Determined to challenge her, Rajveer says, with a pinch of anger in his voice "to theek hai suno..."

Naina pays attention to his each word, her expression, all serious.
"So you see it's not possible" says Rajveer, although clearly, but somewhere deep inside his heart, he wants her to take up the challenge and fulfill all the conditions, not for herself, not for him, but for them! Waiting for a few seconds, he turns to leave, suddenly Naina says, "Okay Sir, fir hum light out se pehle chalenge! See you!" saying this she walks to leave, but Rajveer calls her from behind, "a listen!", she turns to reach him again. "Wahan kisi bhi naye Cadet ko jaane ke liye, ek dress code ko follow karna parhta hai. You just can't go like this. You got to dress up in something new! Koi nayi dress! Stylish si! Jo tumhare paas nahi hogi!" he says, creasing his brows while speaking the last line. He challenges her, then waits for her to react. He notices that she is thinking, and is a little bit disheartened. He adds, "nahi hai na?", although he knows that he'll get a 'no' as an answer to his question, but secretly he wishes for a 'yes', 'yes that she has!'
Naina staring at the floor, thinks. Rajveer stares towards the miserable Naina, with a pinch of smile on his lips, not as a means of making fun, but enjoying a new emotion he is witnessing of Naina's, confused Naina and although not admitting himself too, but enjoying the new emotion of his too!
"So you see Cadet, agar ek bhi condition puri nahi hui", then shaking his head from left to right, then back again, repeating it for sometime, he says "to wahan entry nahi milti. I said, it's not all that easy". Smiling, as if feeling victorious, he turns and starts walking, when Naina says from behind, "Order ki jiye Sir!" Without turning to look at her, Rajveer slightly turns his neck towards left and creases his brows. Naina completes her line, "mujhey kahan, aur kitne hours par report karna hai". (Rajveer-Naina tune starts) Rajveer closes his eyes and sighs audibly, then turns to look at her. Naina smiles, Rajveer notices her determination in her eyes and shakes his head indicating, 'tum pagal ho aur mujhey bhi pagal kar dogi!'. Then holding his waist from either side, he sighs and says, "See you at 1900 hours" then he turns to leave, when Naina bends her neck a little to her left and says, "See!" Rajveer turns to look at her, "it is possible!" and smiles. Looking towards his left, Rajveer thinks for sometime, then looks towards the smiling and happy Naina. Naina bends her neck a little and says, "Thank you! Ahmm... see you!" with a heart filled with happiness, joy and something else, Naina leaves. Turning back Rajveer looks heavenwards then looking in front of him, he says "Point 1857!" Then thinks for sometime, with a little smile on his face, he shakes his head a little, creasing his eyes he says, "Nahi aayegi!"
Then smiles, admitting secretly that he'll still wait for her!
After few hours, the electricity returns, feeling too tired, they all sleep.

Next morning, all the first year cadets gather in an open field for attending Suriji's class. Suriji gives them lecture, "Sipahi ko jung mein apne josh ke saath-saath apni sochne ki shakti aur gola-barud ko aakhir tak bacha kar rakhna chahiye. Aur sipahi ke liye, ye janna bohot hi zaruri hai ki kab apni taaqat ka ussey sahi istemal karna hai. Koi shaq?"
Huda, looking towards Dr. Mishra, who is approaching them from right side says, "Matlab, Sirji jab banduk se kaam chalta hai to, taup nahi chalani hai!" Walking towards him Suriji says, "Correct Cadet Huda, aur...", reaching him, he grabs his face and forces him to look in front, instead of staring at Dr. Mishra and says, "nazar sirf nishane pe hona chahiye, samjhiyo?" Feeling embarrassed, Huda looks towards the ground. Naina shakes her head and smiles.
Dr. Mishra reaches them, wearing a dark green saree, smiling she says, "Suriji, lagta hai Cadet Huda ka mann nahi hai aaj class attend karne mein""Madam ji, ab tak to tha par ab lag raha hai dhyan bhatak raha hai..." flirts Huda. "Cadet Huda, khamosh honge aap" scolds Suriji. Smiling Dr. Mishra says, "It's, it's okay Suriji. Well main free thi, apne room se aap logo ko dekha, to socha yahan aakar aap logo ko dekhlun" "Madam ji apko yahan aane ki kya zarurat thi, bekar mein itni mehnat ki. Humein bula letin, hum aa jate apse milne" "Yes, I guess you are right Cadet Huda but agar aap atey to mujhey nature ke beech kuch pal bitane ka bahana nahi milta" "Arey aap kehke to dekho, ye Huda hai na apko ghumane ke liye" says Huda pointing his thumb towards himself. Smiling Dr. Mishra says, "Well Cadet Huda ye to future hi batayega ki kon kisko ghumata hai". Her voice reflects a challenge,only no one understands that it wasn't a challenge to Huda only! Clearing her throat, she says "Filhal to main wahan jana pasand karungi" she points towards the bench placed in front of them. Smiling, she walks to the bench and sits.
Pooja asks Suriji, "Sir! Humein firse bandook chalani hogi kya?" "Cadet Ghai, bandook sipahi ka hatiyar nahi hoti hai, wo sipahi ka haath hoti hai, aur tumhe jaldi se jaldi iski aadat dalni padegi, okay!" Walking forward, Suriji says, "Waise, aaj ke test mein na koi ladayi hogi, na koi jung hogi. Apni soojh-boojh se apko apne rasad aur rasaale ko akhir tak bachate hue, iss mission mein kamyab hona hai. Koi shaq?" "No Sir!" all the cadets answer in unison.
After sometime, Dr. Mishra gets up to leave, "Madamji puri class to attend karlo" says Huda."Cadet Huda you are learning about 'Scavenger hunt' right now. In this task, you are given a list defining specific items, which you, along with your team members are going to gather. The one who completes the task in the given time period or in the lowest time period, shall win!" "Need I have to describe more?" asks Dr. Mishra, smiling yet challenging Huda. All the other cadets present there, smirk silently. After giving a last look to Huda, she turns and leaves.

After sometime, Naina walks towards Rajveer's room, but finds him in the middle of the corridor. They both look at each other and smile, "Ahmm... apko yaad hai na Sir?" asks Naina.Behaving oblivious to what she is talking about, he asks her, creasing his brows "Kya Cadet Singh?" Staring him, understanding that he is playing games with her, she says it clearly, "apne kaha tha aap mujhey le jayenge!" "Kahan?" he teases her a little longer."Aap..."
Suddenly Major Nayyer reaches the main hall of KMA and announces on the mic, "All first year cadets are required to assemble here, right now!" Rajveer and Naina turn to look at each other. Smiling, Rajveer says, "filhal to main apko wahan tak le jaunga", he points towards the main hall with his hand, as a gesture of asking her to move forth, Captain Rajveer follows.
