The trick is to, saute the rava with one or two spoons of oil or ghee, the more the better😃
And then when the water is super boiling, use a sieve mug to spray rava into it, my Paatti used to make my Thatha poke holes in a Milkmaid condensed mil tin and use it for pouring rava into the boiling water... My Thatha was the best handyman I have ever known... this tells me Paatti wasnt too bad either
