepare a lot. Arnav will you help me?" She asked.
"Of course, is it also to ask?" Arnav said.
After one week
Rohan had arrived to Delhi. Rohan's annual turnover was 3,000 million. Khushi met to Rohan. She called Arnav, because she wanted that till her marriage Arnav would stay with her. Arnav was totally broken from inside. He was looking his happiness in the happiness of Khushi. Khushi introduced Arnav to Rohan. Today all of three were going to look for a wedding card.
"I want the best wedding card, no matter how much should be spend." Said Rohan and overlooks Arnav.
They were going into a shop. Suddenly Rohan's phone rang. It was an argent call so he picked up and got busy.
"What is the bride and groom's name??" The shop keeper asked as the names will be printed on car.
"Arnav!!" Khushi unknowingly said.
Arnav once looked at Khushi who bit her tongue for the mistake "No.. It's Rohan!!" He corrects it.
After that they were going to buy dresses for marriage. Rohan was still busy on phone. Arnav helped her for buy the dresses.
When the three were going to home after shopping, then Rohan stopped Arnav, out of the house and said, "You know Arnav, today I was not able to give the time to Ishita. So I want to spend the tomorrow's entire day with Khushi. If Khushi wants to go anywhere with you, you just avoid her." Arnav nodded his head.
Next day
"Arnav!! I Just got a call from the shop that the card has been printed. Come with me to take the card." Khushi said over the phone.
"Today I am busy, I have some works. You please take Rohan with you." Arnav lied.
After collecting the cards Rohan and Khushi went for lunch.
"So, what I order for you?" Rohan asked.
"Umm!! Chinese food."
Rohan called a waiter and ordered, after that Khushi said "You know what Arnav likes Chinese food a lot."
They talked about many things but at the end Khushi only talked about Arnav, today she was feeling the lack of Arnav. It was a strange feeling.
After lunch Rohan gave the diamond ring to Khushi. She was with her future husband, but still she was not much happy. Now it was love or something else? Khushi was not able to fix it. But she definitely felt some emptiness. On the other hand, Arnav was too feeling discomfort.
A day before of wedding
Khushi was looking at their childhood photos, the gifts which Arnav gave her, "I will miss you Arnav."
On the wedding day
Khushi yet not had been able to decide that what she feels for Arnav? Was it only the bonds of friendship or something more? Khushi wanted to meet Arnav just once and wanted to know that what he feels for her? But now these days Arnav was making distance from Khushi. He did not want anyone to know that what he feels for her? He just wanted the happiness of her.
"I don't know where my fate will take me today!!" She thought while getting ready.
The time of marriage was getting close. Khushi still confused between Arnav and Rohan.
Finally Khushi came down for the wedding. Priest began to chanting the holy mantra' of wedding. Arnav's eyes in full of tear, he was going from there with a heavy heart. Suddenly Rohan stopped the priest.
"I have to talk to Khushi," He said and dragged her from there.
He took her into a room. "What happened Khushi? Are you not happy with this marriage?" Rohan asked.
Khushi's eyes were in tears. Rohan had understood the whole matter.
"Come with me!!" Rohan said to Arnav.
"Have both of you seen your faces? It is clearly written on your faces that both of you love each other. So why are you taking so long to express? When was the first time I met Arnav. I felt that he loves Khushi. But when I spent a whole day with her, then I found out that even she also loves Arnav. That time I was decided that I would realize both of you that you love each other very much. Do you know Arnav on that day she only talked about you, about your habits, likes, dislikes, she knew everything about you yaar. And I am sure you too know, you both are just made for each other." Rohan said happily and put Khushi's hand on Arnav's hand.
"Now at least confess your love Khushi." Rohan said giggling.
"I love you Arnav." Khushi said crying.
"I love you since childhood, Khushi." Arnav said with happy tears.
She playfully hit on his arm, "So why didn't you tell me?" Khushi asked still crying.
"I was afraid, when I dared to tell, until then your marriage had been fixed. I just wanted your happiness. I did not want to be the cause of the tears in your eyes. I thought I will bury my love in my heart for forever." Arnav said while wiping her tears, they looked at each other happily.
"Don't you want to hug me??" She asked sarcastically when arnav cutely nodded and pulled her for a tight hug.
After some time, they parted and looked at Rohan, "Thank you." Arnav said.
"Love never dies my friend, never." Said Rohan and both of them hugged him...
