Rey prefers to take auto to his work. As he and Vicky was spending night at Swayam's three of them took a cab to the shooting spot.

'you guys are so unprofessional.' The moment they got out of car, they heard shouting. 'you are three minutes late. ' As their boss left wasting their 15 minutes by giving speech on how to be professional three of them muttered a nasty word under their breath.

Today the crew was going to shoot a formal introduction of the contestants. After this the shooting will move to GOA. Everything was going smoothly. Till they heard a fuss from a group.

'What happened? Any problem here?' Swayam asked a passerby who was hurrying over..

'stars and their tantrum.' The girl sounded annoyed. 'Taani said she won't do anything till she gets cranberry juice and the hotel is running out of it.' The girl did not stop to listen to their replies.

'You were right Rey.' Swayam gave a soft smile. 'She did not change at all. You remember Taani needed cranberry juice before starting anything.'

'Hmm.. She even made me addicted to the juice.' Rey replied with a joyful tone.

Rey spotted Taani soon enough. A group of assistant, make up man and stylist hovering over her. One of the assistant make up man was painting her finger nails while another one was tying long lace of the high heels around her leg. The dark hair of her, long past her shoulder was flying softly in the breeze but her expression was annoyed.

Rey pulled out a bottle of cranberry juice from his bag. Then he made his way to Taani.

'Here it is.' Rey said as he placed the bottle in her eye level.

Taani's annoyed face changed into a astonished one seeing the bottle than a smile broke out from corner of her face as her eyes travelled to Rey.

'Thank you Rey. You're my saviour.' She smiled joyfully before taking it from his hand.

'The pleasure is all mine mam!' Rey bowed playfully.

'Hey you!' Rey heard harsh voice of his boss from behind.

'Jackass! Not again.' Rey said merely in a whisper.

'What are you doing here? Don't you have any work to do?'

'Mister,' Taani sounded annoyed again. 'Rey was saving the day here. You guys can not manage to bring me a bottle of juice.'

'Mam! You know him.' The jackass sounded surprised.

'Yes. Rey is best friend of my brother, Swayam.'

'Swayam is you brother?' His boss sounded more surprised.

'Do you've any problem with it mister.' She didn't changed her tone.

'NonoNO!' He sounded petrified. 'Rey stay here. Take a break if you want.' He almost ran out of the place.

'Rey do you know where this club is.. 'Blue Heaven?'

'Blue Heaven. The new club?' That place is awesome. 'I went their twice only and I had to wait in a long line.

'Well I've received a VIP card of this club. So this time you don't have to stand in a long line.' Taani smiled at her. 'Bring the D3 team with you. We're going there tonight.' She stood up. It's nice to have the old buddies around.'

'Taani,' Rey paused for a moment. 'There is no D3 team anymore.'

Taani seemed astonished but she did not reply as an assistant called her she left.

On the break time Rey met with the gang.

'Rey' Sharon called him. 'What happened to jackass. He's being sweet to us suddenly.

'Taani happened.' He said. ' Jackass came to know we are his friends.' Rey was confused on what to say. Taani is their friend or she was their friend. But as Taani was being friendly he decided to use the present tense.

'Well Taani invited us to go to club with her. She has got VIP card.'

'Rey I'm not going.' Vicky said.

'why Vicky what happened?' Sharon threw the question at her.

'Why are you being nice to her.' Vicky sounded angry. 'She does not deserve any of these things. Being stars, camera, publicity.' Vicky ran his hand through hair. 'We deserve this but we have nothing. She only has physical beauty and that silver tongue of hers. She could charm anyone with her talks.. She is a ...'

'VICKY SHUT UP!' All their attention turned to Swayam following the roar. He is someone who controls his temperature even in worst moment. All were taken aback seeing him angry. 'Don't a word about Taani.'

Vicky looked angry but left silently.

Four of them met at the front door of the club at decided time. They already knew Vicky won't join them. After waiting of 10 minutes, Taani arrived. She was wearing a golden dress her hair tied into a stylish messy bun. As she got out of her car there was a shout of excitement in the crowd waiting in line to enter the club.

'who told the paparazzi?' Taani sounded agitated. The bouncers of the club guided Taani and others to the club making way among the photographers successfully. One of the bouncers informed there are a few stars present inside the club thus the crowd of the photographers.

They did not go to the dance floor, instead they were guided towards a door in the left. The door led to a staircase covered with red carpet. Climbing it they entered a room. There was another dance floor but it was less crowded one. The music sounded much better here. The gang spot a TV show host and a bollywood star kid there. It was clear this floor was only for famous people.

'Taani.' As Swayam called her she turned around toward him. 'it's nice to see you. You know.. I'm glad you are successful.'

'Thanks bhai.' A small smile played on her lips.'I'm glad to be here.'

It was the first time in last five years Swayam met her sister, talked to her. Whatever happened in the past he wanted it to forget and he was glad to see his sister has moved on from those days and enjoying her life.

'Well someone has tendency to forget friends.' Hearing a male voice near to them they turned their attention towards the source. A guy with light olive skin and blue eyes were standing near them.

'well someone does not remember he forgot to wish his friend on her birth day.' Taani replied rolling her eyes.

'I'm sorry.' The guy said in a low tone.

Taani smiled at him. 'Carter I've missed you a lot.' She said giving him a tight hug.

'I've missed you too Taani.' He hugged back. 'And I'm really sorry.'

'It's okay! I know you were busy.' She said breaking the hug. 'give me an expensive gift and everything is forgotten and forgiven.' She joked. 'come on I want you to meet my college buddies.'

Sharon and Simmi were seeing the scene standing a few feet away.

'OUCH!' Sharon shouted as Simmi pinched her.

'Sharon! Is it the Carter Stan?' Simmi was in a shock.

'I guess he is.'

Carter was a TV show actor and the most drool worthy thing to these two girls. They spent at least 18 hours in a day to drool over him. PS. Swayam is very jealous of Carter as Sharon thinks he is more handsome than Swayam but he was glad there was no chance of Sharon meeting him.

'This is Rey, my brother Swayam, Simmi and Sharon.' As Taani introduced him with the gang the girls gave an awkward smile to him.

'you guys were in college with her.' Carter said. 'She told me a lot about you guys. It feels like I know all of you for a long time.'

'Sharon... Simi' Rey positioned himself betwwen the girls. 'Don't faint here..' He said in a sing a song voice.

'we're trying.' Sharon mimicked Rey.

'Are we still dreaming?' Simmi still sounded she's in a haze.

'So you're friend of Taani.' Swayam said puling Sharon in a side hug.

'Oh yes! We are friends with benefits.' He said smiling charmingly.

'Actually when I moved to NYC for career I did not have enough money to buy an apartment for myself. I needed a roomie and my way crosses with this clown who also needed an apartment there.' Taani said.

'If you think I'm a clown then I'm.' Carter did not protest.

The girls did not like Carter being called a clown though.

'So why you are here?' Taani asked. 'for job?'

'No this time we're on vacation.' He replied .'We wanted to go to GOA. But for a few reasons we have to stay in Mumbai for two days. My Golf Club buddies are over there.' He waved his hands towards bar.

'Your golf club buddies are here?' Taani sounded exited. 'Those who look even better than you. Your hot friends.'

Girls again did not like it Taani saying someone hotter than Carter.

'Taani, you can flirt with my hot buddies later now let's dance.' Before even Carter finished his sentence he threw Taani over his shoulder and carried her to the dance floor.

Rey was still standing between Sharon and Simmi. Trying to bring them out of their dreamy state. He was taking fun of the easy banter between Taani and her buddy as a sweet memory crossed his mind.

*************** Five Years Ago*****************

Taani is not like other girlfriends. Rey knew so many guys complaining about their girlfriends that they put them within a boundary. Unlike the typical girlfriend, Taani was cool and witty. She does not mind if Rey flirts with other girls occasionally as she is confident Rey is serious about her even Rey does not mind if Taani flirts with other guys. Rey can proudly say they share an amazing bond, they're not only lovers but friends and they're more than happy to be in an open relationship.

The D3 Team curve their way into Top 20 contestants. The guys were in party mood. They picked a classy yet not so crowded club to celebrate.

Rey was on the dance floor while Taani was sitting on a stool near the bar nursing her drink.

'Taaaniii!' Rey made his way to her.. Come on Taani let's dance..'

'Are you done with flirting with all the hot girls of the club?' Taani arched an eyebrow in response.

'Yeah! But none of them is as hot as you.' Rey said placing a soft kiss on her lips.

'oh I know it.' Taani said, a playful yet seductive smile playing on her lips. 'Actually I've started to realize I'm just too hot for you.'

'okay! We will debate on this subject later but for now let's dance.' Rey did not wait for her to react. In a second he threw her thin frame over his shoulder, his hands on his hips to keep her in place as he ran towards the dance floor. The moment he reached the dance floor, he started to spin around with Taani on his shoulder.

Taani could not completely understand what's going on around her as Rey barely took a second to put her on his shoulder. Before she could make out what's happening she found herself being carried. Her hair was covering her view, so she could not see where Rey was going but she guessed she was being carried to the dance floor by Rey.

'Rey! Put me down..' She ordered.

'I will. But you've to tell me I'm the hottest guy you will ever get.' She heard him laughing mischievously.

'Sorry! That will be a sheer lie.' Taani retorted.

'Wheee!' Rey didn't reply in words but spin a little faster as he produced a playful sound.

'Rey I'm getting dizzy.' Her voice was little less dominant this time.

She felt her foot touching the ground as his dark eyes met her hazel eyes.

'Uff!! Those high heels of yours.'

'what's wrong with my heels?'

'Nothing. You look amazing in them. But it makes you taller than me and it's difficult for me to kiss your luscious lips when you're taller than me.'

'Fine. Then I'm going to find someone taller than me to kiss...' She could not finish her sentence she felt his lips on her. She welcomed his tongue in her mouth. They stopped when they felt they need to breath.

'Now..' Rey said taking a pause. 'you can go and kiss guys who are taller than you even when you are wearing high heels. But none can kiss you as well as me.' He winked as she smiled at him.
