Khushi had got the news that Payal and Akash were getting married the day she had resigned. Payal and Akash didn't want a extravagant marriage, and their best friends and siblings Khushi and Arnav supported them, so Manorama had no other alternative but to agree to them. But they decided that all the rituals of marriage would be fulfilled. And it began with the Mehendi.

Payal and Khushi were given credit cards to buy their dresses and accessories. But Khushi bought all her necessities from her own salary as buying from someone's money would tarnish her self-respect. She got a beautiful dark red lehenga for her and selected a turquoise one for Payal as it was favorite color of Akash for the Sangeet and Green lehenga and Red lehenga respectively for the marriage.

Everyone was busy preparing for the marriage which was going to take place at Arnav's place as he accepted Payal as his sister which very much shocked Khushi that Arnav Singh Raizada took someone as his sister other than his real sister.

On the other hand, plans to make Khushi forever his were forming in Arnav's mind. Unknown to him, he had started craving for him. The glances which she had occasionally given him, had made his heart flutter like that of a love sick teenager. He couldn't wait to put his plan into action.

Everyone was happy with this marriage, even Akash's parents as they found out that they can never find a better girl than Payal for their son. People who were assembled there took turns to entertain the would be couple. Khushi was going to perform a solo, being the enthusiastic dancer she had been since childhood and that news fell on ASR's ears through Akash.


He had met Payal but Khushi was not with her, which made his eyes search for her throughout the ceremony not caring for the dances and just nodding to Akash.And Akash was too busy fantasizing his marriage and Suhaag Raat to notice this change.

Suddenly the spotlight fell on an angelic figure and a cool breeze hit Arnav's face which always was due to his dear love, which his heart accepted but not his mind. He turned his face to look at the person in the lime light.

"She was wearing Red???? After knowing its effect on me? But today her effect is more than the colour! Red has become more beautiful after she wore it!" He was shocked for himself for thinking all that but he couldn't help it when Khushi was present. She was dancing gracefully on the song, "Bole chudiya bole kanagna".

"I am sure the music director had Khushi in mind when he composed this song." thought Arnav. It was not just Arnav who was spellbound but literally everyone in the hall was in the magic cast by Khushi, who received huge applause as she ended the performance.

After some time,

Arnav was thinking when would it be the right time to put his plan into action in a secluded place near the pillar as Khushi was passing from there to get water as Dadi required it. Seeing no one around them paying attention, he grabbed her hand and she crashed into his chest. Her heart knew it was him from his touch which always sent jolts of current through her. She was angry for such behavior from him and hence was about to shout when his palm shut her mouth but her expressive eyes were telling him what she wanted to. He put her one arm around his neck and picked her up in his arms. As the pillar was near the main door, he didn't catch anyone's attention while doing this and put her down in the car and fastened the seat belt. He took his seat and started driving.

Shocked would have been a understatement to describe Khushi's feelings for the moment. She was getting to see heights of his ego here and she was feeling if it was a test of her patience. But she decided to fail in this test as patience is not answer to certain things to special people like The Arnav Singh Raizada. She told in a dangerously loud and heavy voice,

"Yeh kya batmeezi hai?"

"Abhi maine batmeezi shuru hi kahan ki hai, madam!! Batmeezi ke definition ko tum hamare Suhaag Raat ko dekho gi" He replied in a husky voice with a smirk as looked straight.

She was shocked with his reply and terrified by hearing about Suhaag Raat from him. She decided to act as if she didn't hear that part and replied with courage,

"Where are you keeping me after this kidnapping is successful?"

" Who told you that I am kidnapping you? waise kitni bolti ho! Aage aage dekho hota hai kya." He replied in his usual naughty tone.

She decided to keep quiet knowing that he wouldn't answer her properly once he was determined. After some time of silent drive on the busy roads of Delhi, the car stopped in front of a temple and Arnav said after opening her side door,

"Neeche uthro"

She obeyed him, involuntarily. He closed the door and held her hand as he started moving swiftly and Khushi was struggling to cope up with him. Still she didn't couldn't decipher why they came to a temple as during 2 months of work as his PA she realized that he didn't believe in God much as he thought why would his parents die so fast if God was there. They came up and Arnav left her hand. She shouted,

" Why have you brought me here?"

" To make you Mrs. Khushi Arnav Singh Raizada from Miss Khushi Kumari Gupta." Arnav replied as if it was the most obvious thing.

" Are you in your senses, Mr Arnav? You want to marry a girl whom you have used once!! What are you trying to prove? That Arnav Singh Raizada can have anyone in this world or No one can defeat Arnav Singh Raizada in the matter of ego?"

" Yes, I am completely in my senses! I am trying to prove that no girl in this world can reject Arnav Singh Raizada."

" And what if I don't agree to marry you?"

He was surprised at her new found courage and bravery. He always knew she was different and he was getting another proof of the same. He replied,

" Your friend Payal's marriage will not take place. Don't even think I can't do it because you know who I am!! Even Akash doesn't dare to argue with me or fight back"

She was shocked at cruelty and selfishness of the person in front of her. all her courage was lost listening to his words. Payal has been everything to her since her childhood. She can't let this happen but her life will be destroyed.
