I am wondering weather Ritu is right one her part

I am not sure about the working of SW and all that

Just thinking if her data affects KPMG then Ritu isn't wrong worrying about it

I am not sure cos I am not clear on this

Anybody who can make that clear?

Ritu has NO clue what Ranjan asked II to do on August 15th
She is just messing with her because she saw II in the Excelsior hallway on a day when II was technically on her time off

II is in no way part of any conflict of interest with Excelsior
The agreement to buy the SW was made WAY before II even entered the picture. II married R&B in March, legally they were 5 months into deployment then

Ritu is just throwing her weight around

Why do I feel she is planted by ROBBER gang

II neednt be answerable to THIS question of Ritu. Cause as far as people have seen her, she craved for a position. Worked her a** off inumerable times. Got told off by many at the end silently

So what if she changes colours now ( According to Ritu's assumption)

So what if she associates herself to Bhalla khandan?

Is she not wedded into that family?

I certainly do not understand such people who assume stuff to the best of their knowledge and pass judgements without consultation.

Its not right to do anything of that sort.

Ritu could be crossing the line this time with her overactive brain.

I doubt if she will let II be in peace.

Is she jealous of II in any way?

Is she scared II will surpass her any moment?

I loved the way II gave it back

THIS is the one I was talking about all the while!

Being subordinate is not being meek.

She is not sucking up to her boss for promotions or extras

She is only being professional and when someone points a finger at her loyalty and tries to intrude work, aam sure she give them back this way... Even more than this I'd say!

It is quite natural Nammu... The management doesn't like if we get close to clients more than necessary.. Here client is her own family.. Our loyality will be questioned..

Usually in IT employees get close to clients n become client employees which is not liked by management.. I have these kind of examples in my project..

I was confused

Dint want II to be making a decision that would show her on the wrong side of the battle

I can see II is going to be hurt and upset about her locality being questioned...hope she straighten's up and quits

It's not place to he if you aren't valued for your efforts

And II has put in a lot

I can always debate the whole " superior - subordinate" relation at work.

I take sides too at times 😆

I always have felt being subordinate is NOT being weak, meek. Its just a ladder which has to be passed through effort.

The whole bureaucratic set up is so uncool for today's times. Where we talk about globalization and working in TEAMS rather as boss and employees.. The bureau creeps in very often than not.

Its like this... Tesm member says aything personal.. Boss starts throwing weight around

Boss tries to intrude work, team memebers start giving back

Its a cycle of menace.

I dont really understand how people survive.

Or if they actually make amends to the work environment and carry on or if the start butchering each other
